Great bang for your buck. Love the slider option as well, it's a great addition when you can't decide between a dog or a burger. Meat is amazing in everything! Cheese sauce is pretty meh, bland. Fries are great and everything tastes fresh. I got an impossible slider and a regular to taste test the difference, and they tasted very similar and both were great. Love this place and the flavor panel. Also, service is great. Was pretty quick and not line to order. They give you a number and you can sit anywhere in the place. They'll bring it to you. I wish the second half was open when I was there, it contains a bar, but only the main dining was open. The room is pretty dark, but there's plenty of seating. LOVE THE HAWAIIN ROLLS!! read more

I love this place! They have the best rewards program and everything on the menu is super filling and DELICIOUS. if you're looking for something savory, I suggest the hot dogs or burritos. Service is quick and the food is always made to perfection. Casual spot but always lots of seating so a great space to hang with a larger friend group after an activity or a night out. read more

Pretty good burgers and fries. Also got my fried chicken in a bowl form which was 2.99 more. A bit pricy for the bowl. A bottled water was also $3 which definitely overpriced. Taste of everything was good. Maybe would come back. Service was great and the atmosphere was chill. read more

Popped in for a beer and a quick lunch. Great spot offering burgers, sausages, and hot dogs. We ordered the Tooo Chi dog and the Das Brat. Both were awesome. I will say some may not like that they're all served on Hawaiian Rolls but I loved it! Great selection of beer too. Would definitely come back! read more

Loved The Dog Haus! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and awesome food. I had The Ringer burger -- juicy, flavorful, with a crispy onion ring and BBQ sauce. Also tried the classic cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles -- super fresh and satisfying. Perfect spot for a chill night out in Chicago! read more

I used to order from here regularly. I ordered tonight and they've switched their french fries to those gross coated fries. And, the cheese sauce is now definitely something like cheez whiz. Zero flavor. 2 stars because the burger was on point. Bye, Dog Haus. read more

So they changed the cowboy to some nasty concoction and when I called about it he said then dont buy it.......

We walked in around 2:30 on a Sunday afternoon and we were the only ones in there. The young man at the register barely looked up from counting out his register to greet us. We scanned the menu and were ready to order, but he was still counting his till. There was an online screen to order so we did that. We ordered the Toooo Chi and The Chili Idol dogs with an order of fries and 2 small fountain drinks. It came to around $32. The food was good, and I like how it is quality meat in their dogs. My only complaint about the food is the fact that the hot dogs were served on hawaiian rolls and they were toasted. Rather have my Chicago style hot dogs on a steamed poppyseed bun. Probably won't be back since the food was good, but not out of this world and the service could have been MUCH more engaging. I almost felt like an intruder being there. read more

This review is actually for the one in W Whacker Dr. We ordered online while admiring the beauty of Riverwalk's impressive architecture. Then headed over to DogHaus which was inside a Food Hall. I'd say the service was how they packed our hotdogs well, and the ambiance was one of the two patio tables for four, fenced in by planters while an afternoon breeze kept as cool under the energetic hum of the "L" train. Chili Idol, Old Town, Cowboy and Tooo Chi- all looking attractive in their grilled Hawaiian rolls, and not one was better than the other. Well, maybe Old Town, because I liked chipotle aioli on the dog and the pickled jalapeños combo kept the grease in check. You have locations across the Nation, but not in New Jersey. Not fair! read more

I thought the food was pretty decent, I think it was pretty salty but that's probably the nature of the food. The service was good, you order at the counter and they bring it to you. It had a lot of seating, both indoor and outdoor with the giant windows opening on a nice night. The mini corndog was literally all sausage, not a fan (ratio was off) but the tater tots with chili was good read more

Was in town and looking for a hot dog place that serves Creekstone beef so my husband can partake and lo and behold this place sure does! We actually went to the West Wacker Drive location, which is located within Kitchen United Mix, I just don't see that as an option to leave a review for that location. The kitchen was a big confusing, we weren't sure if we were allowed to be there and order, as it seemed like a lot of Uber delivery people were there, but the person behind the counter helped explain everything. There's a tablet mounted with countless menus to choose from and self service your way through- was easy to follow and place an order. My husband ordered the Sooo Cali and I ordered the build your own dog option- with grilled and fried onions and magic sauce. We found a quiet place to sit, it was ventilated and cooler than outside but I will say you'll feel hot inside on a hot summer day. Our order was served piping hot and fresh, and we thoroughly enjoyed both hot days. I loved the sauce it came with, and we loved the sweetness of the bread contrasted with the hot dog. We loved it so much we even ordered it again through Uber before leaving town! read more

