Words literally can not describe how fantastic CoolWag is…read more I moved to NW Arkansas last June and started looking into doggie daycares. CoolWag is beyond anything I could have imagined. The staff delivers exceptional customer service daily! Myself and my dog are greeted with enthusiasm and a huge smile every day! I never feel like my dog is just a number. I know from the bottom of my heart when I walk through those doors they 100% care about each dog and each customer. My dog literally goes crazy when we start pulling into their driveway. He can't wait to get through those front doors and start playing. CoolWag promises you a tired dog when you come back for pick up. On this they deliver 10 fold. My dog falls asleep as soon as he gets in the car. By the time we get home I'm not exaggerating he barely eats before he is sound asleep. It's hard to put into words just how epic CoolWag is. You must try it to truly understand. Let's put it this way. I only need daycare 2 days a week. My dog loves it soooooo much we go 4 times a week‼ Hands down I am recommending.

Shady. Beware - your card info is saved and even if you try to cancel an appointment almost a month…read morein advance, he will still charge you a hefty fee. Read the service agreement carefully because he still won't prove where it says there's such fees for that much notice in advance to cancel. Disappointed overall and only half of our dog's nails were clipped. A better job could've been done for the price we paid for our small dogs. I expected way better service for paying almost $400 with a tip. They practically just got a bath and bandana that was too tight for them. Not worth it one bit!

BEST MOBILE GROOMING in ALL of NWA!!!!…read more Been living in NWA for about 3 years and until now, haven't found a mobile groomer I love - so lucky we found 'Pawfect Cuts Mobile Dog Spa" If it would be possible to give ***10 STAR*** review - that's what they would get. Only giving 4 stars because (we have never had problems taking my dog to the groomer or her being around other dogs) but for some reason they told me she was very nervous and suggested getting some "doggy Xanax". They also said she didn't play well with others, which I find very odd because no boarding place or groomer has ever said this before. I didn't like these comments very much but other than that they did a good job on the hair cut. It took around 4 hours.

Our Maltipoo is 4 and has been groomed by 3 different groomer in Arkansas and Colorado - never had an issue Most places we have taken him take between 2-4 hours to groom - sadly our groomer here has cancer and can't groom anymore. I feel so bad for my dog to get that stressed Now I will need to look for another place to take him - after he's been so stressed out and not even groomed. We have had dogs for 30 years - never had someone call to say they kept our dog for over 5 hours then didn't even groom them.

He is a 20# 9 month old Schnoodle and had an 11:00 appt. I called and left a message at 3:00 to see if he was ready and no answer. At 4:30 I went down and they said he had been ready for hours. They lied and said they didn't have my phone number which was provided when I filled out the paperwork and was on my previous dog's info. They also said he acted up and charged me $15.00 extra for bad behavior. He's a small dog and has never been a problem to bathe before. Marilyn the owner was not there and I was so angry that I left without telling her what happened. We will not be going back and I am very disappointed but they did have my phone number because I left messages. Keeping my dog in a cage for hours was cruel and I would never recommend them.

I got fed up and went to the front and told him that I'm leaving. We had recently brought our dog in because she was urinating blood and they said nothing was wrong with her and sent her home and we discovered she has a very large swollen area on the right side of her ribs so we are concerned that they didn't notice that - Why are you accepting appointments? If you are not coming to visit your patient? I've been waiting an hour. This is unacceptable. We will not be back to this vet again.
