A true dog whisperer with high class hairdresser skills! We have a very sensitive dog, and very furry one. He made a marvellous job. This apparent"professional animal caregiver" has just cancelled…read moremy booking 4 days out from our wedding because I queried if we could pick our rabbit up a day earlier than planned and asked would it be possible to arrange a time outside of the one hour slot a day that she offers for collections - I wasn't asking for any reduction in cost and I would have worked to a time that suited her but instead she decides to leave us high and dry and cancel our booking. I'm extremely glad I haven't left my rabbit in her care.

After 10mins of an ordeal we eventually left and reported it to the police for them to deal with. Definitely avoid at all costs
