Kaia knows where we're going as soon as we turn onto Maplewood. She is loved and cared for while she is there, and absolutely exhausted when she gets home. I have been taking our dog Marley a English Golden for the past year. He goes 3 times a week for socializing and loves it. The staff treats your dog like there own. They dogs are placed based on size and temperament. They do fun activities all day and have huge play areas for dogs to swim, run, toys and games. Tried this place out for the first time with my two dogs. I wasn't happy with the service. I left a deposit of $150. At drop off and they tried to charge me full amount without taken off the deposit. Was almost given the wrong dog when leaving the place. I was charged for a bath for both dogs which they never gave the dogs. They were checked for fleas which is fine going in the place but never rechecked going out. When I got my dogs home then were extremely thirsty. Will not bring my dogs back. For the second time, our dog boarded here, and was not fed all of her food; part of her food was not returned after we asked for it. Apparently, it was given to another dog. And a week's worth of evening snacks was never fed to her. Furthermore, when we picked her up, she had a limp in her left hind leg. When she got home, for the second time, she drank copious amounts of water, which leads us to wonder if there's enough water for the dogs. Because this is the second time this has happened with her food, we told them that we would go to social media and let people know that dogs are at risk here. The assistant manager, who had only been there a month, was certainly receptive, and full of apologies but because it was the second time, we were unwilling to listen for long. I asked for the name and phone number of the owner and manager, and she said they will call me tomorrow. We have boarded our dog here for a year or so. And it was always satisfactory. But because on the on previous visit we had a similar problem, we provided written documentation as to how many meals we provided, when they were to be fed, and that we expected all used bags to be returned. Because of this situation, all we can do is contact the Better Business Bureau, and advise anybody to think twice before boarding their dogs here. read more

I was extremely dissatisfied by the unprofessionalism of this establishment. After signing my dog up for a few days of daycare I was told they would handle calling my vet to confirm he was current on his vaccinations and they would call me if anything needed to be updated. I did not receive a call so I brought my dog in for daycare and was rudely notified by the unprofessional child at reception that he was not current on one vaccine and that she sees noted that I was left a vm. I showed my phone to her that had 0 missed calls and 0 vm's from them. Someone forgot to call and they couldn't even apologize for the inconvenience they caused me. No one has reached out to apologize. I would never bring my dog here where clearly communication is lacking! Based on other poor reviews where dogs weren't fed, clearly they forget to do things! read more

Our dog, Charlie, goes here at least 3x a week when my husband and I are both working the same day-firefighter/teacher. She lovvves it so much! Every staff member is so friendly and caring. The day/overnight care may be good, I don't know, but DON'T bring your pet here for "grooming" as it states on their website. They claim to bathe, clean ears, and clip toenails. They don't do any of that. False advertising for Grooming because they don't. After 5 hours, my dog smelled, had leaves and sticks in his tail, was not brushed,his ears were the only part soaked, and he is susceptible to infection. They refunded me, but that was a wasted 5 hours where I could have gone somewhere else! read more

I was concerned that my puppy was too young to be in daycare but I couldn't be more wrong. Or I just lucked out and picked the most caring, professional and friendly place in Jupiter! What a terrible experience!! We had a reservation for our 2 springer/labs to stay while were away on business. I had an extensive conversation with Paige over the phone and I answered all of her questions. I made it very clear that one of my dogs was a senior, she is 12 years old and the other is a young pup of 7 months old. Nothing was ever said to make me think there was a problem with them caring for my beloved older dog, who is quite healthy. Well, we get there, on our way to the airport and to my surprise, they basically wanted me to sign a paper that said if my older dog died while in their care, of anything, it was not their fault. The young man that was there was rude and unprofessional. Because we questioned this "so called" contract, they said they could not board our dogs!!!! Who would sign such a thing???? Please don't take your older dogs to this place. They can't assure you that they will be healthy and alive when you return. read more

I have been a long time client and have referred nearly a dozen other clients. The past couple of years have management at the facility has been inconsistent. Rotation of staff, pricing and policy inconsistencies, and communication have been different as of late. I AM NOT GIVING UP ON THEM QUITE YET, I know the pandemic has played a difficult roll on many businesses but I hope they get it together here. We don't trust many people with our pets and our pets seem to like it there. read more

I take my three dogs to dogs world two to three days a week for half day daycare. They start squeaking with joy the minute we pull into the parking lot. The staff are friendly and energetic. They first forgot to send me welcome package to fill out. I called 3x. And because of that I almost didn't make it into cutoff time for drop off. The kennels are ridiculously small and so is the play yard. The employee said they allow up to 25 dogs in a small play area that is insane. The office has no clue what they are doing. I will not be returning with my two dogs. Also one of my dogs threw up the whole day, after I went to pick him up. But honestly the kennel space is not big enough for the price you pay. read more

