He installed a brand-new water heater, and when it appeared there was still an issue, he went above and beyond by replacing it a second time to make sure the problem wasn't with the unit itself. Ultimately, we discovered that the real issue was an electrical problem with my circuit breaker, not the water heaters. What impressed me most was Matt's honesty, professionalism, and commitment to helping me get the issue resolved. Even after determining the problem was electrical, he worked with me on pricing and generously discounted his services so I could put those savings toward getting the breaker repaired. It's rare to find someone who genuinely prioritizes helping the customer over simply completing a job. Matt was responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly fair throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him and his company to anyone in need of plumbing or water heater services.

I had a plumbing issue that was starting to stress me out, and from the first phone call, I felt like I was dealing with professionals who genuinely cared about helping -- not just booking another job. They responded quickly and showed up right on time, which already put them ahead of a lot of contractors I've dealt with before. The technician was respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to actually explain what was going on instead of just throwing out technical terms. I really appreciated that. It made me feel informed and confident about the repair. What stood out most to me was the honesty. There was no pressure to upsell anything unnecessary. They focused on fixing the actual problem and making sure it wouldn't turn into something bigger down the road. The pricing was clear and fair, and there were no surprise charges at the end. The work itself was done efficiently and with obvious attention to detail. Everything was cleaned up afterward, and you honestly wouldn't even know work had been done -- except that the issue was completely resolved. It's hard to find reliable service companies these days, but Crown Plumber exceeded my expectations. If you're in Ashburn and need plumbing work done right the first time, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Definitely five-star service in my book.

We also appreciated his being upfront about the cost of his visit had was careful to document the itemized bill. He even carried a book of possible repairs and their cost for transparency. I was able to ask him a lot of questions to see if we can determine what the cause might be for not having enough hot water. We requested someone come over to see why we did not have enough hot water, CJ and Dalton came. Both these men were courteous, friendly, and knew their work! They found the problem and answered all our questions. They were honest. It was determined that a handyman we used to fix a leak four years ago must have accidentally switched the positions of the hot and cold water hoses behind our clothes washer. So, when I washed with what I thought was cold water, hot water was really coming out. Since the men were here,we also asked them to change our water valves to make it easier for us to turn off water in an emergency and they did that. We also showed them what we thought was a leak in the toilet of one of the bathrooms and they fix that too. Their attitude was great.
