Calling the facility they were very understanding and helped us out. The outside of the facility was deceiving since it looked like a warehouse. inside was super clean and welcoming. This is a family owned and run operation. There are several generations running this kennel. Their love of dogs is very clear. Our dog enjoyed his stay and was pooped out on the way home which is always an indication for him that he enjoyed his time.

I was told that my dog WOULD NOT be allowed in "group play" being that he is over 7 months and not neutered. I took him to the vet to get the vaccinations required to be at daycare. At first I was happy to hear that an accommodation could be made for my dog to interact with humans and get out for some potty breaks. I only needed 3 hours to take an exam. I brought in his breakfast and came back 3 hours later to get my dog. When I walked in his food was still out in the lobby.... The employee or owner (unsure) who greeted me asked who I was there to pick up. I told her my dog's name and she said "wow he hasn't been here very long. I haven't gotten a chance to meet him yet." I thought that was bizarre... then what was he doing? 2 days later I received his "report card" which included the photo I posted below. My dog was in fact in group play. Not only could he have gotten another dog pregnant... he came home with kennel cough. Another vet bill later he is okay.... But still. What on earth are they doing in there? How many other "accommodations" are they making that aren't kept?? Maybe another dog didn't need to get a bordetella vaccination and that's how mine came home with it? I don't know but a 30$ stay for 3 hours (including the price to just make an account) plus over $300 in vet bills later. I'm not happy and would never recommend this facility to someone. I truly hope no one came home with puppies because I know that is a lot more than $300. PSA if your dog stayed here on July 14, 2025 they may also have kennel cough or be pregnant.

She spends so much time with the animals and even sits outside with them while they are having outdoor playtime. Each dog has their own kennel that they can go in and out and each dog has their own bed. There are two separated, play areas if you do not want your pet to play with other dogs. From…read morethe first day K-9 Meadows opened, I have intrusted my very dear Lexi (9-year-old chocolate lab) to their care. And now, Finn, our 4-month-old chocolate lab(fondly referred to Satan"s Spawn) has joined Lexi at doggy daycare. Although I have hired a trainer, the staff has taken it upon themselves to reinforce his training during his stay. What a difference! I have personally gotten to know the entire staff and I can say, without a doubt, they are the nicest and most competent people to oversee the care and well-being of their charges. Devin is an exceptional groomer. She treats every dog with special care and attention. Jay and his staff are ever ready to play with each individual dog. Each new dog is carefully screened for temperment and how they may interact with other dogs. Based on each assessment, each animal is paired with other dogs of like temperment, age and size. In addition, each dog enjoys its own huge run with temperature controlled indoor accomodations. I particularly like the large, natural grass play area. Every time I go to pick them up, one of the staff is actively playing with a resident one-on-one or no more than 2 or 3 other pups at the same time. This is individual, special care!