INSANELY GOOD. Came here with a bunch of my friends on my bday cause it eas the only place open and close to Replay. Its literally my new go to spot. Ive had the Holy Aloli burger every single time and i dont plan on swapping. Every server has been incredibly chill, the vibes here are quiet but upbeat. New fav city spot for sure, amazing. The way the burgers are served on hawaiian rolls is so damn good. Yall have a new regular. I dont have any pics of the food cause i was too busy shoving it in my face. read more

Regular fries and seeet potato fries are soo good. I wasn't the biggest fan of the burger because the "bun" was hawaiian rolls. We went pretty late like close to midnight. The order took longer than expected and I asked for no tomatoes but there were still tomatoes. There is a bar side and restaurant side, but they're connected. read more

If you're craving unique hot dogs, you've come to the right place. This place puts a twist on your normal hot dog. For starters, the buns are Hawaiian buns! Hawaiian buns just elevate the taste of everything! I've been here twice now. Tried the So Cali dog and now just tried the Old Town and - WOW! Loaded with flavors and has a nice spiciness to it! Although filling, I wish I got myself another hot dog hahah. We also got sweet potato fries and onion rings to pair with the dogs. read more

I searched for this location on Google, clicked the Order button which took me to their website, and the site defaulted to a different location without asking which location I wanted to order from. When I went to the Lincoln Park location to pick up the order, I was told they didn't have it and that it was ordered for the UIC location. I calmly asked if I could cancel that order and have the food made at the LP location. The employee working the front desk provided a phone number to call, and when I called the guy who answered refused to apologize for the website mixup and did not offer any sort of solution. He said my food could be "donated to a shelter" or I could go pick it up, which would be a 40 minute drive out of my way. I explained I would not be able to pick up the food at the other location, and he still did nothing about it. Terrible customer service - any legitimate business would 1. apologize that the website is defaulting to the wrong location and 2. offer a replacement or some kind of discount to make up for the inconvenience. Update: I contacted customer service and Leanna was very kind enough to issue a refund. She apologized for the issue and handled the matter professionally. read more

My long awaited return to Dog Haus has arrived!! A while back, I had posted an interview regarding my "off" experience at Dog Haus, and with the positive intent of trying to out again, I finally have! This time, instead of getting seated and going through that process, I decided to order my food from the counter and sit down at the table. I definitely enjoyed the service a lot more, and the cashier was nice! the place was a bit empty, but that gave ample room for me and my friends. I got the vegan hot chick sandwich with fries, and it was alright. Nothing life changing, but it was good. the fries weren't entirely my favorite, but I think it may have been because I got really full from the sandwich and I lost my appetite afterwards. My friends also thought their food was decent, so honestly the entire meal was pretty good. I think my favorite part would be the music. They have a really fun playlist to listen and jam to. Overall, much better than the first time. A bit pricey for what you're getting, but the proportions are decent!! read more

So very glad I took a chance on this place! The onions rings are the best I've EVER tasted! The hot dog just works with it's flavors, the fries were still crispy to the end, the onion rings too, the shake was heaven. I'm just blown away by this place and will be ordering again and again. The service even though through UberEats didn't go unnoticed the food was packaged well and secured. I'm truly blown away how amazing good this food was! Thank you Dog Haus Lincoln Park. read more

Quality gastropub in Lincoln Park, right on Lincoln Ave near DePaul. Even though the title is dog haus, they also serve burgers and other items, but the specialty is hot dogs. They're all served on Hawaiian hot dog buns, which I don't see too often. There's several varieties with different styles of toppings to choose from. I did the downtown dog, which was good. What's nice about the place is there's 2 halves to it, on one side you can order food to go, and then on the other a full service area with a bar and tables. They have a real nice craft beer list actually. I thought it was just a traditional hot dog stand when I first saw the name, but I was impressed with how nice it was. My sister lives nearby so I'd definitely go back and try some of the other dogs. read more

