His response to this, "I'm not interested in doing business with people who contact me with regard to providing them with a service while continuing to consider other options. It doesn't pay my mortgage or feed my family." Stunned by his response and utter lack of customer service. It requires a huge amount of trust to share the keys to your home and entrust pets with strangers. Very grateful Adrian was never responsible for the care of mine.

This apparent"professional animal caregiver" has just cancelled…read moremy booking 4 days out from our wedding because I queried if we could pick our rabbit up a day earlier than planned and asked would it be possible to arrange a time outside of the one hour slot a day that she offers for collections - I wasn't asking for any reduction in cost and I would have worked to a time that suited her but instead she decides to leave us high and dry and cancel our booking. I'm extremely glad I haven't left my rabbit in her care.