If I could give negative stars I would! My pup has been in daycare a few days a week since I got him and if not we're at dog parks or play dates. He's social, happy and friendly. In town for a month and on Day 1 I was a little nervous with a new place but hoped for the best. He was home 7 hours later and I am attaching a photo of the huge gash on his head! I didn't notice when I picked him up but was obviously extremely upset when I saw it. I called immediately only to be told by the "night manager" that she wasn't here, saw it but apparently didn't think it was important to call and let me know?!? She went on to say she'd do some investigating and would call me back - well wouldn't you know it's 24 hours later and no call. Day 1 and I asked to be called if anything happened and nothing. My pup is my baby and now he's stuck at home healing while we're on vacation. I am upset that no one took responsibility, no one thought to notify the owner and clearly they don't care enough about their dogs to notice when things have gone poorly. Ironically they did a temperament test and made a huge deal about making sure he was a "good fit" when clearly another dog is in there biting a clawing the others. I would never bring my dog here and would recommend if you care about your dog you don't either. Unprofessional, unsafe and totally irresponsible and clearly don't care about their clients. This is by far the best place to bring your dog, not only in Jupiter, but anywhere. We had been bringing our Lady there since she was old enough to attend day care, and Justin and his team took her in like she was part of their own family. We have since moved over Naples, and fear we will never find a place that has such great facilities, and takes such amazing care of all the dogs that go there. Had our dogs stay over night to get used to the place before their three weeks stay. Both dogs came home with kennel cough. Signed up for the Gold Plan so dogs would have plenty of distraction from us being away .. again one got sick so both were quarantined for the majority of the stay. They refused to take them to my vet. Both dogs came home very thin and one lame. read more

This place is the Best! I have been bringing Cashew there since she was a little puppy. She has been going there once or twice a week ever since. The staff is super friendly, caring, very personable and knowledgeable. They are always very welcoming to me and my girl. The place is always clean. She has the best time there. Always excited pulling in and seeing the staff. They treat her like their own. The best part is when I bring her home she is exhausted from a full day of playtime with her many new friends. I have never witnessed such lack of care for my animals. I have two small breed dogs. They have been boarded successfully several times during our travels. I made the nearly life threatening mistake of trying Dogsworld during Spring Break. I completed the 10 page pet history and preferences paperwork and felt hopeful that their level of thoroughness would carryover into their care. I dropped them off in excellent healthy condition, both with recent physicals at our veterinary office. I called during their stay to inquire about their well being and was provided a scripted response of "they're doing great and making lots of friends ". I heard the exact response when touring the facility as well. I called an hour before my scheduled pickup to reconfirm my intent. Upon arrival, I was told that both dogs had suddenly developed diarrhea that morning and was handed a waiver to sign to acknowledge this information. I did so. Once I got settled into the car, I discovered both dogs were covered in fecal excrement and had the wrong collars on. They were listless and lethargic, I hoped just from the stress of a stay away from home. In the coming days, they required emergent veterinarian care. They had each lost nearly a pound, were not eating or drinking, and were barely able to stand. I had to take two says off work to allow for iv infusions and multiple medications and blood work. I called Dogsworld to express my frustration with the way they were returned to me. I was basically told, "they were old, and maybe Dogsworld wasn't the best fit for them". I highly my dogs got that sick in less than 24hours and I was never informed until I arrived in person. They were "unable to locate" both dog's progress notes, and based on the fact they had the wrong collars on, I'm not even sure they knew which dog was which. They never apologized or checked on my dogs and instead repeatedly told me what "wonderful ratings they get". I am utterly disgusted that a place like this exists and claims "top notch luxury resort experiences " all while nearly killing my fur babies. Aside from all the stress and days of explosive diarrhea, I was left with heaping veterinary bills on top of their pricey stay. There should be repercussions for this type of negligence. read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I have never had a pleasant experience here and will not return. It's sad because the idea, price and facilities are great. The have NEVER had my stay/pricing correct. I have had my dog here 5 times now. I asked to have my dog bathed prior to pick up today, they brought him out filthy. They said he went back out to play after his bath! They asked if they should re-bath him and I said yes. I posted a picture of him after the second bath. Still filthy! You cannot make reservations online. Customer service is atrocious. Last time I checked in my dog, I was the only one in the store, 4 people walked in after me being in the process of checking in my dog and the front desk girl checked out all 4 people prior to finishing me! I thought I was on candid camera. Unless they get it together this place will be closed soon. Sad. read more

