Rescheduling lessons is a pain, though. For my son's instrument there is one and only one teacher who teaches 3 days of the week, and their flexibility when they've had no available make-up slots has varied. It was nightmarish a year ago, and better lately. My kids have been in lots of other classes/programs and rescheduling at Bach to Rock is just different. Also, when my son has been a little sick, well enough to play but didn't want to expose his teacher, they still charged us for the lesson... which is in line with their policies, but the other private teachers we've worked with have been kinder about illness especially when the key concern is protecting them.

They encourage students to be a part of the band when ready. They have students perform at different events like pumpkin patches during the Fall, Crossroads Mall, etc. Enrollment was seamless. Student progress and homework can be tracked online. They have 30 min or 1 hr lessons and fee varies depending on the duration. Overall, they make learning to play instruments very fun. They offer a free trial lesson. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Somehow they got my last review deleted. So I guess I'll…read moretype up another one. I emailed Joe, the owner of Orbit Audio. I requested 4 weeks in advance to have a spot booked up. I messaged back and forth with the audio engineer he assigned. As a side note, I flew from San Francisco, CA to Seattle, WA to record with them. 3 days before hand, they told me I was still good to go for the session. With about 16 hours before my session they cancelled on me telling me they had booked someone else and couldn't take me in. As a musician of 25+ years, they treated me like a 'second rate' musician. So let me tell you this. If you're an indie artist, DO NOT go here. They cancelled on me just to get a couple more hours of time booked. A little bit of extra money in their pockets. They didn't take into account that I had spent the previous 4 weeks non-stop preparing for the session, just to cancel on me with less than 24 hours notice. These are audio engineers, not artists or musicians. They simply do not care about anything other than the money in their pockets. When I was told I was cancelled, they tried to get me to go to another location at one of their audio engineers house. Please tell me how if I'm looking at paying anywhere between $500-$1,000 for a day of recording and mastering that I would want to go to someones house to record. They will rush you and attempt to take advantage of you. Stay away from here. P.s. If you don't believe me, here's a screenshot from the owner apologizing forgetting to book me. Even though they had CONFIRMED with me 3 days prior to cancellation that I was good to go for the session. Did I mention I flew into Seattle, WA from San Francisco, CA to do this session

The fact that you're reading this means you're considering a videographer, and are also considering…read moreAderyn Productions. My friend, you are wise. Look no further. Hire Aderyn and rest easy knowing you're in good hands. My husband and I chose Aderyn to capture our wedding. We didn't meet Garrett of Aderyn until the morning of the wedding, and that didn't present a problem. Garrett is incredibly responsible/reliable, very organized, well-prepared, talented, experienced, a clear communicator, and a good listener. Based on email exchanges and one or two phone calls, Garrett got a good feeling for what we wanted and delivered in spades. I've been to weddings where the videographers were obvious and super distracting and clunky with their lights, equipment, and filming. Besides speaking up a couple of appropriate times when they needed to collaborate with us, we barely noticed Aderyn was there, which was great because it let us focus on each other and our loved ones. Aderyn truly did a fantastic job with everything: capturing the emotional moments and the highlights, presenting the day from different angles and points of view so that it felt like a whole, multi-layered story, and top-notch post-production editing. Aderyn was able to capture and relay the intangible parts of that amazing, happy, once-in-a-lifetime day and preserve it all for us. Many friends who saw the sneak-peek trailer said it seemed like the trailer to a movie they wanted to watch. It was the highest quality. A few people even emailed me to say that the trailer made them cry (hahaha). Aderyn did an absolutely beautiful job and hit it out of the park. We are so happy we chose Aderyn Productions!

Garrett went out of the way to coordinate with my DJ and make sure all the systems were on track to record some slightly hard-to-capture moments. He also coordinated with my friend who is doing all the video editing work, and went out of his way to make sure his equipment and file type met her needs. Garrett was prompt, friendly, fun, and is even putting together a customized highlights clip as a bonus! He also sent me an MP3 of the song my composer friend had custom arranged, which he caught while our string trio was rehearsing -- it was a better-quality clip since you can actually hear it instead of just people clapping/yelling during the actual ceremony, so it's a really nice bonus for us to revisit. All in all, Aderyn was affordable, flexible, responsible, and showered us with little bonuses -- totally a great blend of exactly what we were looking for! I would highly recommend these guys for any wedding!
