When you don't provide an item the correct thing to do, as a business, is to either figure out how much the going rate is or simply say you do not carry the item. Pretending to and knowing it is something you don't carry would have made the experience much worse. Again, I never requested a quote from you, Yelp sent it to numerous vendors.
