Affordable price, quick, and fantastic results…read more I needed to dry clean my wrinkled white shirt - it had minor oil stains. The lady took down my information (name and phone number) and handed me a ticket for pickup. For pickup, I handed her my ticket and she gave me my shirt in a protective plastic. The shirt was cleaned and pressed with no signs of the oil stains left. 1 shirt is $3.50. I always test the waters for dry cleaners with a simple white shirt - I can't wait to see what they do with my more expensive clothing. NOTE: There is a $5 minimum charge on all credit card payments. So it's better to bring cash!

I dropped off 20 Lovesac covers at this cleaner on a Wednesday and was told they would be ready by…read moreMonday. I returned five days later to pick them up and immediately noticed that several of my cream-colored covers had a red/pink tint to them. When I brought this to the owner's attention, she said she didn't know how it happened and offered me a discount. After I paid, I explained that the covers still needed to be fixed since they had been damaged during cleaning. She then told me that because she had given me a discount, I had essentially accepted the mistake. I disagreed, as these covers are very expensive and should have been cleaned properly the first time. She set aside seven damaged covers and told me they would be ready in three days. She also stated that if she was able to fix them, I would need to pay the difference from the original price because she corrected the issue. I explained that I should not be charged extra to fix a mistake that occurred during the original service. When I returned, the discoloration had been corrected, but the covers had not been pressed. I was told to come back the next day after 5 PM. When I arrived at 5:45 PM, I was told they still weren't ready because they were busy and to return in 30 minutes. After waiting, four of the seven covers were still not properly pressed and remained very wrinkled. Although she offered to press them again, I declined because I was tired of making repeated trips. The most frustrating part of this experience was the lack of accountability and customer service. At no point did the owner apologize for damaging my items or for the multiple delays. Instead, I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing her by asking her to correct mistakes that should never have happened in the first place. While the discoloration was eventually fixed, the entire process was stressful, time-consuming, and handled unprofessionally. And tried to make me feel as though she deserved to get paid full price for ruining my covers. Between the damage to my covers, multiple return trips, missed deadlines, and lack of accountability, this was not the level of service I expected. Based on my experience, I would not return.

I had to be literally sewn into the dress moments before the wedding--a nightmare scenario for any special occasion. When I brought the issue to their attention, they agreed to replace the zipper. I explained that the original zipper was small and discreet, and it needed to match. The woman working there dismissed my concern, telling me, "I know, shes a professional." When I picked it up again, the new zipper was huge, completely wrong for the dress, and looked ridiculous. They again promised to fix it.
