However, I have seen her and her other esthetician Michelle Gray and HAVE NOT SEEN any results promised, immediate or other. I do not wish to waste any more money here. I was a loyal client of this med spa for nearly five years, hoping to see meaningful results with my skin. Unfortunately, that never happened. From the beginning, I noticed that recommendations felt more focused on selling the newest treatments or expensive products rather than truly understanding what my skin needed. I followed their advice consistently, investing thousands of dollars in treatments and high-end creams -- all used exactly as directed. The results were always temporary. My skin would feel nice for a few days after a treatment, but there was never any lasting improvement. Every time I expressed concern about the lack of results, I was told it could be due to hormones or some other issue, and then they'd suggest yet another cream or a different treatment -- repeating the same cycle. I trusted their expertise for years, assuming maybe they were right. I decided to try another med spa -- and the difference was night and day. The new place actually assessed my skin type thoroughly, suggested AFFORDABLE products that suit my skin from amazon and I started seeing real, consistent improvement. This made me realize that what I needed all along was a more personalized, thoughtful approach -- not a sales pitch. Looking back, I feel incredibly disappointed knowing how much time, money, and hope I invested for very little return. Service: Deep Tissue Massage (50 minutes total). Quality: My massage therapist was very professional, and really put in work on my very tense back! I wish I had a choice on massage oil scent like at other massage places. The massage oil they used on me was "lavender" scented. Hydromassage: I got a complementary 10 minute session with the Hydromassage machine. It was pretty neat. You can choose where you'd like the machine to focus on, the speed, and the pressure! It was fun and relaxing. They currently have a special going on that is for new customers and won't be offered to you again if you're returning. $75 a month and you get an hour long massage or facial. You also get unlimited use of the Hydromassage machine. There's no contract and you can cancel anytime. Sounds like a cool deal if you live nearby! I like trying out new spas around the DFW area though!

This massage was excessively painful and felt like there was zero actual muscle work being done. The next morning, I woke up with large bruises on my legs, back, and butt -- something I have never experienced in my life from a professional deep tissue massage. I left sore in a concerning way rather than feeling relief or tension release. What made the experience even worse was how uncomfortable and violated I felt during the session. When I was asked to flip over, the male massage therapist stood behind my head watching me instead of stepping behind the sheet and turning away, which is the standard level of professionalism and privacy I've always experienced elsewhere. It made me feel extremely exposed and disrespected. To make matters worse, after calling to share my concerns and experience, there has been little to no follow-up or attempt to rectify the situation. I even had to reach back out myself just to confirm they received the photos I sent of the bruising. Overall, this experience was not only physically painful but also deeply uncomfortable and unprofessional. I would not return and cannot recommend this location based on my experience.

It took about 45 minutes and was very relaxing. I also love the product line they use! My esthetician was friendly and willing to offer opinions on a few things I had questions about. Memberships are very reasonably priced and I will definitely be back! Parking is no issue and they have a really nice lobby for waiting with fruit infused water. I did find it to be a little cold in the room so if you naturally run cold like me keep that in mind!

