They took the time to thoroughly understand each of our dogs' personalities, routines and needs, paying extra attention to our dog's medical situation, medications and any special accommodations required. We could tell right away how knowledgeable, experienced and compassionate they are as animal lovers and caregivers. While our family was away on vacation, Liz went above and beyond in looking after our boys. We received regular updates complete with photos and videos showing our boys looking happy, comfortable and well cared for. Liz was diligent in adhering to the feeding and medication schedules for both dogs, and provided them with affection and care throughout her visits. When we returned, the house was tidy, our dogs were calm and content, and we could enjoy a stress-free reunion knowing they had been in the most capable hands. I imagined her making brownies, popcorn, having a BBQ and not turning off the grill afterwards. Carried away-then I remembered this is Molly, our favorite cat, and prepared to have someone else in our messy house. The manager "Mollie" was very organized. We, were very detailed. I organized food in one cabinet, with post-its for info, post-it where her room litterbox was after already giving info to the manager I think it helped make things simpler. We started getting daily reports, with "basics" box checked. They were thorough, precise, and complete. My Dad worked for Polaroid for 20 years, and these pet sitters were awesome at taking pictures. Every day we'd open up the emails and this noise would come out of our mouths: not ooh! Yecch! But...: Awwww, look at how cute she looks. Her wariness and caution as a cat showed, but her shyness rounded the corner a bit. Sitter4paws let us take a long vacation worry free at what we thought were reasonable prices, for a truly truly worry free vacation. I will never use them again after my TERRIBLE experience. Initially used this service for a short business trip with success so tried again for a longer trip to see family between Christmas and NYE. The company sent a sitter I had never met who incorrectly used the pill injector on my sick, elderly cat and forced her to swallow the over inch-long applicator tip. Resulted in $3,000 emergency vet surgery to remove that I had to manage from out of town. So deeply stressful for me but mainly my poor elderly asthmatic cat!! They handled it but SO unnecessary and only happened bc of their bizarre business model where they pick whichever of their employees are available, not someone who knows your house/pet. So if you get one who knows what they're doing you don't necessarily get them again - it's totally random from the customer's perspective. Instead of enjoying my family I had to spend the time managing the emergency they created from afar, stressed and fuming that I trusted this company to send someone competent to care for my sweet older cat. After the first disastrous pill delivery issue they sent the **same person** again a day later who clearly doesn't know how to give a cat medication and she, again, incorrectly gave my cat her medication!!! My cat gets ill if she misses just one day, the medication is a high-dose steroid for her asthma. The employee did not know how to give her the pill, but still marked the medication as administered on their form (I only figured out it didn't happen when I read the notes) and instead of giving her the pill rubbed it on her gums -?!? I am FURIOUS for my poor cat and at the incompetence of this employee they continue to use, along with the management that assured me they know how to give cats medication and yet still sent this individual out after it was proved that they cannot give a cat medication effectively. The other employees seemed to be ok but I had no choice over who they sent over, meaning every visit was a gamble. If you need anything beyond the most basic service, avoid avoid avoid!!!

Here's why Tiffany is so special: 1. She is uber-professional. Like, have-a-personal-meeting-take-detailed-notes-put-everything-in-writing-licensed-and-insured-professional. This is not your friend's college kid home for the holidays. Tiffany takes time to understand what you want and need, communicate how things will work, and anticipate information she will need while you are away so she rarely needs to bother you while you are out of town. And at the same time, she is observant and has a TON of experience in this field. So if she notices something wrong, or even just something that might require your attention or a change in the way she is looking after your pet, she WILL reach out to you and keep you in the loop. 2. She is in constant contact. We received multiple photos, videos, and updates on every visit by text. No refreshing email frantically or wondering when she will be over and if your pet is ok. She updates when she is on her way, when she has arrived, and sends such adorable pics. It gave such peace of mind to see George so happy with her. Which brings me to... 3. Tiffany loves animals and she truly understands animals. She took time to approach George on his level, and to get to know his personality and play style. You cat owners out there know--not every cat plays the same or behaves the same. And not just anyone really knows how to play with cats. Tiffany does. She was able to really bring out the playful side of George! It was wonderful to see how happy and relaxed he was with her. I have 3 cats, one of which is disabled and needs medication 2 times a day plus uses a pee pad.... it was getting bad to ask friends to handle this kind of " hey, watch my cats for me please?" care when I would have to go away on trips to visit family. My one cat needs his medication 12 hours apart for seizures, plus the pad cleanup and usual cat scooping care on top of it... well it is quite a commitment. I was so stuck because I only trusted friends with my special little guy, but was afraid to board him someplace for the daily care, and was afraid of the cost to hire someone to come since two visits per day adds up the cost fast! Adriana is SO amazing though, I am glad I found her on yelp! She is so sweet and kind! My cats are now always in very relaxed and happy state when I return home.... in the past they would be so stressed out and clingy from being left alone! She texts you updates if anything is wrong or may be needed to make your pets comfy, sits and spends honest tlc time with them, and gives them little write up report cards at the end! She is also so great at cleaning up, which I feel awful she even has to do (sloppy eating crumbs, knocked over water, poo outside the box, pee pad, random hairball surprise.... god forbid my cats behave while a guest is there for them :/ ) but she always promptly handles it. Do not hesitate to use her, especially if you have a pet that needs extra care like mine. I have used her multiple times now and don't want to use anyone else!
