I had a particularly large issue** in one of the rooms that I pointed out to Daniel and he took the time to analyze it, explaining he'd do his best to pretreat it and get it out. It took a little over an hour for three areas and, to my surprise, they even moved the smaller furniture out of the way so they can clean underneath! The large stain I had was just about completely gone and my entire house smelled clean --not just perfumed, but clean. I waited a week to make sure nothing reappeared and am fully satisfied with their work. They charged an additional $15 for coming all the way out to Arlington but given the deals they offer I would rehire them again in a heartbeat. Great guys, great service. *To clear up the CL find, I've hired popular companies advertised on the radio or TV and found them to be extremely overpriced for what they offer. I had previously found a company that was equivalent to the big guys but wanted to see if I could find a better one and was glad I did. **I had a roommate with a carpet cleaner but once she moved out I started renting Rug Doctors to clean messier spots. I'd never had an issue until this past time, when, according to the 4 customer service reps I spent way too much time on the phone with afterwards, the vacuum wasn't properly working so it cycled dirty water through the carpet without picking it up. Needless to say, everywhere I "cleaned" dried a light brown color. They offered to give me a different machine for 24 hours and a new bottle of soap, but the damage was done and the stain did not lift. If nothing else, DON'T RENT A MACHINE TO CLEAN IT. Even though I'd had success with them before, they don't rinse between users or check for problems and it wasn't worth the hassle of getting the new soap and double labor only to make a bigger mess and have to hire a professional afterwards.

We recently had our entire home (carpets and tile) cleaned by Magician's Cleaning Solutions…read more PROS: -June, the owner, is a really nice guy. He seemed genuine, honest, and hard-working. -We thought the price was reasonable. -The carpets look renewed. -June gave us some helpful tips on how to keep our tile, grout, and carpet looking good. -He never once tried to up-sell us and he was straightforward regarding the cost from our first conversation. NEUTRALS: -Unfortunately, the cleaning didn't get rid of the dog and cat odor from the previous owners; however, we really didn't expect it to because we think the problem goes deeper (into the pads) than the carpet. But we do feel more comfortable letting the baby crawl around on the floor until we can afford new carpet, so that's good. -The tile looks OK. CONS: -June came to our home from another unexpected large job he had that day, and he seemed a little low on carpet cleaning products. Specifically, we spoke over the phone about a number of different carpet cleaning products he could use on our floor, and we agreed we would decide once he came out to the home. When he arrived, the choices were limited. The product he ended up using was fine, but we would have preferred to pick from the options he had described on the phone. Overall, we were pleased with the service and we feel very comfortable recommending Magicians Cleaning Solutions.
