Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place! I brought my car here to get the A/ C repaired…read morebased off the good reviews. They had my car for two days and still couldn't tell me where the leak was coming from, with my A/C. The communication throughout the experience was terrible, and I felt like I was getting the runaround every time I talked to someone over the phone. I went to the shop to speak with someone directly about an hour before closing time on the second day and they had already closed for the day. They still charged me for the diagnostic with no results, stating that the mechanic would need more time to find the leak. At that point even if they found the leak there was no way I was going to trust them to repair it. Ultimately, I wouldn't recommend them because they have poor communication and time management skills

When I realized they double-charged me for standalone labor on overlapping parts that have to be disconnected during a strut job anyway, I questioned the bill. They also refused to perform a mandatory wheel alignment, falsely claiming it wasn't required after a major strut replacement. When I contacted the owner, Joey, to resolve the overlapping labor fee and the skipped alignment, he got defensive, offered conflicting numbers about parts markup vs. his $150/hr labor rate, and directly threatened to have a tow truck pull my car off my private property because I initiated a formal billing dispute with my bank. Extremely predatory billing and highly unprofessional customer retaliation. Local drivers beware

I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done). Just a great business.
