I love taking my 3 year old Labrador mix to DogTown! She has been to both daycare and boarded for short and long stays and she loves it. She always comes back exhausted from playing non-stop and the staff really do get to know each dog no matter how many times they have or have not been there. They love every dog as if it was your own. The prices are very reasonable and I love being able to support their rescue group as well. The new store is great for any dog supplies and being able to visit some of the rescue dogs, puppies, and even cats is a great treat! read more

I have had a bad experience with adopting a dog. They dragged their feet on my application. I was first to put a app in for a dog not yet listed. I was calling and stopping in to find out after two weeks they adopted the dog out to someone else. I was told from the start I would get the dog.They did not finish doing my app. and I fell I was led on. This has been a very upsetting experience since I was all prepared for the dog. read more

I like dog town and what its trying to do. This is not the place to take your toy sized dog. They have a white picket fence around their play area and my min pin would run right through it. They do have a double door system before your dog could get back to the lobby but it worried me about what else was back in the play area. It appeared clean and the staff was nice enough so if you have a dog larger than 35lbs this may be the place for you. NOT for small dogs! read more

An Emotional Rollercoaster! My husband and I visited here in December 2017 to adopt a dog that was older and laid back, due to our age. We are a middle-aged couple that wanted a dog that was low-key. We were told there was such a dog at their New Britain location. We found a Labrador Retriever mix who was only 9 months old, but we were told she (the dog) was quiet and low-key, which is what we were looking for. We were also told that she would not grow any more than she was. She was 35 pounds when we adopted her. She did grow 2 sizes bigger eventually. The dog's name was Ethel but my husband and I named her Gracie. The worker at Dog Town in New Britain who helped us was named Stacy. Stacy reviewed our credentials and arranged for us to pick up the dog the next day. Unfortunately, I had an emergency doctor's appointment that next day; so, I called Stacy to inform her of this in the morning. Stacy was very rude and yelled into the phone stating that she did not understand why we could not pick up the dog at the time we previously agreed to. I advised her I had a medical emergency and I really wanted Gracie; but, I would have to pick her up later that day or the next day. She called back later that day and apologized. I should have taken Stacy's rudeness as a bad sign; however, I was already in love with Gracie. To make a long story short, we took our new dog home and to say she was petrified was an understatement. She did not warm up to my husband and would not let him walk her. We tried everything from taking her to our veterinarian to using training tips from an expert dog trainer that we used to help our new dog overcome her anxiety. Finally, with the advice from our trainer, we adopted an older dog to help her come around. It helped!! Gracie became very energetic, healthy, and happy. However, she became the puppy (8-9 months old) that she was and it was too much for us. She also seemed to forget her potty training; because, she continuously pooped and peed on the floor even though I walked her 4-5 times a day. I even took her to Dogtown's doggie daycare at least twice a week from the time we adopted her. We called and talked to Stacy to inform her of the problems we were having and she was rude again. I told her that I would try some more training; but, Gracie had gotten too much for us to handle. Our new older dog brought out Gracie's true personality, which there was nothing wrong with. After all, Gracie was a puppy. But my husband and I originally asked for a low-key older dog. Well, the training did not work and I unfortunately was diagnosed with a serious medical condition in which I could not handle Gracie. My husband traveled a lot, which made me the sole care giver of Gracie most of the time. We had to give her back to Dogtown and I was so upset that I had to this; but I had no choice. Hillary processed the return and gave me an evil look the entire time; which made me more upset. I had a panic attack on the way to return her and a panic attack on the way back home due to the bad mental treatment I received from Stacy and Hillary. I will never do business with Dogtown again and will inform all of my friends/family not to do so. The entire time I had Gracie it was an emotional roller coaster ride, that could have been avoided if the treatment from those two members of the staff had not been so nasty. It is also such a shame; because, the rest of the staff, as well as Jennifer, the owner was nice to deal with. read more

We only recently started using this facility for doggy day care. It is indoors and climate controlled unlike another very popular pet resort which lacks this option.. And summer is gotta be tough there for the poor puppies. When I called to check on my puppy I got good feedback and they reassured me that first days are tough but only a matter of the dog getting used to this arrangement. The day care staff was nice. I've used the grooming salon in the past, unfortunately did not have a positive experience. My puppy got a horrible haircut and I know puppies can be tough to deal with and my pup is a handful.. But he looked shabby with a choppy haircut.. And he is a good looking Cockapoo, even he couldn't pull off a bad haircut! read more

