This last time when I picked them I noticed their hair cut was much lower than I wanted. I wasn't upset about that, but when I got home , I noticed his hair was cut almost to the skin on his butt. I talked with the manager and she stated that he had done matting on his rear. I'm not sure if he actually had the Mats or if it was an excuse. I just feel like someone should've called me or showed me while I was there. I will go back. I'll make sure I don't get the same groomer.

They're so patient with him. And the best part- they don't cage your dog (as long as your dog is good with other dogs). They let the dogs roam free and play with other dogs so they're not suffering in a cage while they're waiting to be groomed. No other place I've taken him to does this. They're so kind to me and my dog and like I said my dog is wild so that says a lot. The pic I'm attaching is of him just after his hair cut- I purposely asked for it all one length and very short and they gave me exactly what I wanted. Love this place!

I knew he was a bit matted, and when the groomer called me hours into his appointment to ask if it was okay to cut the hair on his back legs and stomach, I agreed. However, when I arrived, he had a full haircut, and the next day I noticed blood under his chin. I am extremely upset because they should have been honest and upfront with me. Instead, I had to call the store owner, who was dismissive and unapologetic. This lack of concern and transparency is unacceptable. I do not recommend this groomer and will not be returning.

I told them I wanted a puppy cut with Schnauzer face and fluffy tail. The last time he was groomed was just before I moved to the Beverly area about 10 weeks ago. I told them I brushed Bullet every night, he had some matting and those crusties around his eyes. While waiting to pick him up, I could hear Bullet whining terribly. I questioned it, and was told he was just a bit anxious because it was his first grooming there. A groomer brought a little black dog out, and I thought, "Aw, cute dog but really skinny." I didn't know it was my Bullet, until he jumped up on my lap. I was horrified, day the least. When I asked what happened, I was to,d he was matted all over, he didn't like being cut, and they had to shave him!!! The groomer said his face fur came off in one piece as she shaved him. What the hell. I'm attaching "before and after" pictures of Bullet so you can understand why I've given such a poor rating and why I will NEVER bring Bullet anywhere near that place again. Not only does he look like a hairless cat, my sweet, cuddly baby who loves people and other dogs, is now skittish and scratches himself almost non-stop.
