This was in no way a correction appropriate for a dog that size. She had a 4 month old larger white dog I observed being kicked and choked. The dog was put on a very tight placement in the pack. I could hear the animal choking. When I looked back it took all of my self control not to create an all out brawl. I am writing this angry review because o use professional services like this Lucky dog day camp myself. If my animals where ever handled in the way this "professional ," handled the animals in her care I would never go there again. On top of the harsh K9 handling she drove off like a crazy person in her car not even in the correct lane. My Mother uses them regularly, and has done so for a year or more. She has a young Golden Retriever who is full of energy. The dog is always EXCITED to go and always "tuckered out" when we pick him up in the evening because of playing with the other dogs. They have birthday parties (I'm jealous) and the dogs are socialized well. The owner has other services as well such as the application of Frontline. Dogs are restricted at Glacier National Park (see the Park's website for info). I would recommend contacting Luck Dog to see how the owner of LDDC might be able to help you out - no guarantees but who knows? Finally, I live in Houston so you may wonder how I know so much about LDDC. My experience has been when my Mother had medical issues and the owner worked to accommodate my schedule and went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I could have asked.

We booked a different groomer this time, and right away she refused to groom my 50 lb shepherd mix--first because of shedding (which is exactly why we made the appointment), then claiming my 11-year-old dog was "too old." When I asked for a better explanation, the manager backed her up instead of addressing the issue. Meanwhile, my dachshund had already been taken back. When I picked her up--after paying a high price--it didn't look like she'd been properly bathed. She still had visible dander, smelled like she'd just been sprayed, and her feet weren't cleaned. It's hard to believe she received the full service. Before leaving, I saw my shepherd mix in the grooming area, calmly being combed on the table. Later, the manager told me she was "too difficult" and wouldn't allow grooming--even though she hadn't even been bathed. That didn't match what I witnessed. Between the poor service, lack of honesty, and overall treatment, I won't be returning. I'll be taking this complaint to upper management. I wouldn't trust this store or that groomer with my dogs.

A number of tanks have non-functioning lighting so it's impossible to see the fish. Not uncommon to see betta cups stacked one on top of the other...which covers the hole in the top of the cup that allows for air circulation. The poor condition of the fish department makes the whole place look bad. Sad.
