Client since 2015 gave them multiple chances to fix their demeanor and act like they appreciate clients. But enough is enough this review is way over due. Houston has a ton of better options available. Owner is fully aware of how rude his employee is and is obviously not doing anything about it and the only good employee they had!! isn't there any more!!. I have used their dry cleaning services for years and they have been great. Recently I was searching for a seamstress and decided to use theirs. Sue works there and she did an amazing job. I asked her to add on a skirt to the dress since i had accidentally tripped on the back of it while trying it on. We showed Sue pictures of what we wanted and she was able to redesign it while making it look like the dress was made that way. She gave me a quote and had the dress ready before the date that we had discussed. I was really happy with her attention to detail and work ethic. I highly recommend her services. read more

Called to speak to a manager and the young lady who answered the phone was very rude. We have been using this cleaners for over 5 years! I understand things happen but don't lie about it! I've been using this place because it's close to my home and they have fast service. The owner is a nice guy but his employee (the guy that's almost always there) is absolutely not! He looks miserable all the time. My biggest issue that I wish they improve is spot or stain treatment. Took in slacks and shirts for a regular wash and press. Got them back and they the slacks werent pressed on the factory crease, giving them a double crease. All of my shirts need the sleeves pressed again, and most of them need completely redone. I will not be returning, even though they are very close to my house. read more

Sorry. I thought I posted this WEEKS ago. I just found it in my unfinished drafts. So who washes work slacks that clearly have a label inside that says "Dry Clean ONLY?" I had previously received one pair of slacks back from Dry Clean World that had clearly been washed instead of dry cleaned as evident by the lint pill balls that now appeared on my previously lint-free wool blend slacks. So, I was dumb enough to give them a second chance to screw this up, but beforehand I took 2 dry cleaner's labels for suits that said "Press Only," blackened out "Press" and hand wrote "Dry Clean." So now the labels read "Dry Clean ONLY." I stapled one to each of the belt loops of 2 pairs of wool blend slacks after writing in the other side, "Do Not Launder!" So now I figure ok, first time was a mistake, I have clearly marked on the outside of the pants "Dry Clean Only" plus there is an inside manufacturer's label that says "DRY CLEAN ONLY". They are a professional cleaners, what could go wrong? Boy was I wrong. Not only did the first pair of slacks come back with more pill balls, the second pair that was previously lint-free also came back with lint pill balls. My wool slacks had clearly been put in the washing machine, again, with other items that caused the lint, AND the warnings to "dry clean only" went unheeded. I tried to call the cleaners immediately after I got home to have someone answer for this, but no one picked up. Surprise. I'm done with these clowns! Maybe I'll just pay more for a better dry cleaning service. I guess you really do get what you pay for these days. Smh. read more

I wish i read all the reviews here first before I waited for a bad experience in this shitty place. I always go here for all my suits dry cleaning at least 4 suits a month for over a year. And last time I went for 2 suits dry cleaned, when Im about to wear it stinks like mold smelling. I didn't wear them and returned to this place to have it fixed. They said I already took off their tag and he said I already wore them and the stupid guy receptionist said it smells food. I told him I just wear my suits in church. He said they will fix it but they I will be charged the same, STUPID PEOPLE!! read more

This place is close to home that why I use it. But management is horrible. I have a whole clearly in my shirt ripped and he told me I have moths in my house. Please stick to dry cleaning here. This it their area...they are inexpensive and fairly efficient. Tailoring is NOT their area. I took a bridesmaid dress there to be tailored. As always, it was cheap cheap, but you get what you pay for. I swear it looks like my three year old sewed the dress up. It was pretty laughable. The seams were extremely crooked. I asked, did the person hemming care? Are they blind? Did they even try? Good thing I just needed it taken up so I don't fall...the bottom was only effected by their "lofty" work. Also, thank goodness I only plan to wear this $200 dress which was ruined by them one time. Yeah, stick to dry cleaning. It's bad if you want a refund on a very cheap deal. Ok we used to go here all the time because they do in house cleaning. Awesome, right? Yeah! Except, the past few times I took my shirts there, they came back with little black dots all over the place. I told the boy that works there that this was unacceptable and I would have been fine just to have the shirts in question rewashed. However, he insulted me saying that it was food stains and calling me a "stupid a**hole." Needless to say, I am an unhappy customer and will be taking me quite frequent business elsewhere. read more

I love the prices of this place but unfortunately you get what you pay for... my items smell like MUSKY body odor after their dry cleaned. It's an awful unbearable smell! If I could give less than one star, I would. The Jones Rd location of DCW lost my item almost a month ago. Wife and I have left 5+ messages for either the manager (Andy), or the owner to call us back--but no response. My next step is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, dispute the credit card charge, and then take them to court. Seriously. ...we are 10 yr customers. I took 15 dress shirts and 10 slacks to get dry clean. Out of the 15 shirts, they messed up 6 shirts. Smashed a couple of buttons on some shirts and left stains on the others. I'm so pissed I didn't read the other reviews before I dropped my clothes off to be ruined! read more

They ruined my mom's sweater (didn't notice until it was too late) then ruined my blouse and held it hostage for 3 weeks when I brought it back to complain...apparently the manager was either an idiot or he avoided me on purpose, even spoke to him once and he never returned my phone call. This place is bad. They lost my dry cleaning bag during one trip, and they had to give me another. They lost all of my clothes because someone put the wrong name on the tags. How does that happen when my name and phone number was on the laundry bag. After I had to go look for my clothes myself, I demanded a discount for the trouble. I was given a $5 discount off a large dry cleaning and laundering order. During another trip, I dropped off my clothes before the deadline so that my clothes could be ready on Saturday afternoon. However when I attempted to pick them up, I was told the clothes wouldn't be ready until Monday because the order was not entered into the system on time. I asked for the manager, but I was told he would be in on Tuesday. I picked up my clothes on Monday, and the person who helped me said that my order was entered into the system on time. On Tuesday I called and asked for the manager, I was told he wasn't there. Due to all of the problems, I filed a complaint with the BBB. Dry Clean World never responded to the complaint. Do not give this awful place your business. read more