I've had a terrible experience adopting a dog from this place. I felt extremely pressured to adopt a Yorkie last year and told repeatedly that I had better adopt her ASAP or lose out. They charge a $300 adoption fee, higher than I've ever seen. The dog had a uti when I adopted her. No one told me. The dog has severe psychological issues and it was clear within a few days that she was not the right fit for a home with very small children. We have tried for a year to work on her behavior and constant barking. I finally couldn't take it anymore and I decided we couldn't keep the dog or afford the expenses of trying to treat her. Anxiety meds are $40 a month and she still barks non stop. My contract says that we need to return her to Dog Town. Well I called Friday and no one ever called me back. The lady I spoke to was extremely judgmental even going as far as saying "Well all dogs bark." All dogs do not bark 24/7 to the point of giving their owner panic attacks. They clearly don't care about these dogs. It's jusr a cash grab. Never again. Had a wonderful experience adopting from paws. Go there instead! read more

I have been taking my dogs to Dog town for years. I love Mary Kate, groomer, she is so sweet , gentle and loves my doggies. I rescue Pekingese dogs and she is always my "go to" when I get them. I love Dogtown!!! They are so amazing with my my giant 170 pound Great Dane. My Dane gets very nervous in the vestibule and they worked with him and came up with strategies to help. Our family was actively looking to adopt a rescue dog for a few months, when we happened upon Dog Town in February of this year. We were excited to actually be able to interact with the dogs before we considered adopting and immediately fell in love with Blaze, a collie mix. We successfully took him home the next day. Once at home, all went well for 5 days, then this 75 pound dog bit our daughter on the head, and she required stitches. Needless to say, we returned Blaze the next morning. After contacting the Pennsylvania Department of Health, we learned that Blaze needed to be confined for 10 days with no contact with animals or humans. At the end of the 10 day period, a veterinarian must examine Blaze for rabies. When I checked in with Dog Town on Day 9, I was told that Blaze was adopted out. You can do the math.... Our daughter insisted that I write this to help protect the people who are looking to adopt a dog, as well as to protect the dogs that are hoping to find a home. read more

I want to start off by saying this is the first review I have ever written about a business. My family, friends and co-workers told me I need to share this so no other dog or owner has to go through what me and pup went through. The reason why I took him to dog town was because of the reviews online, well not anymore... I decided to start bringing my 8 month old golden doodle to day care. I went through their application process and had a interview. During the interview the staff members were friendly but it was very very short. We stayed in the playroom for literally three minutes. Despite the short visit, I decided I would take my pup there for a day to see how it goes. The morning of drop off, around 8:00am, I get there and introduce myself to the women at the counter, explaining that it is my puppy's first day of daycare. She smiles and says he will be fine and proceeds to take him by the collar and drag him into a crate.... Telling me the other dogs are eating breakfast. The reason I brought him in at 8am was because on their website it says the dogs eat breakfast 6:30-7 and from 7-10 they play in the indoor dog park. So I was expecting him to start playing when I dropped him off not to be dragged into a crate. I can keep him in a crate at home. The whole reason I decided to start taking him to daycare is so I wouldn't have to do that. My dog is like my baby and at that moment I should of just took him home but I didn't and thought I could just be overreacting. I knew my pup was going to be shy but this wasn't his first time with a group of dogs. We go to the dog park every Sunday. I called twice throughout the day when I was at work. Both times receiving the same answer. "He is fine and getting used to it". I picked him up at 5:00pm, the only person that is there is a young boy. He was nice but very quiet. He knew nothing about my dog besides his name. He did not know it was his first day and did not tell me a thing about his day. My dog has never been so happy to see me at this point but I can tell something is not right. He starts sniffing everywhere like he has to go potty. There is not really anywhere outside for him to go so I get him in the car and pull into my work because it so close. He peed for a straight minute like he had been holding it all day... I was told they go for a walk every hour to go potty... Once I get him home, he pees two more times. I was not a happy camper at this point. My dog was super hyper the rest of the night...We had to play with toys for about two hours for him to calm down. My understanding of doggie daycare is that they play all day and take a nap here and there. He acted as if he had been in a crate all day. On Sunday's if I take him to the dog park for a hour he is beat for the rest of the day. You are telling me that after 9 hours at daycare he is still as hyper as if I left him in his cage on a normal work day? That doesn't make any sense. I believe he was kept in a crate, I know my dog. To make matters even worse about 5 days later he starts getting this nasty deep cough. Also he started gagging and vomiting after he coughs ... I understand that the vaccine for kennel cough only protects certain strains of the virus and it's possible he didn't get it from there, it's just a very frustrating coincidence because that place did not seem too clean. After contemplating on giving daycare another shot, I did find a perfect place for my puppy. The experience was a million times better and my pup loves it. He is exhausted when he gets home now, does not hold his urine, the staff actually takes notes on how your dog is doing and what dogs they are playing with plus they are super friendly... A completed 180 from dog town. I know a lot of people do like this place, I just felt it was nessisary to share my experience. read more

