Lynnie is very accommodating with all my requests and checks back to see if it was the groom I wanted. I can't say enough good things about Lynnie and Pawsitively Perfect.

Unfortunately, our experience with Pawsitively Perfect was extremely disappointing, primarily…read morebecause of the lack of communication and follow-through. We were visiting the area for only a week (all the way from NJ) and wanted to arrange care for our dog so we could spend some time exploring and hiking. We first tried to book online, but were unable to complete the reservation. Rather than giving up, we went directly to the location hoping someone could help us. The employee working there was new and understandably wasn't familiar with the booking procedures. We also happened to meet the owner's husband in the parking lot, but he wasn't able to provide the information we needed either. We were eventually given the manager's business card and told to contact her directly. We called the manager twice with no answer and also sent a text message explaining what we needed. We never received a response--not even a quick message acknowledging our inquiry. That was the most frustrating part of the experience. We completely understand that employees can be new and that owners and managers can be busy. What we don't understand is why, after trying to book online, making the effort to visit the business in person, calling twice, and sending a text, nobody could take a moment to respond. For a pet-care business, communication and reliability are extremely important. If a business is unable to accommodate a customer, a simple "Sorry, we're unable to help" would have been perfectly acceptable. Completely ignoring a potential customer after multiple attempts to reach out is not. Since we were only in the area for a week, we couldn't waste more time waiting for a response and had to find another option. Thankfully, we found a wonderful sitter who was responsive, accommodating, and took excellent care of our dog. We can't comment on the actual quality of their pet care because we were never able to get that far. However, based solely on our experience trying to become a customer, the communication and customer service were very unprofessional and left a very poor impression.

When I thought all hope was lost I found JPK9 Montana. No other dog trainers would take My Icka…read morebecause he was reactive. He had been attacked by a few dogs and having him around other dogs was almost impossible. He was scared of other dogs and people and was labeled and an aggressive dog. I messaged JPK9 thinking I would be turned away. Within minutes I had a reply of Yes, we work with dogs like him, no problem at all. I signed Icka up for the two week boarding training. Drop off was smooth. There was detailed communication on what was needed supply wise as well as what I needed to work on to prepare myself and Icka for a smooth transition. Every day there were videos posted so I could watch his progress, and progress there was. He was heeling, sitting, laying down and staying. HE WAS WALKING WITH OTHER DOGS CALMLY WITH HIS TAIL HELD HIGH. Daily walkes and so much time put into him. He went into stores and was asked around other people and dogs. When it was time for me to pick him up from training I got a class myself on what to to and how to continue his progress, how to work as a team and be the dog handler he needed me to be. Right after pick up we jumped into a group class and practiced everything we have learned. They saved Icka from living his life locked away from everything. They gave him his confidence back and showed me how to continue his growth as a secure dog. I would 100% recommend JPK9 Montana for anyone's dog. They truly care and dedicated their time and knowledge into the training. We look forward to attending life time classes with the help and support from this amazing group of people. I can't thank them enough!

I just got her back today from her second visit and they nailed the "boots" I wanted - which apparently was a bit of an unorthodox cut. Grooming took about three hours from drop off to pick up and cost about $60. They are very friendly and the quality of the grooming was 5 stars IMO.

Now it was a Thursday and there are several kennels near Glacier and apparently they where all BOOKED! Kind of panicked I expected bad news when I called here but was soooo happy to find out they would be willing to watch the dogs for the day! The place is really cool! The owner, Mike, was so friendly and very accommodating when we asked about a later pick up (their normal pick up time is 6pm). The dogs seemed to have a blast and the cost was extremely reasonable, $25 for both dogs! Would definitely use again when we are back in the area!

From Scruffy to Fluffy!…read more I took my two spoiled Pomeranians here as we've been in Kalispell for 4 weeks, and they were DIRTY! It made me very nervous to take my pups to someone new, as they've only ever gone to one groomer back in San Jose. The ladies were super nice, and I am pleased to say they did a great job and followed my instructions to just trim their little feet, and not their entire body. Upon picking them up, they both seemed happy, which matters! They are clean, smell good and they did a great job brushing them out. Definitely will come back next time I'm in the area (which is a lot) with my dogs.

Our show dogs beautiful coat was completely shaved off which they did not have permission to do. They claim our dog was matted which was a lie. They most likely washed her without brushing her out first which can cause matting. Bouviers are supposed to have the ears shaved tightly and they left longer hair on the ears and forgot to trim her nails. Basically they butchered our dogs grooming and now we will have to cancel all her spring dog shows because it'll take 6+ months to grow her coat back! Unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place and will not be returning.

I had car trouble so I wasn't able to go home to Shelby to drop my dogs off at their vet/boarding…read morefor the weekend as planned, so it left me scrambling to find a place over here so we could continue our celebration of our daughter's birthday. Well, I called to inquire about availability & they were the only ones with space (maybe this is why) within the area. So I asked if they are able to give insulin like other facilities and she said yes but she's on a backpacking trip and her dad is doing the boarding for the weekend and she doesn't really like when he has to do that so maybe call a different kennel and if you can't find one then call me back ( not professional ) I said I couldn't find any other one with space. So she said well bring it in and show him and by this point she seemed annoyed by my questions and wanted me off the phone when I'm just trying to make sure my older diabetic husky is going to be well cared for (& obviously my youngest as well) I could just tell she was very annoyed but I didn't have a choice if I wanted to save the trip as planned. The more I thought about it though after booking- my feelings got more and more worried and I messaged her and said I'm going to change the plans to next weekend and I just want to cancel. In fact, when I texted I think I will actually go forth with rescheduling my trip because you don't like bothering your dad with any extra steps and it's made me worry too much about Nya, would it be okay to cancel and get a refund? Her response was : Sure!!! Yes I got my refund, but then she informs me she's going on another trip next weekend too so her dad is still running it. Definitely seemed as though she's ensuring I won't try to use her business because giving insulin to a dog who literally doesn't feel it and takes a whole ten seconds to complete is too complicated or inconvenient even when you're being paid $50 a day! My intuition was sending me red sirens and I couldn't ignore that. These are my babies and I feel you should provide assurance to the owners that they are in capable hands rather than rush them off the phone and tell me to only use them if I couldn't go somewhere else as a last resort so her dad doesn't have to deal with it. Take this however: I never used this kennel and Erin (& her dad) may be great, especially with zero "add on" pets, but as a mom you know when something isn't quite right and I feel I made the best decision for my babies.

I tried Happy Pooch after a previous groomer was way too cocky about her abilities with poodle…read moregrooming - usually means the opposite. I found Happy Pooch just as a "get me by" - it became too apparent that groomer assigned to me had very little knowledge of the basic standards of grooming poodles - after making a major error on my dog's leg pom - I examined closely when getting home - one leg half shaved and the other with deep razor marks - a skin burn - constant shaking of head meaning water in her ears - unfortunately a lot more to write - when I called groomer to stop by and show them the mistakes, not even asking for return of money or a threat to leave they called and left a message saying they did not want us a client any longer. In reality they did me a favor - their shop is too small/crowded for intake of dogs at once - parking is dangerous and I was even side swiped in the parking lot of puddles and mud - I would not recommend Happy Pooch Professionals LLC to anyone - not worth just "getting you by".