This is less than a block from my friend's condo. My love for a good hotdog runs deep and I would love for San Francisco to be more of a frankfurter town, but alas it is never to be, and will remain the "land of salad with dressing on the side". We were looking for a quick lunch and our friends recommended it. The chalkboard menu is difficult to navigate (too busy, too many options, too many fonts, over too many boards/signs, too many colors, etc) The gal in front of us ordered a "lunch special" - I love a deal so I asked the guy what it was. It is a Chicago dog, fries and a can of soda (I think around $6). Sign me up! My hubby got the "midway" - which was chili, cheese, bbq sauce and giardinera. Both were fantastic. The place inside is small and the owner (and his Mom) were both there working away. read more

We can't recommend Dog Haus for their food. It wasn't that good, and it didn't taste cooked to temperature.

When I heard that Dog Haus was one of the exclusive restaurants offering Impossible nuggets, my husband and I made a special trip up from Northwest Indiana to give this place a try. Their menu is relatively simple, but their vegetarian options are awesome. I tried a 6-piece Impossible Nugget plate [$6.99], and my husband had an Impossible Haus Burrito [$10.99]. The burrito was quite large and definitely delicious. We also tried a Caramel Shake [$4.99], but neither of us was very impressed with this. The nuggets that had decided this trip for us were crisp and tasty; however, I didn't love the sauces that came with them. Interestingly, I am looking at their online menu, and I no longer see this item, so I'm not sure if it's still available here? read more

During my Chicago trip, this place was the most "meh," which is very surprising because of all the raving reviews. Maybe it's because my boyfriend Uber Eats the food... But the hotdog was okay. I mean it's a good hotdog! The fries were the biggest disappointment. They were like a suckier version of McDonald's fries... Either way, it wasn't baaaaad! read more

My friends and i were going to a show at the Lincoln Hall. we wanted a drink before, I had recommended this place because back in 2022 the service was AMAZIN!G! but this time, was HORRIBLE. i'm only giving a 1 star because 0 is not an option. anyway, we got there. stood at the bar, patiently waiting. the bartender served others. even served the other people second drinks. served people who came to the bar after us, and wouldn't even look at my 2 friends and 1. we walked out after 15 minutes of not even getting a "hello." if you see a guy with longer hair behind the bar, we highly recommend not going. read more

My three star review isn't glowing, but there's an easy fix. .. offer regular buns. I actually like the quality of ingredients, even the soft serve ice cream is good. I know Hawaiian Rolls are their thing, but the sweetness throws the burger off. The Hawaiian bread works better with their chicken sandwich, but still isn't substantial enough to keep it from falling apart. The packaging is perfect and protects the food while not trapping in steam. No one wants soggy fries. I guess the packaging contributes to the prices being a little higher. I don't mind because of the food quality. Add new buns and load up more fries in each order and they'll be a 4 star restaurant. read more

We went to Doghaus during the week for a quick dinner. Decent prices here and a variety of beer options. The energy was a little low, but to be fair, it was a Wednesday night. I got the Old Town dog minus the jalapeños, and I gotta say, I'm not a big hot dog person, but I really enjoyed this. I also got the sweet potato fries, which you can never go wrong with. I have never been here, but the food pictures looked so good on Doordash, I had to try it. This was my order for 2 people: MR MIYAGI - tasty umami dog, great for those who are into asian american fusion foods. The deep-fried all beef dog had really good flavor and it went well with the caramelized onions, mayo, teriyaki sauce, tempura crumbles and wasabi furikake. It's served on a grilled King's Hawaiian rolls, which makes it feel gourmet compared to regular dog buns. Holy Aioli - burger patty served on a King's Hawaiian roll. The melted white american cheese, smoked bacon, caramelized onions, and garlic aioli is an awesome combo. I was worried it was going to be too small, but it felt like a regular small-medium sized burger (definitely bigger than a slider). onion rings - batter was great, rings arrived crispy. Sauce costs extra, but it's fun to try to different options -- like the basil aioli! sweet potato fries - well fried and seasoned, nothing wrong with them love boat fries - fries with haus chili and haus slaw. Smart packaging as everything came packaged separately, so the fries didn't arrived soggy and I was able to dress the fries myself. Don't know how they do it, but the chili is really tasty. Goes well with some extra cheese sauce! read more
