This was absolutely the worst experience ever. I drove in from downtown Dallas for a 7am appointment. I arrive to find there is no appointment for me. If you don't like being forced to provide a credit card number to hold your spot because they have " a monthly average of 100+ people that no-show" this isn't the place for you. Though I was told this on my initial call, I hung up and a few moment later I received 2 emails confirming my date and time. I assumed that meant they had made an exception.... A month later (today) - I find out that wasn't the case. I suppose this money driven policy saved me from whatever debacle would've come up next with this company. I am seeing Meredith Link and have been attending about a month. The changes in my eating from low carb to balanced meals and the increase in frequency from 2x/day to 4-5x/day with no intermittent fasting has been a big adjustment for me and I am still getting used to it.
