We are *very*…read morepicky after a few bad experiences with previous groomers, so finding someone we completely trust has been such a relief. Charlie is a curly boy weighingover 90 pounds, and Amy somehow does a full groom in under 3 hours!!! We've had other groomers keep him all day, so we really appreciate how efficient she is without ever sacrificing quality. Even better, Charlie actually gets excited to go see her, which says everything. He's been hesitant to return to other groomers in the past, but he happily walks into Pet Time Spa. Amy always listens to exactly how we want his coat trimmed and gives him the CUTEST doodle cut every time. She keeps his fluffy afro looking perfect, cleans up around his eyes so he can actually see (his face hair grows so fast!), and he always comes home looking adorable. One thing I especially appreciate is that she takes the time to let us know if there were any areas where Charlie had started to get matted, so we know where we need to brush more before his next appointment. It's clear she genuinely cares about his comfort and wants to help us keep his coat healthy between grooms. Scheduling with Amy is also incredibly easy. We can usually get an appointment within a few days, which has been so convenient. If you have a doodle (especially a large one), I can't recommend Amy enough. She's talented, kind, efficient, and Charlie absolutely loves her. We wouldn't trust anyone else with his hair!

He is prompt, reliable, trustworthy and will update me when I'm out of town which is always comforting. I don't know what we would do without him. I love how David pays attention to detail. He wanted to make sure that she knew my little guy: from his foods and his routine down to the way he likes to play. I never worried a minute while I was out of town because he had everything under control. It was such a comfort knowing that my little guy didn't have to go stay somewhere else, but could stay in his own routine at home. I would HIGHLY recommend David and his pet sitting services to ALL my friends with furry people. Don't even worry about stressing or planning for a trip to the kennel, just let David come over and take care of your little family at home. AND, he will update you as often as you'd like regarding your pet. He always sends the cutest photos and videos which adds even more reassurance. Recently I had to move to a new apartment and my cat freaked out really bad! David came over and helped me find him after he ran off and get him calm and ready for the move. On the morning of the appointment, I texted an hour ahead to confirm I was on my way, since it's an hour drive for me. When I arrived at 10:30, DD was not there. I called his cell and business phone several times and sent a text, but received no response. After waiting 15 minutes, a man named Steve came out with two dogs. He did not know about my appointment and suggested I leave my dog with him until DD showed up, which I declined since I was uncomfortable leaving my dog with someone I had never met. Steve then contacted someone by phone and told me that DD had a family emergency, and that if I wanted my pet to be groomed by him, I would need to either reschedule or drive another 30 minutes to Marin. At no point did DD contact me directly. As of today, I have not received an apology or any follow-up from him. This was unprofessional and a waste of time.

Doug, Justin and the entire staff show a level of respect and care for dogs and their human clients that is extraordinary. I moved to San Francisco two years ago with two large dogs, one of which has struggled with people reactivity and tried several services before finding FUReverFUN. As someone who travels for work frequently and has a demanding schedule they work exceptionally hard to accommodate and provide pet services that far exceeded my expectations. One of my favorite things has been how the team will share photos and updates when my dogs are with them that speak not only to the fun they're having, but also reflect their specific personalities. It is clear that everyone here loves and cares for their clients both human and canine on an individual level. My dogs have thrived under their care and are always excited to stop by to see their friends at their second home. I cannot overstate how highly I recommend FUReverFun. He was 13 at the time, and somewhat active, but definitely high needs. I grew up with him and always loved him, but taking care of an aging dog is a very big challenge. As you can imagine it was an emotional time for me, and Tricia helped me get my house better set up for Brunie, assured me I was doing a good job with him, and left me daily detailed notes on how he was adjusting to city life. She would txt me if there was a really bad day, so I would know what I was coming home to. She was able to stop by a few times on days I had to work a little later. and worked with me to get a schedule that worked best for Bruno. Each day is a little different with an old man and she was a great judge on if he just needed a little play in the yard, just a short walk, or maybe just some treats and petting. My roommate also has a very anxious cat, that used to throw up every day due to separation anxiety. Tricia would talk to Oliver thru the window daily, and the cat has never been better. I lost my Brunie, but his last months as an official city dog were made better every day by having Tricia in his life.
