Made me uncomfortable and kept trying to sell me other procedures and I had to repeat myself maybe 5 times explaining all I wanted was Botox, but she just wasn't getting it and I was getting really frustrated. When I was checking out they told me I needed to schedule a three week follow up. I told them that was unnecessary, I would call with any concerns. They were pushy and wouldn't let me leave until I scheduled. When I kept insisting I didn't want the appointment the owner even made a snarky remark "have you even ever had Botox?"..... They ended up making the appointment and I canceled over text.... They then immediately asked me when I wanted to come back for my Botox. Never said I wanted to..... 24 hours before my canceled apt I got a text telling me to confirm and saying I would be charged if I didn't show up.... Thought I had cancelled? I've never had any trouble contacting any medical office, nor receiving records, and I've never been inclined to write a Yelp review for an organization. Also, I recently left the Boston area, so I could not go in person. Why I hate this office: Poor communication services 1. 1/17 chance of a call going through (I know this because I called 17 times...). And the line doesn't even go to an answering machine, the line will just beep incessantly then hang up. All calls were made during working hours. 2. No email, only use fax machines... 3. When finally reached by phone, rude and not knowledgeable. You can tell they don't care about your time or their job. 4. When I called last week, they said they would mail my records, but never did. 5. When I called again this week to confirm if they had mailed it because I hadn't received anything, they didn't know what I was talking about. I asked them to double check, mail it if they hadn't, and let me know once they did. I confirmed my email and phone number with them so they could reach me. They never called me back to let me know. 6. Tried to call the next day to once again confirm, return to point 1 about a 1/17 chance in getting through. Out of frustration, I told my roommate I had called them so many times with no success, and when she successfully got through their line, they lied to my roommate about trying to reach me "all day" (I had no missed calls or voicemails from them). 7. Tried to be polite on the phone, even apologized for the possibility of sounding frustrated, receptionist was still rude. 8. Because I moved, I had to change pharmacies as well. Again, extremely rude about asking where to change the pharmacy to. Were incredibly impatient when I was trying to figure out which pharmacy was best. In terms of dermatology, it's ok. Overall: Rude and impatient staff, no reliable communication services, outdated methods, dishonest.

She was professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable. I asked for a full body skin cancer screening and had her examine a few spots/growths. She suggested snipping one skin tag and freezing the other area (cryotherapy). Quick and easy. She suggested I return annually for skin cancer screening. I made my appt for next year- it had been years since my last skin screening. It never seems to be included in my annual physical. Office was clean, well organized and well-staffed. Very efficient. They do bill insurance for medical Derm.

But also, they denied me a reschedule and I lost the money I've put in with Groupon ($130 if you must know). They do have a way to ruin your day for sure.