Many, many years…read moreago, I lived/worked in a Dermatology office in the Beverly Hills area of LA.  I saw all the 'things that can go wrong' while new techniques were being learned and tested.  Because of this, I'm very cautious when it comes to these things.  This past year, I began noticing tiny lines above my upper lip that look terrible when wearing lipstick.  I did not know nurse-injectors would/could do something as amazing and beautiful as Melissa.  It's as if the lines never existed!!  She doesn't fill-up your lip (ie duck-look); she doesn't fill a line along the vermilion border (ie making top of lip stick out).  She is an artist!! She takes her time accessing, injecting a tiny amount, accessing, injecting a tiny amount, etc -- in each line and/or tiny area needing a supportive boost.  The result is absolutely beautiful!! Thank You to Facelogic (Brooke, Cindy, Cat, Ashley & Melissa ~ and all whom I have yet to meet) for choosing the best to represent you ~ from setting appointments to the comfort and beauty of your facility to the expert care of your chosen technicians. UPDATE I WENT TO TOTAL MED SPA ALLEN AND THEY FIXED THE BOTCHED JEAUVEA I DID NOT ASK FOR, and they…read moremade it look 1000000 times better. I've got over 100 units, have spent thousands between June-July, to get my smooth forehead back. Over night. Woke up, went and got my forehead done, and it didn't work 50 units of xeomin, went back, 2 weeks later, got another 50, went back AGAIN for another 50....Then came to Lux to get the 60 units of Botox (not of something I did NOT want-I specifically asked and pushed for Botox). My body is obviously rejecting the tox's. Xeomin/Jeauvu. So, my original Dr, who I've been going to for 5 years, injected 100-200 units, of xeomin and it failed. So, I ventured out the box to go here. To get Botox. Brooke was great. However, how dismissed I got treated after spending $600 for my forehead to look like this (well over a grand in total) because they wanted to try a "new better product" which I explained i was not comfortable with, but they did anyway...... And now I'm walking around like this, after now, almost 200 units of tox in less than 2 months has been put in my forehead. Is it either of the injectors fault? No!!! Not at all, however the way I was dismissed and told "You need to go to a plastic surgeon that's never happened to a client" like too bad so sad, we will just take your $600 and not even try to help figure it out, or help you. Super dismissed. Botox is my only self esteem, feel good thing. Gross, I know, but to be dismissed so blunt and zero kind of accountability for putting an tox in, i specifically said "probably won't work" promised it would "work better" and not even trying to figure it out after spending that amount, has left me pretty hurt and upset. No one who cares, or is professional says "sorry too bad don't know what to tell you", just really had rubbed me the wrong way. I DID NOT WANT JEAUVEA I WANTED BOTOX. TO BE CLEAR. I don't think she was mean, or rude intentionally or even at all, it's just the fact, I just paid to get 60 units that failed, with a tox i DID NOT WANT in the first place, because of this very reason. I know Botox works, anything else dissolves but they were adamant on jeauvau or whatever it's called. And here are the results, a month post 200 units of different tox (they did 60 units of jevueau) which again, I said I wanted Botox, but kept getting told "this is better" Shouldn't look like this less than a month-a month later-a month later, and that's why I wanted Botox, and not jeauveau. Current pics of "a month post jeauveau" Vs what I looked like RIGHT BEFORE this last injection nightmare. It was smooth, didn't wrinkle or fold like that, not all patchy and botched looking. My forehead looks worse post all this, than it did pre my 3 month touch up (Over the past couple of months over 100 tox's only 60 at Lux). I'm upset because I KNEW a new tox WOULD NOT work, it never does, and I went with the pushy suggestion and ended up with a really unfortunate looking forehead. Barbie doesn't like the word "botched" but that's exactly how I feel with this forehead. And flushed $600 down the drain for this ‍ not ok. My forehead looks worse than it did pre visit. When a customer asks for Botox, do not sway them, I knew this would happen, which is why I kept on pushing to stick with Botox. But "something better" was being used, and it's obviously not better, at all, because it failed. A $600 fail to some nothing, but for me. It is. This was my 3 times a year only thing I do for myself. And I'm left looking bad. 5 years. Never in my 5 years doing this, has it ever looked this horrible, even pre Botox. The suggestion was "go see a plastic surgeon i have no idea". I don't have money to see a plastic surgeon. The only "plastic surgery" I get, which is not even plastic surgery is Botox. That's it. Had we of just gone with what the customer feels comfortable with (BOTOX) then it wouldn't be this bad, I knew immediately the highly pushed one, would not work. If the Botox would have failed, I would have been content, but because a new product was pushed, and not really given the option I wanted. Give the customer what they ask for please. If they ask for Botox, give them Botox. Don't sway them please.
