I make the drive from St Pete to Orlando because this is the only place I completely trust with my dogs. In July of 2024 I decided to make the training investement with both. I knew the mad skills and talents that Lexi & Tai have with dogs and both of mine needed the professional assistance. I enrolled them both together. Archie, is an incredibly stubborn 6 year old husky and Pongo is my overly excited, talking 10 month old Husky. They blend well together but they are not everyone's cup of tea! I trusted these two and their team and they did wonders with compassion, patience and professionalism! My dogs are the core of my world, so as most dog owners I worry how others treat my dogs when away. Lexi would touch in almost everyday, she communicated reports with honesty on progress & she let me know when a post of their training was hitting the social so I could feel better being apart. Recently, when I had to evacuate from St Pete during both of these recent hurricanes to Orlando, the team took them right in and explained to me the precautions and procedures they would be taking with them. This team even stayed overnight during the storms! Talk about going the extra mile. Lexi is amazing at communication and I still ask her questions about training because it's an everyday practice here with my two! Tai radiates love when he talks to the dogs. The staff is very professional, clean, organized and educates you on the different packages/pricing & knows your dog! Also they take great photography of the dogs! (photo of the work added!) Bottom line, if you found this facility and you If you love your dog(s) you struck gold!! I have been bringing them since they opened their doors and I will be loyal to this team forever. They said he did great and could board at the facility. After my dog was dropped off for boarding, they called within a couple hours and said he will possibly need to be picked up due to mounting. I have never seen him do this before and he plays with different dogs regularly... but he is a puppy... and I'm sure was very excited with so many dogs. They said that they were going to try a couple different strategies, but we would have to pick him up if it didn't work. One strategy included locking him in a room alone and unsupervised for 15-45 mins for a "time out." They called back the second time and said he had to get picked up. Their methods are not appropriate and neglectful to put kindly. I had to ask a friend, who has never watched my dog, to get him since I was not in town. He stayed the night with him and animals who he never met and had no issues. They definitely need to improve their procedures and the way they handle dogs.

She is a high energy puppy, so this helps her burn off some of that energy. She comes home and sleeps good at night. I receive a report card and photos of her from Enrichment Day Care, which I just love. The team there knew Athena the moment we walked through the door after her first stay. While dropping her off, we witnessed many other dogs being dropped off, all just as happy and excited to be there as Athena. That says a lot about the place when the dogs are happy to be there. It's the best thing we could ever do to help Athena socialize and gain the confidence she needs to grow into a well rounded dog.
