Our Maltipoo is 4 and has been groomed by 3 different groomer in Arkansas and Colorado - never had an issue Most places we have taken him take between 2-4 hours to groom - sadly our groomer here has cancer and can't groom anymore. I feel so bad for my dog to get that stressed Now I will need to look for another place to take him - after he's been so stressed out and not even groomed. We have had dogs for 30 years - never had someone call to say they kept our dog for over 5 hours then didn't even groom them.

He is a 20# 9 month old Schnoodle and had an 11:00 appt. I called and left a message at 3:00 to see if he was ready and no answer. At 4:30 I went down and they said he had been ready for hours. They lied and said they didn't have my phone number which was provided when I filled out the paperwork and was on my previous dog's info. They also said he acted up and charged me $15.00 extra for bad behavior. He's a small dog and has never been a problem to bathe before. Marilyn the owner was not there and I was so angry that I left without telling her what happened. We will not be going back and I am very disappointed but they did have my phone number because I left messages. Keeping my dog in a cage for hours was cruel and I would never recommend them.

I am beyond sad and frustrated. Took my mini goldendoodle here for the second time. First time she…read moredid great for a maintenance cut with a very nice woman. Dropped her off today with a man who seemed in a bad mood. He told me she had mats. (Later found it was the owner Jim). Yes she had some but were manageable (trust me she's had worse!) I should have put her in the car and taken her home with me. He absolutely scalped my dog. She doesn't look like a doodle anymore. Uneven cut, all the fur off off her face. Her chest was shaved completely to the skin. He didn't take the time with her he just shaved her. Then he had the audacity to tell me that she needs more time at the groomers to feel comfortable. Give me a break, she's been groomed numerous times. If you're going to use this establishment make sure you know who's doing it. This man was horrible and plain didn't care. Makes me so upset at myself for leaving my precious dog there for the 5 + hours it took them. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Here are before and after pics. Plus I paid $76 for this mess.

In a period of just a few months her doggie brother passed away, we moved into an apartment (from a home with a doggie door), and I started working long hours too far away for mid-day visits. Thanks to angel sitters, my little girl had a mid-day visit and bathroom break, and she was able to stay in the peaceful setting of her home rather than cowering in the corner at a boarding or day care facility. (I'm writing in pass tense because this was a couple of years ago and my girl has since gone on to rainbow bridge.) These pet sitters are truly angels. The ones I meet in person we're so thoughtful and caring. They make the process very easy and take good care of fur babies.

Christie (not sure if I spelled that correctly) was very friendly and greeted me and my pups wonderfully when we came through the door. We discussed the type of cut each needed and she gave me a price estimate which was exactly what I'm used to paying for pet grooming. Two hours later I got the call that Allie and Brady were ready to be picked up! That's really quick compared to most groomers. I realize she might not always be that prompt but it's nice that the dogs didn't have to sit in a cage all day and wait their turn. And the best part? They look beautiful! Their cuts are very neat and you can tell that Christie took her time to get the hair even. There were no long or short patches. Their faces were clean and trimmed perfectly. She clipped their nails too! I will definitely be back. Bubbles and Bows is our new pet salon!
