Intended to call for an appointment when I got home, but THEY called me because of the urgency of my situation. Got me in in 2 hours, with the staff staying well after their planned early exit at noon. Entire team was SO KIND, and GENTLE, and understanding I was at the end of my rope. Dr Drouin was amazing. Totally professional yet measured, thoughtful, and genuinely empathetic. No pain whatsoever. He personally called on the holiday weekend to check in on me. I expect the chemo/radiation will wreak havoc on my already fragile tooth health. He will be my first call for implants. Just a great experience. Highly recommended

After my first visit, I told my dentist I didn't want to go back there; he convinced me to finish with them -- I wish I hadn't. In general, the welfare of Chandler's patients seems like a distant concern in an all-encompassing quest to churn patients and get their hands on your money. Elmhurst dentists do not recommend Chandler for oral surgery, so take that as a big tell.

They make you feel like family and do such a good job making personal relationships (this is hard when you're only in every 6 months!). I saw Dr. Nihill for YEARS and was nervous when he retired because I always felt so comfortable. Since then, I have been seeing Dr. Brambert who is FABULOUS! He is so gentle, walks you through every step of what he's doing and his thought process. I am so happy to have a new dentist that I trust. While I've only seen Dr. McBeth twice ever, I've only ever had pleasant experiences with him too and he always stops to say hello even though I am not his patient. The front office staff are kind, attentive and helps me schedule appointments well in advance so I can see my favorite hygienist (who is so gentle and sweet!). I can't say enough great things about all of the staff, their patient care and the warmness of the office. There is a reason why my grandparents, parents, cousin and sibling have all been going for years!

Keep it surface. The gals at the desk are great with understanding "I'm in a hurry" or "I can be chatty and tell stories ". They read social cues well and I appreciate that. You feel heard. And always floss more. You can never floss enough.

With that being said, I would still give 100 stars to this office if YELP would allow it. My review is based on my dealings with one of the dentists at this office- Dr. Bennett. Dr. Bennett is an extremely talented professional. When I think of someone who practices any sort of medicine, it is with the hope that they are doing so with a deep passion for helping people. He does this and more. He is incredibly personable and I feel very comfortable discussing any issues I have with him. Any time I have a question, he makes himself available to answer it. He is attentive, caring, and goes out of his way to ensure that I get the answer I NEED and not the answer I want. There have been multiple instances where I have had a dental question, and he has taken his time (uncompensated) to give me his professional opinion and recommendation so that I can decide how to move forward with my own treatment. If I was ever given the option, I would use this office- hands down. Anyone that receives care from him is incredibly lucky because he will ensure you are taken care of in the manner that is most appropriate for your condition. Thanks for all that you do!

The…read moredentist told me I would receive a call with a price estimate.....I'm still waiting for the call as today 04/04/26 but I did receive a bill for the incomplete evaluation consultation. I would highly recommend staying far away from Grove Dental.
