I took Isabel's spray tanning class via zoom. At first I was a bit hesitant because I prefer to learn hands on however I took the chance and had the intention to absorb as much as I can and get the most out of it. Isabel did a great job on explaining DHA, color theory and techniques. She also touches on the Fitzpatrick skin scale (skin types1-6) and how everyone can get a spray tan. She also shares stats of skin cancer and some marketing strategies. I personally have strategically spray tan over 10 people for free. Got content and now use it to promote my business. I was planning to announce mid May because I mentally thought I needed more practice however as I was building brand awareness I've had people reaching out if I was booking yet, and at that point I felt confident to start sooner and why wait. I feel so confident and stand by my investment because I put in what I wanted to get out of it, do the work and figuring it out. Yes I've learned a lot from the training but I also have been learning a lot from just jumping in and tanning people. Not only the training helped with my confidence to spray tan but also there are other opportunities to work with the brand, continue education, and also there's a supportive fb group. I will say this, whether you get a training from her or anyone else YOU should be putting in what you want to get out of it. If you expect to just get clientele just by this training and not doing the work you are not being realistic. I don't have any experience in the spray tan industry and let me tell you if you don't take the time to research, build a business plan and overcome mentally what's holding yourself back it's not going to work. YOU do have to go out and continue practicing and mastering your craft. If I can do this online you can too, it's just on how much do you really want this.

Review is for her class. Isabel is the ultimate spray tan artist and overall MASTER trainer. She's super relaxed, unrehearsed & genuine. She had breakfast, snacks & drinks for us and we sat and literally had a "conversation" with her. And by conversation I mean "teaching us" in a very relaxed learning environment. After she talked us through client prep (pre & post) and taught us about DHA etc the hands on portion began (approx. 1 hr into class and you'll soon learn why this is important to mention). The next part of training is Isabel teaching you about your gun, how it feels, how it works and how you can take it apart to clean it. Isabel then welcomes you to hold the gun as she holds it too. She goes over her unique technique (only available to those that pay for the class like myself!) without a model first and then you begin. She started with her tanning first and every woman getting certified had several turns with several models. And if you weren't holding the gun and tanning you had the option of going with Chynzia 1:1 and pretend to tan her as you follow all techniques! (I HIGHLY recommend you try this) The rest of the class is Isabel working with each woman and teaching you how to spray tan as she not only gives you 1:1 direction BUT she's also encouraging you. She cheers you on and celebrates your growth in the spray tan process (which you WILL have grown insanely before her & your very own eyes!) If you're like me, you already had a previous spray tan class and didn't feel confident that you can actually spray tan people. I'm not here to talk about anyone else's class but this is important info to understand the context of my excitement, confidence level and overall growth in such a short period of time! At one point I was helping my fellow AMAZING classmates. (After all, I'm all about women empowering women!) Isabel & Chynzia thank you for turning my experience around. You are right Isabel, I didn't have to record or write any of it down. It's all in my head, I've processed it and I'm READY to start tanning some sunless babes!

I went to this place and even though had an appointment already at this place, she made me wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes outside and it was really cold . She did horrible job, my both hands color are totally different from each other . I will not suggest no one to go to this place .Please don't waste your time and money if you respect yourself . I do not like to write negative reviews but this one is needed for all future brides. We have been spray tanning with marisol and only love her work. Marisol cancelled on my cousin and her sister who was a bride and they ended up with Melanie who ruined their spray tan completely I have never seen such a horrible spray tan in my life. My sister being her long time client booked her for her prewedding shoot which was also rescheduled with Melanie my sister came out orange similar to bride wars im not even exaggerating everyone was shocked. The photographer couldn't even edit the orange out completely. Knowing this we decided to book only with marisol (with a rep of canceling) she promised to not leave us hanging AGAIN and ended up canceling 10 days before my sisters wedding. Although we loved Marisol and the way she spray tanned we will no longer come here because of the uncertainty around our appts. This establishment is unprofessional and will leave you without a spray tan (which is honestly better) or with a horrible tan done with one of their incompetent techs (no offense) Save yourself the trouble book elsewhere.