I adopted a dog from Dog Town and staff was extremely knowledgeable on which dog was right for me. Since adopting my buddy I have used their daycare services and found the staff to be outstanding with the care they provide. Since their store is right there I buy almost all of my dog supplies there as well. I have found that their pricing is actually better than the big box chains but what makes them so much better is the staff, I can't say enough how helpful, friendly and knowledgeable they are. I would highly recommend Dog Town for their adoption services, daycare and products. You won't be disappointed! read more

Dog Town is the only place I will send my dog when me and my family go away. Not only do we love the staff and owner of dog town but the second I tell my dog he is going there he gets extremely excited and heads straight for the door. The people at dog town are great with him and he is always happy to be there. The owner Jen is a great person and loves the animals under her care, even when Jen hadn't seen my dog for awhile she would reach out to ask how he was doing. She personally is willing to go above and beyond for my dog and I believe that trickles down to her staff. Overall this is a great business and a second home to my pup!! read more

DO NOT ADOPT A DOG FROM THIS ORGANIZATION! We previously had a good experience adopting a Pembroke Welsh Corgi from Corgi Rescue. Although she had problems, she had been fostered for several months and we knew what to expect. The people at Corgi Rescue were there to help us in the many years we had her after the adoption. When our PWC passed away, we were looking for another corgi to adopt. We saw a dog's picture on Dog Town website and filled out the application. Because we had success with our previous corgi, we were given first preference. The dog we were interested in had come from a shelter in South Philadelphia. Dog Town picked him up and allowed only a few days between his arrival and adoption - BIG MISTAKE. They did NOT allow sufficient time to fully evaluate him. When we expressed interest, they tried to pressure us to pick him up the day after his neuter surgery. They told us they tried to get the dogs in and out quickly - BIG MISTAKE on their part. When we met the dog, he was very fearful and barked and growled, but I was able to make friends with him using food. They wanted us to take him home THAT DAY. I felt very pressured by them. I said NO and that we had to think it over. We returned a few days later to get the dog. The whole process was chaotic and disorganized. It turned out that the dog had severe issues regarding men and had apparently been in an abusive situation involving a male in his previous household. We picked up the dog and have been working with him intensively to try to sort out his issues and get him on the right track. This has cost us a great deal of money in vet bills and hiring a trainer. The dog is basically a sweet dog but has issues with men and strangers and other dogs. What really is VERY disturbing is that it is OBVIOUS that this dog needed fostering with a corgi rescue, and Dog Town turned down Corgi Rescue's application in favor of ours. The staff at Dog Town has good intentions but they are completely IGNORANT about serious behavior issues in dogs. They made a very big mistake in not giving this dog to Corgi Rescue and this has resulted in heartache and trouble for both us and the dog. When I called them a few days after we brought the dog home, they simply said "When can you bring him back?" No help offered, no advice, no support. My advice is: Use a reputable Rescue organization that is breed-specific that has lots of experience and is willing to foster the dog to truly understand the dog's needs and make a good match. The staff at Dog Town does not do this. Save yourself heartache and money and use a good breed rescue. DO NOT ADOPT A DOG THROUGH THIS ORGANIZATION. read more

I just rescued a dog from a shelter and have had him for a month. He is about one year old and has lots of energy. Last Saturday we took him to Dog Town for some social/play time. It was our first time there and it is AWESOME!!! You can stay and play with your dog and the others, or you can drop them off and go shopping etc. We stayed for about an hour and he had a blast!! It is a wonderful place to take your dog to... whether it is for an hour or two or a whole day. You must check it out!!!!! It's right on Rt. 309 not far from the Montgomery Mall. Five stars in my book!!!!! We can't wait to take him again this Saturday. read more

