I told the person on the phone what I needed and why, I asked if they could be delivered by a certain time. She said absolutely. The flowers arrived an hour and a half before my requested time. I wish that I had the person's name that I spoke to, She was friendly, helpful and a joy to speak with. Use a local florist directly, stay away from the telef... or 1800 versions. I contacted Teleflora and received a discount code for my next order and a partial refund because of this substandard arrangement. I will never buy flowers from this business and will never recommend. If I could give zero stars I would. Look elsewhere if you want quality flowers.

They also always have lots of user-friendly houseplants to choose from. I've had really good luck with the plants I've bought, including some gorgeous orchids.