I took Isabel's course summer 19' and boy am I glad I did. Isabel is very sweet she makes you feel like she's one of your friends. She's extremely knowledgeable and has tons of patience. She is great at making you feel encouraged the whole time you're practicing on someone. She and her assistant Chynzia are both very nice and extremely patient and very reassuring. So that's why this class is great for beginners as well as someone with experience. Going to class I was extremely nervous because I didn't know what to expect. However after the class room type setting we go straight to practicing on models and she really shows you how it's done and really explains things clearly. She's even down to go in and get tanned if she needs to. I remember we didn't know if we had enough models so Isabel let us practice on her arms. That's awesome. She's so passionate about what she does and and really truly loves it. I highly recommend taking her class I promise you will not be disappointed don't feel like you have to have some experience going in it's extremely hands on and Isabel and Chynzia, her assistant are there to help every step of the way. On another note Isabel is great at responding on social media even text message for any questions or concerns you might have after you take the course. Thanks again Isabel. The knowledge I learned has seriously changed my life. Your technique is seriously the best.

Took this amazing class over a year ago. Taking this class was one of the best decisions I've ever made. It was amazing, I learned so much! I am a cosmetologist and I love the extra money that this brings in! I've had nothing but amazing comments about her solution from my client. If they love it I love it! The newest solution cocoa is EVERYTHING!! If you're debating whether you should take it or not, don't even think about it twice DO IT! She is literally giving you all of the tools that you need. I'm a first timer for spray tan. I honestly didn't know what to expect because I've never had a spray tan myself. My appt was pretty late in the evening which I appreciate because I work really long hours, they have this thing down because I didn't wait at all! Isabel made me feel completely comfortable and within 15 mins I went from chalky winter white to glowing sun(less) kissed skin. Now here is the funny part, I have an event which was the reason I went for the spray tan. And she said it was my preference to leave my undergarments on or off. I decided to leave it on, got the tan, came home and realized that wasn't the smartest idea, given the fact that my outfit is backless and now I have a strip of white on my back (only me). I text her and they accommodated the very next day, I went in for a touch up, this time with Chynzia and just like Isabel, she is also very kind, welcoming and made me feel comfortable baring myself. I never thought of getting a spray tan before because I honestly don't like how it looks sometimes. I've seen discoloration, streaks, missed areas, etc but now I realize that you have to use the right product (which I've heard they have one of the best in the market), but you have to have it executed properly, with that said, they did a fantastic job. read more

I am truly in love with Isabel's work. The glow she gives my body has become an addiction. She seeks perfection in every session, takes her time, and is very very sweet. I felt uncomfortable at first getting naked in front of her, but her sweet personality makes you feel so comfortable. She's the best there is by far. I've gone to several spray tanning locations, and no one compares. If you haven't tried her, I guarantee after your first time, you too will become addicted to the glow she gives you. read more

Not a bad review but an honest one! Training class is very rushed, on top of her showing up late AND with a drink in her hand (extremely unprofessional!) They did not have enough supplies for the entire class so anyone who lived far had to have their stuff mailed to them. Solution is not included on the day of training its mailed weeks after.. so you come home with nothing to spray with, no gun, no solution, nothing!! About 18 students in the class in a small room, it's hard to hear, see, I wish i went else where. The solution is out of stock 80% of the time on website, its a great sales tactic for Dolce Glow, but that doesnt work for my business I need solution on hand and readily available. Lots of students who've gone to her coarse can agree with this, as we still communicate through Instagram- SAVE YOUR MONEY! Train with someone who doesn't sell solution and solely does spray tan training. read more