I cannot speak highly enough about DogTown's Daycare and staff. We have used this location multiple times to board our pups, Luna (siberian husky) and Elsie (border collie mix), when we go on vacation. Even though we live 1 hour away, we still always choose to make the drive rather than find a new daycare. Not only is it very affordable ($35/night for each dog INCLUDING daycare), but the staff is very accommodating and friendly, and the facility is PERFECT and has plenty of space for our dogs to romp around. The facility included multiple large indoor fields w/ turf grass, which is great for inclement weather. When we first got Elsie as a puppy, she was timid with other dogs, but the DogTown staff took the time to slowly introduce her to the other dogs at daycare, and now she is so outgoing and comfortable with all dogs. It has done WONDERS for her socialization. The only downfall for DogTown would be that they don't have live cameras to watch our pups play while we are away, but we typically call every day during their stay, and someone is always happy to update us on the pups. Of course, when we pick them up they are EXHAUSTED, and you can tell that they have had a fun few days and gotten plenty of exercise. I would highly recommend DogTown for your doggie daycare needs! They are fabulous and affordable, and of course, the dogs LOVE it there! read more

Very strange check-in practices with a rotating cast of characters (mostly inexperienced college students taking care of the dogs). I could literally walk in off the street and drop any dog off and they would be none the wiser. Need some lessons in customer service and organization - seems they love dogs but not people. When I picked my dog up I had no idea when he went to the bathroom last - there is no update whatsoever. Small dogs are kept in a very small room all day. Big dogs get the indoor dog park. Bathroom breaks and walks are done in a parking lot. Oh yeah, and your dog will be crated for at least 2 hours a day. What's the point of taking my dog to a daycare if he is going to be crated half the time he is there? NOT a good daycare facility for small dogs. The only good thing about this place is the cost - but this is definitely a case of you get what you pay for! read more

I adopted my puppy from Dog Town in Colmar in 2014. When I saw her there, I fell in love with her, even though she was sickly, on meds, and very skittish. I found the staff to be so caring and attentive during the entire process. Now, she is a beautiful, healthy, happy dog, although she is still very skittish around most people. But she loves coming back to Dog Town! I've been taking her there for boarding several times a year since I got her. I even get a boarding discount because I adopted her from Dog Town. Jenn and Stacy are always so helpful - they always remember her and are glad to see her again. More than once, I had to call when I had trouble making the drop-off or pick-up on time, and Stacy has always been so nice and accommodating in helping me out. But most important, I always feel at ease knowing that my dog is happy staying there. Peace of mind while I'm on vacation! read more

We boarded our 2-yr old pup for a week in mid-September. Since that time, we have spent over $1,000 in vet bills. Our dog developed a horrific cough, contracted a virus that manifested in a growth in one of her paws (that required surgery to remove), and had a huge scratch down her side. Plus, I guess it's true that if you don't ask for a bath after boarding for a week, the bath is not provided automatically. She smelled really bad at pick-up time. Before all the vet visits, we were also appalled to see that dogs were being walked directly alongside route 309. Suffice it to say that we will be looking for another boarding option in the future - one where we can be reasonably assured of her safety and health. read more

The people at dog town are great. My dog is a rescue and is really fearful of almost everything and everyone except the people at dog town. They go above the call of duty and really care for all the dogs. Abby never wants to leave! She is a much happier dog now than she was before she started going there. I take my little 8lb Yorkie to Dog Town, and she loves it! From playing with other dogs, to making new human friends, to spending time in the Small Dog room, it is the best option for her! I was never comfortable boarding her at a traditional kennel because of her size, but Dog Town is an indoor facility that caters to all sizes and breeds. And unlike other "doggy daycare/doggy hotels," there are no surprise charges when I pay - it is one flat cost for either day care or overnight boarding. read more

