Ms. Eva was everything we had been hoping for in someone to care for our furbaby and she even surpassed our expectations. We were very hesitant to have anyone stay in our home but meeting her for the first time pre-trip, we immediately felt calm and reassured and her honesty/trustworthiness, reliability, and genuine love for animals and what she does was so evident. She stayed with our naturally anxious and shy cat for two weeks, and she warmed up to her quickly since Ms. Eva was patient and respected her boundaries. Ms. Eva also didn't bat an eye when I explained our cat's unique feeding schedules with many small meals for weight management. We are so lucky to have found Puppy Swaggin and are relieved we don't have to look any further for our cat sitting for future trips. Our furbaby is in the best hands with Ms. Eva. Highly recommend Puppy Swaggin for any pet daycare, boarding or sitting needs - she sincerely loves animals and it shows in how she cares for them like her own.

They are extremely helpful, responsible, and reasonable. My dogs had an excellent time, as I could see on the puppy cam. They looked forward to going in, even my timid wolfhound cross overcame his shyness and played with the other dogs. I think it was a great experience for them and I'll bring them back when I visit Hattiesburg again.

The facility itself is in the back of a large barn on a working horse farm. It was extremely clean and well kept and the well thought out design was more than just charming, it was extremely functional. The individual "rooms" have a doorway out to a private covered patio and a very secure long run in the grass. We received texts (pics of our pets) every day that we were away. The dog's names were written on the door of their "cottage" when we arrived and when we picked them up there was a sign on the way out thanking them by name for staying. The staff was caring and friendly and the whole process was handled professionally and communication was stellar. The price was reasonable and competitive and we truly feel like we received much more value than we paid for! The location is a bit far out from where we live on the coast, but not so far as to be a deal-breaker. Now, having experienced The Collar Club, we wouldn't consider going elsewhere. We are SO happy to have found this jewel and we feel better already about future boarding...because we know exactly where to go and what to expect. Highest recommendation from us!
