Well, I paid over $200.00 for two Australian shepherds to be cut and groomed and their fur didn't look cut at all. I didn't pick them up I was sending my daughter so I paid when I dropped them off . If I would have picked them up I would not have paid 200.00. I tried calling to speak to the owners . Still waiting for them to call me.

Dealing chronic illness I wasn't able to take as good care of them eventually, but I did my best and Megan never shamed me about it. Instead she gave me realistic expectations ("No, crazy lady, they cannot have Schnauzer cuts unless you can commit to regular brushing and more frequent grooming. How about I cut them very short and a little bit less short where the furnishings would be?") and have them fantastic care through illnesses, discomfort, and the general situation of aging dogs. I never would have felt comfortable taking them to someplace like Petco with the care they needed. Lucky Dogs is way better and they've got a much better attention to detail! In addition, she made a special house call for my mom when she was dealing with a lot of hospitalizations and couldn't brush her Akita. He probably lost 10# of fur that day and Megan's arms had to have been sore from sorting through a 150# boy blowing his coat, but he looked so handsome and my mom and I were so grateful that she went above and beyond, especially considering she did this on her personal time and I KNOW how exhausting and challenging big dogs can be to groom.

Dropped her off today with a man who seemed in a bad mood. He told me she had mats. (Later found it was the owner Jim). Yes she had some but were manageable (trust me she's had worse!) I should have put her in the car and taken her home with me. He absolutely scalped my dog. She doesn't look like a doodle anymore. Uneven cut, all the fur off off her face. Her chest was shaved completely to the skin. He didn't take the time with her he just shaved her. Then he had the audacity to tell me that she needs more time at the groomers to feel comfortable. Give me a break, she's been groomed numerous times. If you're going to use this establishment make sure you know who's doing it. This man was horrible and plain didn't care. Makes me so upset at myself for leaving my precious dog there for the 5 + hours it took them. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Here are before and after pics. Plus I paid $76 for this mess.

You can bring your dog at whatever time you can, I am a student so I had to bring him in early and I have late classes so I waited from 9-5 without my little sweet puppy. They did a phenomenal job, I suggest Stacy. My dog is afraid of razors and she managed to make his time very easy going and happy. She did everything I asked and even helped with some small details after, like his tail, when I came to pick him up. If u are going for the cheapest place, then this isn't it, but it's well worth it for a hair cut, bath, nails, and everything else that they did for my dog.

Not only is the shop super cute and well stocked, the woman working was friendly and helpful. The dog wash area had everything we needed. Brushed a whole dog worth of fur from my Bernese Mountain Dog with the high quality under coat comb provided and then left with a bone, a bandana, and good vibes.
