Shannon has the absolute worst personality. Not one smile and I don't believe she looked at me once while I was trying to explain to her how to cut his hair. She obviously did not listen because all she did was completely shave him. A BEDLIINGTON COMPLETELY SHAVED!!!! i wanted to cry. His face was still dirty, his nails were not cut, his ears were wet, his tail was still in knots and what was left of his hair was not "fluffed" like a Bedlington. He looks like an emaciated poodle. All for $75!!! I will NEVER go back there and I WILL pass the word.

I have taken my dog here for treatment a few times. My dog has a list of problems and every doctor…read morewho had treated him was great. I went back for a follow up on my dog and was taken back to wait for the Doctor. I waited there for a little over a half hour in a small room and no doctor. I went out to talk to the receptionist to see what's going on and was informed they were trying to find me a doctor to look at my dog. I had an appointment with the same doctor who treated him 2 weeks earlier. They left me in a small room with a dog that didnt want to be there for over a half hour without letting me know I really didnt have a follow up appointment because there was no doctor. I was not happy. This was the second time this happened only the first time they actually came in the room to let me know what was going on. They doctor does a great job, although I feel if there is going to be a problem with the doctor being late someone should tell me prior to the appointment or while im in the room waiting.
