Looks great! Even with the cut-down
    Melanie S.

We are very happy and impressed with the Dog Door Guy's work! We had him out for an estimate and immediately felt at ease with his demeanor. He knows what he's doing and can make assessments about what will or won't work for your home quickly and easily. He's also super laid back and easy to get along with, which I really appreciate. He told us why certain places we were considering having the dog door installed wouldn't work (after checking thoroughly for studs and electrical obstacles), and offered suggestions for where the best spot would be. For us, it was through the glass. When it came time for the installation he was just as easy as ever to work with. I was able to continue working from home in another room while he did his thing. Because our glass doors had blinds built in we had to replace the glass in both doors otherwise they wouldn't match. We also needed to do what he called a cut-down, and cut into the door to place the dog door lower, as one of our dogs is small and couldn't fit over the frame. Between losing the blinds I really liked and cutting into the door I was super anxious about what the doors would look like. To my surprise the doors looked even better after the Dog Door Guy replaced the glass! He stayed after the installation and explained the warranty and how to train our dogs to use their new door. He kept our home looking beautiful while giving our dogs a way to get in and out on their own (the last few hours have been bark-free, which is bliss). We are so happy with the Dog Door Guy, and recommend him to all!

    Large dog door

This company is awesome! They've put in new glass with a dog door cut out in my sliding glass doors at my last house and my current house. It's so nice to know my dogs aren't filled with anxiety and having accidents in the house when I get delayed at work. Do it, get the dog door, your dogs will be happier!

Loving my new doggy door!! Thanks Greg and Jennifer!!!

Amazing job and awesome doggie door. The installer was efficient and quick. He did leave a bag of trash but that was ok.

He installed a solo automatic pet door, came back out to re-seal it with out any questions asked. Overall experience was excellent.

Working from home, with an energetic 1.5-year-old pup and no enclosed yard, was proving quite a challenge. Dogdrop was a welcomed relief! The initial "good fit test" or trial was a piece of cake, and the corresponding report card the team left us with was an excellent touch, providing insights into Kaya's command and socialization skills, as well as personality. And, of course, her acceptance. Finding out about the new friend Kaya made so quickly that day, and receiving candid photos of her enjoyment, was the cherry on top. We were also pleasantly surprised with the engaging monthly and weekly activities Dogdrop has in store for our fur baby, and others'. Arts and crafts (yes, Kaya painted, and we received the masterpieces on our following visits!), puzzles and agility course time, themed photoshoots, and endless playtime with both fellow attendees and the heartwarming staff. The facilities are also clean and well maintained. What makes Dogdrop especially user-friendly are their flexible hours - no reservations needed. We love the option to drop Kaya off and pick her up as our schedule permits. The swift drop-off and pick-up process, combined with the staff's effort to recognize each dog personally, is commendable. They will even assess and adjust the group level your pup interacts with based on their size and personality. Affordability is a plus with their reasonable membership options and hourly rates. The bonus day for members is also a nice touch, offering one, eight-hour day per month before the hourly rate kicks in. And the staff's dedication shines through, from sharing photo updates throughout her visits to friendly check-in texts when they haven't seen Kaya for a few days. Although the facility is indoor only and does not permit outdoor activity (due to location, risks, and other challenges), for us, personally, this does not warrant any consideration in our rating. Watching Kaya's extreme, tail-wagging excitement every time we walk up to Dogdrop is the best testament to their service. Big kudos to the entire Dogdrop team for providing such a stellar daycare experience for our Kaya. Highly recommend!

On one visit, my dog had to have her blood drawn twice due to a staff mistake. At the very next visit, she was given the wrong vaccine, which is a medical error that should never happen. The front‑desk experience is also consistently poor, with long hold times and dismissive behavior when concerns are raised. I respect the veterinarian, but the clinic's staff training and procedures are unreliable, and after two consecutive errors involving my dog's care, I cannot continue bringing her here. They could have killed my dog with the sloppy vaccination mistake.

The care and compassion Dr. Steve and staff have shown has always been amazing. (Dr. Tina is really great, too, but we have only seen her a few times, including my dog's recent euthanasia and she was very kind and caring.) Steve takes his time, manages your pet's care realistically and fairly and always follows up. There have been many evenings he has called well after-hours and he hasn't seemed hurried or bothered, but rather concerned and available. One thing about this clinic is that they have kept their prices fair and within your budget. I think they have to charge what the lab charges them and there isn't much they can control. Their pharmacy program is helpful and cost savings, too. I recommend them to everyone.

I trust them to give me credible information and to thoroughly assess my pet's needs. They have great systems and availability and are willing to get you in on short notice. They keep great records and follow up after treatments and go the extra mile. They helped us with our Lucy as she neared end of life and were incredibly compassionate and even affordable. My only singular frustration is that I feel like I'm being upsold something every time I go in. Always something else to increase the bill. They may not see it like that but it never fails that there is some sort of upsell or extra need. Never once have they said, hey your pet is doing great and nothing more is needed. Heart worm treatments. Teeth cleaning. Dog food. Extra this, extra that. I really struggle with this.

This is the LAST STRAW, and potentially a FATAL one, at that. We have been suspecting lymphoma for our dog and it has been 3.5+ weeks since we started this discovery process and we had to follow up several times to get work up done, get results and 4 procedures later, we still do not know for sure. Doctors don't reply to emails and results are not communicated timely, even after follow ups. There is a huge back office issue in continuity of care. We've raised this so many times and it just keeps happening. It boils down to POOR MANAGEMENT. There is no sense of urgency. His illness could be aggressive and this 3+ week delay could be a MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH. We are at week 4, and we are moving to another vet office and still have not done any definitive treatment! We've been encountering a lot of back office issues with them for 3+ years and THIS IS THE LAST STRAW. WE ARE SO UPSET because this is not how you run a medical practice! The owner also cannot be bothered to check-in nor investigate. Just STAY AWAY. This is literally the worst VET office we've worked with. Absolutely TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. They have also poked and prodded our dog more than necessary. We also run a medical clinic. This is NOT how you run one. It is safe to say that they clearly just want you to keep paying more and more. I can't say "TERRIBLE" enough. Save yourself the heartache and stress and stay away. We are pulling all 3 dogs from this incompetent office. The cherry on top is they even botched sending over our records to the new practice, thrice. We had to ask twice and The receiving practice had to contact them again just today since they sent it incorrectly. They're consistent with their errors. That's for sure.