AWFUL! I have no other words to describe my experience. And it just keeps getting worse. I've been boarding my dogs for 25 years and this is the worst experience I've ever had. Unfortunately, our primary kennel was booked and our secondary kennel was booked so we were stuck using dog town. After the 4 pages of forms to fill out and the interview we were accepted. When we dropped our dogs off the place was a smelly, unsanitary mess. Poop and pee on the floors (apologies from the workers that they hadn't gotten to the clean up yet). Dogs barking their heads off. The "dog park" was a couple pieces of astroturf that were not laid down in an y permanent manner. it was being cleaned while 5 dogs were running around on it. At this point I had a bad feeling, but I was stuck and it only for 2 days. I figured, my dogs would survive. When my wife picked up our dogs, my purebread Griffon was an abolute mess. She had rubbed all the fur off her nose trying to get out of her crate (btw: she loves her crate at home and prefers to be in there). My wife didn't notice this until she was home with the dog -- the folks at dog town never mentioned it. and when challenged all we got were lame excuses about "how that's common". It may be common at dog town -- but it's not common anywhere else. She's been kenneled plenty as I mentioned at the beginning of this review and there has never been so much as a hiccup in her stay's at our other kennels. In addition, she's had diarrhea for 3 days with some blood in her stool. Where did that come from????!!!!!! She was in perfect health when she was dropped off and she came back in serious distress!!!!! Oh yeah -- lastly, we left her harness with her at dog town and she came back with a different harness. Again no mention of where it went. Not even a clue that something was different. I will NEVER use this place again. I'd sooner cancel my vacation than use this place. I seriouly do not recommend. Not only is the care INFERIOR, but the cost is significantly higher than our regular kennel's. NOT EVEN IN AN EMERGENCY!! NO WAY NO HOW!!!! read more

Dog Town was not a good choice for our dogs. On the acceptance interview, I made sure to tell the staff many times that if my two husky mixes see an open door, they will take off and won't come back. They left a door open anyway, and my female husky took off in the facility and got scared when she encountered a barking dog and a crate. I couldn't get her to move and it took five minutes of pleading with the staff before they would move to help me. That should have been my first clue. Our first day happened without incident, and I will say that my dogs came home happy and tired. The next day, my fiance got a phone call that our male husky had escaped while on a walk outside. We had previously made it clear that he would try to take off if he saw something that he wanted on a walk. My fiance left work to help look for our dog, and was unable to find any staff when he arrived at Dog Town. While I do appreciate that everyone was looking for my pup, who was looking after all the other dogs?? My dog was found a mile away when a business owner called the number on his tags, and my fiance picked him up and brought him back. While I understand that my dogs may be a "special case" because they are "runners," I had communicated this and they had assured me that my dogs would be safe. With each of my dogs having a bad experience, we will be looking for someplace else. read more

My 85-pound lab, Sandy, is playful and has a ton of energy, so whenever I traveled, I faced a dilemma. No way was I sending her to a kennel for a week--that would be cruel and unusual punishment for her! I usually ended up leaving her at my house and asking a neighbor to come over and let her out a few times a day. I'd come home and find her looking incredibly bored. Until I found Dog Town--what an ingenious concept! Dogs have to pass an 'acceptance test' of sorts...to make sure they are playful Dog Town material. Of course Sandy passed with flying colors. I recently left her at Dog Town for a week. The girls sent me pictures of her throughout the week, clearly having the time of her life with all of her new friends in Dog Town's huge indoor dog park! I doubt she even cared I was gone. The dogs just play together all day--it is great for entertaining them and building their sociability. I have noticed Sandy has become even more accepting and social with all types of dogs since she has started playing at Dog Town. When I picked her up after a week, I looked in to see her playing hard, tail wagging, ears perked, clearly HAPPY as can be. What a great feeling to know she was very obviously well-treated and totally content the entire time I was gone. The Dog Town staff sincerely love the dogs and know every single one by name. No more guilt when I travel--I know Sandy can't wait for the next time I take her to Dog Town! read more

The groomer was so nice to my dog. She talked to him and made him feel welcome. She carried him back to the grooming room. Unlike my previous groomer (in a home business) used to pull him by his leash to go to the basement grooming area. The last time I picked up my dog from a grooming in that woman's home was the LAST time she will ever see my dog. When I picked him up she told me he has a collapsed trachea! And proceeded to tell me that he always gags like that when he comes to her! He gagged so long after the appointment that I had to take him to the vet to make sure he was ok. We were headed on vacation the following week and they prescribed a medicine just in case. She also downplayed it and told me that it was something that small dogs get. He is a 10 lb Papillon-Pomeranian mix who was abandoned, abused & rescued by our family. We treat him like our child. I picked him up after his grooming at DogTown and he was happy & calm. He was beautifully groomed, smelled amazing and had no problems with this trachea! I would recommend DogTown for grooming!!! read more

