Where to start? One of our 10 year old Great Danes collapsed in our front yard when on his way out…read morefor his walk, two weeks ago. He was lame in one rear leg from a previous surgery, had lost weight and was in end stage heart failure we later found out. Dr. Dinny and his wonderfully compassionate staff helped us on that awful day. We had recently moved to this area and cannot state strongly enough how grateful we are that we contacted this vet's office. Our call was answered by Brandy who right away helped us in the most kind and genuine manner. Her professionalism was followed by Tony and to say he went the extra mile is a true understatement! Wow, what a heart for animals and their owners he has. Then we met Dr. Dinny! Tallinn, our lovely and massive Great Dane had a sister from the same litter, they had never been apart. Dr. Dinny informed us that with two siblings that share such a great bond there can be trauma when one of them just 'disappears' and the remaining one can pine dreadfully. He suggested bringing Tuscany to the vets so she could see Tallinn for herself and then would understand and not grieve nearly as long. We did! Our little Miss Tuscany spent about two days grieving and then picked up her bone and toys and started playing. We firmly believe this is the reason she has handled it so much better than we did. We are eternally grateful to this fabulous staff and highly recommend you consider them for all of your animal's needs, you won't find more compassion, knowledge and professionalism anywhere else! Thank you Sevier Co Animal Clinic.

I took my dog in. He was pretty matted. I know he was a mess but he shouldn't have been mistreated…read more They told me it was going to take a few hours. An hour later. I was told to come and get them. When I came to get them. I took him home and I found out that his ear had a hematoma on it. And they had told me when I got there there was a small cut. I didn't pay any attention to it. I figured it was just a tiny thing. They had cut a big chunk in his tail. I didn't notice that cuz it was underneath. Anyway when I call them. When I saw his ear they denied it and said he was already that way. Which he did not come in that way. His ear was white still cuz he's a white dog but they did not return the call until the next day. By that time it had turned blood red. So you knew that it just had happened. Someone should have called me and told me. But they did not treat the cut that they had on his tail and they never showed me the cut they talked about. Poor little Charlie. He has to have a $500 operation on his ear. And I have to take him back in now because his tail is all festering. I tried to treat it on my own but have not had good luck with it. The worst part to me is they don't take responsibility for what they did to my dog. It was so fast I never had them call me after an hour and tell me to pick up my dog. When I did speak to them the next day. And I tried to complain about what happened. They hung upon me. I would not go there again. I just think this is terrible. I'm a disabled elderly and I can't afford this. And Charlie means a lot to me. He didn't deserve to suffer like this. He doesn't even want to get up and walk to go to the bathroom cuz his stale. He can't seem to try to stop obsessing with it. I put the little Coney thing around his head and he's just knocked himself anymore. I think this is shameful.
