Here is what separates her from the rest (in my opinion): -Honesty- when I have asked her opinion she had always been honest in letting me know what will and won't work and how. Additionally, she has always taken her time in explaining everything to me so I have a clear idea of what to expect- result, down time, etc. -Care- she truly cares that her patients look their best. There are doctors who will look at you, do a procedure and are out of the room. Dr, DiGiorgio takes her time to ensure that you are comfortable and that you will truly achieve the best possible result. TL;DR: I spent over $17,500 at Finesse for liposuction that completely failed--and was left with…read moresevere scarring and zero results. I had an unsuccessful liposuction procedure with Dr. Shektman at Finesse. During my initial consultation, their salesperson, Kim, assured me that the procedure would dramatically improve my postpartum body. Based on these claims, I spent more than $17,500--with no positive outcome whatsoever. After the surgery clearly failed (which Kim, Joanna, and Dr. Shektman all acknowledged), they offered me a Morpheus8 treatment, claiming it could correct the skin folding caused by the liposuction. They said they'd "only" charge me an additional $500. I agreed, hoping to improve some of the damage done by lipo. That treatment was performed by their esthetician, Rachel--and it made things significantly worse. Six months later, my abdomen is still covered in severe scarring (see pics). When I sought help, they insisted I come in for a five-minute evaluation by their nurse, Joanna, and esthetician, Rachel--neither of whom has the medical expertise to handle the kind of deep tissue scarring I experienced. Dr. Shektman's only recommendation was hydrocortisone, which is wildly inappropriate for subdermal scarring caused by a failed RF microneedling procedure. The bottom line is: I'm not wasting more time listening to cosmetic "professionals" who are clearly out of their depth and caused the damage in the first place. I've waited nearly a year to write this review, hoping that someone at Finesse--Dr. Shektman, Kim, anyone--would take responsibility and at least offer a partial refund. That never happened. I was misled about what results I could expect, and I now have permanent scarring and an even greater financial and emotional burden. I've since seen two board-certified dermatologists and spent even more money trying to fix the damage done by Dr. Shektman and Rachel. I feel betrayed, taken advantage of, and deeply disappointed. Please--do not trust this place. They'll say whatever they need to say to close the sale, but once you've paid and signed away your rights, you're on your own. The results don't matter to them. Your health and satisfaction don't matter to them. Ironically, I've had substantially better results using Semaglutide (Ozempic), which cost $400--not $17,500--and helped me lose 30 pounds in 5 months. No scarring. No lies. No emotional trauma. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

I remember him going back and forth from one side of the table to the other to really look at the area as he proceeded, he was meticulous. He also was very calming, talking to me as he worked. No one can detect the scar even after I point it out. About a year later, I had Moh's surgery again for a area on my nose. This time I needed a graft (gulp). My review is based on my experience with their aesthetician services, which I would highly recommend. Although I have not personally received cosmetic surgery from any of their eight plastic surgeons, I've heard great things. The aesthetician that I had was Dayna. I especially like the fact that in addition to being an aesthetician, she is also a RN. I went in for two treatments: microdermabrasion and sun spot removal from my face. Prior to the microdermabrasion, I got a great facial that was incredibly relaxing. Dayna was extremely friendly and made me feel right at home with her friendly conversation. The microdermabrasion was very thorough and my skin feels and looks great. Apparently sun spot removal using liquid nitrogen may cause hyperpigmentation in certain individuals, so I ended up only getting a few test patches done, which means that I'll be heading back to The Boston Center soon if I have good results. Though it would have been nice to get both the micro and sun spot removal done in one shot, I'm happy that Dayna is results-oriented and did rush the sun spot removal procedure. Despite being a little pricey, the Boston Center is definitely my new go to for aesthetician services. I'm not sure how the surgeons are, but I would definitely go here for a consult before looking anywhere else since I've heard a lot of great things about the doctors here.

When making the appointment, I didn't feel like I needed to divulge all the reasons why I'm coming to see a doctor to a RECEPTIONIST, so I said I'd like to speak to her about some dermatitis. When I finally had my appointment today, the office assistant was quite adamant that I could only speak to her about the ONE thing I came to speak to her about because they had only allotted enough time for that. So, the doctor just absolutely refused to talk to me about ANYTHING else. It was a serious mind-fuck. Isn't a dermatologist supposed to check your moles or something as part of a routine visit? I felt completely rushed and disrespected - it really ruined my day. And the worst part is that they were so nice and pleasant about the whole thing. I get it. Doctors get paid for procedures they do, not to listen to you complain about how you don't like your complexion. This one will probably be more interested in me when I'm 40 and wanting Botox or skin resurfacing or whatever the fck the bored housewives of Arlington get for their bdays. Luckily, my expectations were feasible, and after a thorough chat about my skin and what over the counter products I could use to keep me looking younger longer (which, although admittedly rather expensive, have been working like a charm!), I was ushered out to schedule the actual appointment for my procedure. The ensuing appointment was just as great as the consult. I am sure I looked slightly nutty in protective eyewear (lasers are bright!), a medical gown, and a hair cap. Yet somehow, Dr Hirsch put me at ease. She even gave me a stuffed animal to hold on to during the procedure. The day after the procedure I was surprised by how red the treated areas looked. It was a little scary! I called the office and the office manager took my information. Soon after, Dr. Hirsch rang my phone and walked me through my concerns. The redness was normal, but she was never condescending, and she even called me each day for 2 days thereafter, just to make sure I was doing well! And the results of the procedure?.... SO GREAT!! I will definitely consult Dr. Hirsch for all of my dermatology and cosmetic concerns in the future.
