She was so easy to work with, and was happy to accommodate our Covid-cancelled wedding date, and reschedule us without an issue! She arrived promptly on time, and snuck in without a peep. She was dressed perfectly, and got right to playing with our pup, and making sure he was entertained. She was right there within arms reach during all of the pictures, and was happy to make silly sounds at him in front of all of guests, to get the perfect picture! When he photobombed a family portrait by sprawling out across my train she was right there, getting all of the candid photos and whisking him away with distractions of snacks once everyone got a good laugh. When it came time for the ceremony, she quickly made sure he got a potty break, cleaned up after him and fluffed him back out to perfection. She felt like a member of the wedding party to us, and we could not be more grateful or appreciative. She was happy to deliver him home, and locked up for us, and checked in to let us know everything was set. I HIGHLY recommend her for anything you need for your pups!!

I first noticed my dog was coming home with tons of energy when it use to be he crashed as soon as he was in the door. Then the daily text messages with pics of my pup unexpectedly stopped. Where it use to be every holiday or sport season was celebrated with dog costume photo shoots or other events, none have occurred in over two months. The last straw was when I picked up my pup last week and he reeked of dirty dog kennel. If anything, the dogs previously always smelled of whatever flowery odor powder they would spray on them before. During one pickup I was told a team from Austin were training at the location. Then two weeks later all the staff I knew were gone and I was told the franchise was under new ownership. While the new family owners are nice, the whole shop seems understaffed and drastically changed. I was willing to pay the high amount they charge because the pup was happy and the services were over the top, I'm now looking for another location that is either the same high level service the shop use to be or the current service level at a more appropriate price.

There have been many evenings he has called well after-hours and he hasn't seemed hurried or bothered, but rather concerned and available. One thing about this clinic is that they have kept their prices fair and within your budget. I think they have to charge what the lab charges them and there isn't much they can control. Their pharmacy program is helpful and cost savings, too. I recommend them to everyone.

I respect the veterinarian, but the clinic's staff training and procedures are unreliable, and after two consecutive errors involving my dog's care, I cannot continue bringing her here. They could have killed my dog with the sloppy vaccination mistake.

When I needed to buy pet food for dog boarding, and found myself short on time, they let me come in a few minutes past closing to do the pickup. When I hurt my shoulder, they helped me carry my big bags of dog food to my car down the block (parking can be an issue when it's the dinner rush for the nearby restaurants). Zen Den didn't have any openings but said they would do nails, so I brought Marty the terrier mix in. They have toys and treats, but the most cool feature i- grooming area is visible from the front. Nail appointment is less than ten minutes and I like supporting a woman owned business in my neighborhood. Just gotta get on their full groom customer list!

My only singular frustration is that I feel like I'm being upsold something every time I go in. Always something else to increase the bill. Dr Bruno and her assistant were incredible. Dr Bruno immediately calmed our ailing pet, and her exam was as thorough as I have ever witnessed from a vet. This is based on three issues with three different cats. And these are not even complex, uncommon issues -- urinary issue, vomiting, and diarrhea. Most recently we brought a cat in because of diarrhea. We were prescribed a probiotic. They didn't tell us what to look for or what to do if it didn't work but after 9 days of treatment and no improvement I called to ask what they suggest next. I also asked if we should be concerned about it spreading to other cats since we are a multi cat household. The vet prescribed a medicine but gave no indication what it was for. I called and asked what are they treating. The kind person on the phone checked the notes and said diarrhea. Well, okay, but bacterial, viral, parasitic? What did you rule out with the first treatment and what are you testing now? Maybe I'm nit picking but this seems like basic, helpful medical information that should be communicated to a caretaker. I also failed to receive an answer about whether whatever they thought it was now would be contagious, which is frustrating because I told them another cat had similar symptoms. Super nice people don't get me wrong. Just completely underwhelmed.