Isabela is absolutely phenomenal. She is dedicated to her clients, and is very professional. I have had my fair share of spray tans but NOTHING has come close to her dolce glow solution. I have English, Scottish, and Swedish in my ethnicity which = pasty white girl. I have never once looked orange! It is such a natural glow each time and I plan on using her for my wedding day coming up in October, as well as all the exciting bridal events! Isabela has worked with many celebrities and stars throughout LA and she makes me feel like I am an A-lister each time. I would recommend her and her solution every time. She contours the tan with your body so naturally, and sculpts your muscles to compliment your physique. The entire process takes no more than 20 minutes. The solution is practically scentless and doesn't ruin clothes. She is very educational on how to maintain the perfect tan before and after application. Isabela and Dolce Glow will soon be a house hold name in LA. read more

This is seriously the best place to get a spray tan in the whole world. Literally. It looks so natural and never orange. Made an appointment 2 weeks ago through yelp get there and call because I couldn't find the place whoever i spoke to told me when i had already gotten there that they needed to reschedule due to her dog passing lol like that isnt the oldest lie in the book but like she said life happens but she really shouldve called to clear up her appointments for the day, everyone gave this place such a good review she didnt even get back to me after she said would. Who knows maybe it was a bad day ended up getting a spray tan somewhere else because im traveling soon. The artist Milena took her time to match the perfect shade for my skin tone, it looked so natural and not orange at all. She explained everything step by step, from prep to aftercare, and made me feel super comfortable throughout the whole process. The results were flawless, even, glowy, and gave me that healthy sun-kissed look without any streaks or weird smell. I got so many compliments the next few days! The tan faded beautifully too, no patchiness. You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I haven't had the pleasure of getting a spray tan at Dolce but I cannot find a place to review their self-tanning products and I HAVE to post a review. I self tan a lot and don't know how I haven't came across these products. I received the Dolce self-tanning foam in the Crisley box. It is amazing! It is easy to apply and you can wear it from one hour up to over night, depending on how dark you want to be. My favorite thing about it though is the undertone. Many self-tanners have a "golden" undertone and that's what makes you orange with repeated use. Dolce has a greenish undertone that looks a little odd when you apply it but trust me...the tan that it produces is very natural. Natural olive and dark skin has a green undertone so you want your "fake" olive skin to have that undertone as well. No matter how many times I apply Dolce, I never look orange. This product may seem expensive when compared with others but it is worth it. A very small amount of the foam goes a long long way. One pump covers a large area. I'm so glad that I got this in my Summer Chrisley box. Now I don't have to look pastey all winter read more

I have been spray tanning for many years, tried several locations and different people. Nobody comes close to Isabel and her amazing formula. Isabel is professional, polite, and is very knowledgeable. She told me what to do prior to my tan to help ensure I would get the very best out of my tan. Her formula doesn't smell bad, it isn't sticky and perhaps my favorite part, it fades out evenly. No patches, weird spots, nothing!! I did not look orange which was a major concern. I like dark but not orange and the color could not be anymore perfect! I always do two coats, and it turns out dark enough yet natural looking. Her formula makes my skin feel soft and gives a beautiful glow. My husband has tanned with her as well. He was nervous about looking unnatural and orange (he is very light skinned) and was very satisfied with the results. If you are looking for a beautiful tan with the best solution, look no further. First of all I want to say I'm sorry for your dog loss for those of you who don't know Isabel as well as I do, this dog was here therapy dog she has had Oreo for 11 years and it has been her rock of sanity so I'm so sorry on how you had to endure that! Isabel is one of the hardest working woman I know she not only dedicated her time to her three year old daughter but also does so much for her family! Amazing service! I highly recommend Dolce Glow's custom airbrush tanning and their airbrush tanning courses. I had the pleasure of having Isabel Vita's as my spray tan instructor. Her teaching ability comes natural. She was very kind and encouraging throughout her whole course. She explained everything thoroughly and is very hands on. I took the 1-1 spray tan course with Isabel. At first I was super nervous because spray tanning is very very new to me. Isabel's passion, knowledge and love for her work (which really showed when she was teaching me) made me feel confident and excited. She really provided me with the teachings needed to succeed. I'm not someone that normally tans a lot just on special occasions. I am naturally tan on areas that get sun exposure. Isabel is the sweetest and makes you extremely comfortable.
