To the best of my knowledge he bascially has two walkers in Craig (Erin's employee) and Erin, which is nice.

Jen and Dan are truly as good as it gets!…read more I have used BPS for the last six years since moving to Back Bay with Sydney, an older dog that was as cranky as she was lovable. Dan treated her like a queen and she loved him. After Sydney "went to college" at the age of 17, I adopted a very shy rescue, Jeta. She can't be left with just anyone and could never go to a kennel - but I knew she would love Dan. (I have seen Dan on the street walking other shy dogs and he has a reassuring rapport with them.) Sure enough, he knew how to approach her and she trusts him. On his first overnight, she cuddled up to him and nudged him for attention - amazing since my family can't even pet her. BPS genuinely love the dogs they care for as if they were their own - texting, calling, leaving notes because they know my dog is my world. I would never consider any other service.

I just moved to Brighton and needed a reliable pet sitter while at an event. A friend of mine let…read moreme know about Boston dog sitting and I connected with Jennifer. I let Jennifer know about the my dog's specific routines, as well that she is diabetic. When I returned a couple of hours later, I found that my instructions regarding her meals were directly disregarded. Not only was there mess of fecal matter left at the back of our home, but I found that Penny had another full bowl of kibble despite her eating prior to me leaving her. Penny's health conditions make it so that she shouldn't have no more than a full bowl of kibble a day. If she does she risks exacerbating her health conditions. Jennifer was extremely careless in her care taking and for that I will no longer be a customer.

From start to finish--these guys were fantastic…read more I used an offer these guys had on Yelp, and had trouble inputting the code so I ended up not paying them up front (whoops! sorry guys) Ken reached out to me with specific instructions but also offered that I could pay once I meet the sitter, Molly. Molly worked according to my schedule and came by without a hassle on Sunday before our trip. She was VERY pleasant, and even Steven (our ever shy kitten) even came out from under the bed for a brief hello. Molly had a notebook and specific questions as I showed her where steven's food and litter were kept. I think most pet owners who hire a sitter tend to be fussy. I ended up texting Molly more specific instructions and requests leading up to the trip--all of which she handled without question or complaint. She also had to deal with getting concierge to open our apartment door every time she came by. Steven was fed and had someone to play with in the comfort of our apartment. We got notes and pictures of the furball every day that we were gone. We came back to a clean food bowl and clean litterbox. I am beyond satisfied with Pet Watch Boston.

After growing up on a horse farm and attending undergrad in my home state, I moved to Boston from Kansas (Rock Chalk Jayhawk) for graduate school. I decided I was ready for a kitten, and so now I have a semi-crazy 9 month old cat that doesn't really know her limits. I went on Thanksgiving break to visit the family, and decided to check out Pet Watch Boston because it had the best reviews. And now I know why. Ken is awesome. He came and met Stevie and checked out my apartment for no charge before break. I have a weird key situation and he was really easy going about that and we figured out a way for it to all work out with no worries. He sent me detailed reports of Stevie's life every day (even on Thanksgiving). I am really, really impressed with his professional and also casual attitude, and I know that he actually cares about his clients, and spends time with each critter individually. 10/10 would recommend, will have Ken cat sit Stevie again.

    South Boston

Mary and her team are the top dogs in South Boston!…read more After our long-term dog walker moved out of town, I was at a loss until I found Hounds in the Hub. I was anxious about establishing a new routine after so many years (and with such a quirky pup lol), but Mary was so professional and communicative about her business and services. It was super easy to set up a meet and greet and just go from there! I love the fact that requests are run through a simple, easy app. It provides great flexibility and helps avoid any miscommunications about scheduling. Plus, the photos and the notes from the walks are highlights of my day! And, of course, there is always the option to reach out directly for ad-hoc / special circumstances as well. Every member of the team maintains that same level of professionalism and care. Talking with other dog owners in the neighborhood, you hear that not every walking service is as kind or safe with animals. It just reaffirmed over and over that Hounds in the Hub was absolutely the right choice. My girl, Blue, is sociable, but often aloof. I have felt totally comfortable that everyone on the team was comfortable with her (pack walks or solo) and that's what is most important to me. And that's not including the numerous times and ways that the crew went above and beyond the call of duty, spoiling her rotten! If you need a dog walker / walking services in Southie look no further!

Before we found Mary, we had very few people that we'd trust to care for Gus. But Mary has been incredible - not only do we totally trust her with them, but she has gone so far above and beyond to help us make so much positive progress with Gus. She has helped introduce him to many new doggy friends and really grown his confidence. Mary and her team provide so much more than dog walks and boarding - they provide customized care for our best friends. We cannot recommend Hounds in the Hub highly enough!

Highly recommend Terri at City Paws Cat Sitting!…read more We've been using Terri regularly for the past year whenever we travel, and she has been absolutely wonderful. She is reliable, prompt, organized, and truly loves cats. One of my favorite things is that she sends daily updates and photos, which gives us so much peace of mind while we're away. It's clear that she genuinely cares about the cats she looks after and treats them like her own. Knowing our cats are happy, safe, and well cared for makes traveling so much less stressful. If you're looking for a trustworthy and attentive cat sitter, I highly recommend Terri and City Paws Cat Sitting!

My cat was extremely anxious around new people, but Terri approached her with such patience and understanding that, over time, they became genuine friends -- something I never thought possible. She has an incredible intuition when it comes to animals, knowing when to give space and when to offer gentle comfort. I always felt completely at ease leaving my cat in her care, knowing she was not only safe but truly cared for. What I never expected was the emotional support Terri would provide when my cat's health declined. She was there during the most difficult moments -- calm, loving, and present -- offering both my cat and me comfort and dignity as we said goodbye. I will always be grateful for her steady presence and empathy during that time. If you're looking for someone who doesn't just "watch" pets but truly connects with them and treats them like her own, Terri is that person. She's more than a sitter -- she's become part of our little family.