We moved to area about 5 months ago. We were so spoiled to have an in home sitter to always turn to. Since she wasn't available to fly down we had to find something a lot closer to home. Dogs World had amazing reviews so we picked them, and I am so glad we did. We happened to be stranded out of town because of hurricane Irma, as it seemed many other fur parents were. They were great in updating their Facebook on how everyone was holding up. Buster ended up staying with them for 12 days. We will definitely be using them again. My dog is my baby so I do a lot of research before entrusting him to strangers. Dogsworld passed all the tests (both mine, and my dogs). They are true "dog people" and are out to do what's best for the dog. My Aussie is properly worn out at the end of the day without being overly exhausted. He seems to get a good balance of playtime, attention, and rest, and doesn't seem to get stressed out at all like he has at some other daycares he's been to which were way overcrowded with too many dogs in the play areas. Dogsworld has plenty of indoor and outdoor space for the dogs to run and play in while supervised. We can't wait for them to open their doggie pool! read more

I found this place through a referral. It is very clean and open. The staff is incredibly kind and understanding. Prices are comparable to similar locations. Pool wasn't available when my dog was there, nor are there webcams, but that's all is wish for. Dogs are happy when they arrive and cal when leaving! Easy to make a reservation and they confirm with the vets directly re vaccinations. I will continue to bring my dogs here! read more

This is by far the best pet resort in the area, and I know because we tried all the others before they opened. I took a tour of the facility and from the moment the tour was given I knew I had found a second home for Bentley. I am always nervous about a new facility because Bentley is family and because he was adopted, I worry that he will feel like I am abandoning him.  The staff did a great job of understanding my Bentley's needs and customizing his stay to fulfill those needs.  So much care is put into acclimating the dogs and everything is designed around giving your pet the best experience possible with the most exercise and play with other dogs and lots of TLC from the staff, not just a bunch of bells and whistles that mean nothing to your pet. Pricing is very reasonable, especially for a luxury facility. When I dropped off Bentley for his first stay, they got him feeling comfortable and integrated into a play group making friends almost immediately. I was allowed to bring his own bedding, toys, blankets whatever would make him feel most at home. All the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell they genuinely care about each and every dog who stays with them. I was worried about how he was adjusting and the staff generously sent me many pictures. The facility was so clean you never smelled that "dirty dog" smell, which I have  experienced in other facilities.  They have 2 large indoor play areas with rubber matting on the floor and 3 outdoor play areas with all natural grass which is a huge relief because Bentley got "Turf Toe" after staying at another local facility. Bentley has been here for boarding several times now and he just loves the place, he starts freaking out as soon as we turn the corner to get there and pulls me the entire way in the door! In fact, he has so much fun at DogsWorld, that we have now started dropping him off for daycare a couple of times a week! read more

Oour dog contracted kennel cough while staying there.. 10 days on antibiotics meant that she couldn't get surgery that she was due for the next week and we are still waiting for her to have a time without antibiotics. In addition, we gave Dogsworld a bill after paying for insurance over a month ago and have yet to hear from them in regards to being paid back one cent. We were treated poorly, our dog returned in wretched shape, and charged a large amount. Terriblly run, understaffed, overpriced and horrible Customer relations. This was my second experience at the business. The first time my dog stayed overnight for three nights and everything was OK. They gave me a folder with a bunch of coupons that I could use the next time including a full day of day care which would include 7 AM to 7 PM. A week ago I called and they said I could use the full day pass and so I decided to use it for today. I booked his appointment 3 to 4 days in advance and confirmed it with one of the employees. One of the male employees that work there I notified him about the full day pass coupon and he was OK with that. I let him know that I wasn't sure where it went but he said even if I didn't bring it and he would be OK with honoring the full day coupon because he knows I came in for a three day overnight stay with my dog and he understood that I got the coupon book with my stay. When I picked up my dog the owner, Justin was there. He said that the charge was $35 since it was over five hours and it was no longer a half-day it was a full day. I said yes I was going to leave him less than 12 hours but more than the five hours but since I had a full day coupon that it should be free. He said that the other employee did not notify him about honoring the coupon. He proceeded to arrogantly tell me that he was the owner and that he was able to make the final decision and he would not honor the coupon. Like I said if owner equals arrogant well I guess he is it. As a Business owner myself I don't understand why he has to be rude disrespectful arrogant or bad with customer service just because I wanted him to be honest and honor the coupon. And because that he is going to lose my future business I was going to be on a 10 day vacation this summer so I guess he will lose out on the $300 because he is dishonest and did not want to honor the coupon that his employee agreed to. This is very dishonest, very rude, and bad customer service skills. My dog is better off going somewhere else and I want to go somewhere or someone has good skills with people dogs and is respectful. read more
