They've been incredibly caring, attentive and professional throughout onboarding and all visits. We've been blown away with their in-home pet sitting services. We have a wary and dog-reactive senior dog, cats (one is deaf), and a bunny. Wolfgang is incredible with all of them, and also treats our home with so much respect in the big and little ways (watering parched plants, tossing garbage in the bins outside, bringing in packages). His visitation notes make us feel so comforted knowing our pets are eating and using the restroom. We always feel guilty leaving them, but I know they're still getting lots of love and attention from an experienced caretaker who also genuinely loves animals. We feel the level of service The Woof Gang provides WELL exceeds our expectations and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

The Woof Pack--Rick & Debbie-- are terrific to work with. Professional, personable, efficient and accommodating. I appreciate the way that they helped us get the care we needed, when my surgery date got moved up by one week. We had excellent cat sitters for several years (but were moving to a new location where they no longer could serve) so we were very anxious to find the "right fit". The search was over upon meeting Analyn Carino. She was kind, personable and passionate about her business. We also thought it was wonderful this was a family run business where her brother, Jason, would also be working with us. We have found Jason and Analyn's associates to be very attentive to our last minute cat sitting needs and requests. This is one of their greatest strengths, their excellent communication and responsiveness. Daily photos, and daily texts to keep us informed! Wow! When they arrive at our home to watch over Loke, our flame-point short hair Siamese and Mocha, our black medium hair tabby, they work extra hard to ensure we can have peace of mind while we are out of town. From these daily updates, summaries and taking photos of our fur babies to taking in our packages that arrive at our front step as well checking our mail, they are professional, dedicated and easy to work with. We appreciate their concern and gentle treatment of Loke and Mocha, as if they were their own pets, which is one of our top priorities in retaining pet sitting services. We highly recommend Analyn, Jason and the iThinkPets team. If you ever have a question, feel free to reach out to myself through Yelp as we would proudly provide a referral! We welcome questions and happily available to share our own personal positive stories and experiences after working with iThinkPet since 2016.