I was between a 2 and 3 rating. I've only used this place once. I've had my dog for 6 years now, and I just had to board her for the very first time. I took her to see the place, and she had a 5 minute "interview" where they put her in the daycare room to see how she was with the other dogs. I was not a fan of the person who took us into that room. She took my dog's leash and led her in the room, then said, "you are welcome to come in too." We got in and she shut the door and immediately all the dogs (who were all bigger than my dog) surrounded my dog. My dog had her tail between her legs and was visibly scared. I expected this since she has never been around that many dogs before all at once. She was sticking close to me and the door and I bent down and patted her head. Then, the lady who invited me in only a few minutes before said "You shouldn't have come in. You are encouraging this kind of behavior." If it would have been better for my dog to be in there without me, then the staff member should have said that, rather than inviting me in. Anyways, it was recommended that we bring our dog back for a day of daycare before boarding to see how she did. My husband and I talked it over. I wasn't sure if that was a recommendation to help my dog adjust to the upcoming boarding, or if it was just a ploy to try and get more money out of my husband and I. Since we have never put our dog in that situation before, I decided to put her in day care for 1/2 day the next day prior to boarding her the following week. When I dropped her off the following morning, I really liked the girl who took Miley from me and I wish that I had gotten her name. She spent a few minutes talking to me and gave Miley some one-on-one attention to help her feel comfortable before taking her into the room with the other dogs. I was also happy to hear that because there were enough dogs there, she was going to be in the small dog room instead of the other room with the larger dogs like the day before. When I came to pick her up, I got a "report card" on her day and the staff member there talked to me about how she had done. At that point, I was feeling okay about boarding her and so I brought her back the following week for a few days of boarding. When I dropped off, they asked me about her diet and any other special needs and then the lady (Jen) comforted her a little before taking her into the room with the other small dogs. I asked if I could call the next day to see if she had eaten and to find out about her first day and how she did over night. I was told that it was no problem if I called. When I called, the person who picked up in the store didn't need to take the time to walkie to the back building because Jen had already anticipated my call and she had given the information that she thought I would be seeking to the person that answered the phone. I really appreciated that because I didn't have to wait for them to walkie to the back building. I called once or twice again during my time away and was just told very basic information "she's fine and she's eating." When I picked her up, I was disappointed to get no information at all. I expected to get the "report card" because I was told that it is done for dogs who are in boarding. I didn't get that, but I didn't even get any information from the 2 people who were there when I picked her up. When I asked if she had gotten more comfortable, the guy said, "I don't really know. I guess so." He really had nothing to say. I then looked in the room, and all the dogs were in their crates, even though according to the website, I was picking up during their play time. I expected the dogs to be running around and playing, not locked in their cages. Miley was in a cage along the back wall, so I could see her when the person went in to get her. He opened the door and she ran out with her tail between her legs and didn't want to go near him. He then grabbed her by the collar to lead her out of the door. She was visibly afraid of this person. She usually does not act that way towards people. I get that she was in a new place, but she seemed scared of this person and not other people at the facility. I then had to ask for her food (I brought dry food and a can of wet food). Based on the directions I had given about how much wet food to give, there should have been some left over. I asked for the can of wet food. After getting a "what are you talking about?" look, I was told she didn't have any. Although I liked some of the people I encountered there, I decided on the rating of a 2 because I was upset that I didn't get any kind of report when I picked her up, the dogs were already locked up when I got there despite it being "play time," my dog seemed very scared of one of the workers, and the one person at pick up didn't seem to know anything about my dog. read more

I have not used Dog Town for boarding purposes, but adopted a dog from their rescue. I had a fantastic experience. We talked about the type of personality of dog I was looking for (I needed a kid and dog friendly dog) and was given suggestions by knowledgeable staff that knew these foster dogs well. I never felt pressured in any way and came back a few times before selecting the dog we did. I was told up front that he was finishing a course of antibiotics for a cough and supplied with the meds and instructions. I was also told he may have a few accidents while adjusting to his new home...he did and with consistently taking him outside and rewards, it only lasted a few days. I had never potty trained a dog before, so after two days, I called for help and was given great advice from Cait. The staff genuinely care about these dogs (and cats!) and work to make the best match possible so that the new pet can be successfully acclimated to their new home. read more
