Being charged €50 for a repeat prescription is disgraceful. Just ringing and even asking for a repeat prescription, I felt it was too much hassle for them. 3 times I have had to say what exactly I needed. Useless is not the word, dont waste your time with these find a better doctor who cares about your health and not just your money.

They provide a good variety of services including general medicine, bloods, pregnancy follow-ups and children health. Dr. McCusker is very empathetic and has followed mine and my family's health with interest and professionalism all this time. Lisa, the pediatric nurse is great with my baby and has given us good advice in how to deal with my son's ailments. Although is a quite busy surgery, Emma in reception has always sort ourselves out with an appointment,when needed. Prices are also very reasonable.

He jsut asked me if alians are controlling my mind, if the TV is talking to me and if I have thoughts of killing people, then he increased my anitdpresants and sent me on my way. Thats not what I went there for. Waste my time and cost me a day off work for nothing

No communication around delays or what to expect. Nurse couldn't find a vein in 3 places. I'm black and blue. When she did find one she lost it and then explained she didn't know if she had finally found one. The surgeon would know when they tried to sedate me. 5 hours after arriving I got to theatre. No apologies nothing and a mouth piece put in. I'm fasting no food or water and sedative is administered. Felt nothing and tried to let the surgeon know but the nurse pushed my head down told me not to move or try speaking.... In recovery and removed everything myself bar the cannula. No one came near me. They almost forgot to take bloods again before I left. Private hospital????

I've always attended with Dr.Tony Feeney or Dr.Mary Walsh. Both have retired within the past 2-3…read moreyears and I have tried a few of the doctors in the surgery since. It has taken some time, but they seem to have settled with a really good base of doctors now. I believe you need to be registered with the surgery prior to being able to see one of the doctors, so that is something to note, if you have moved into the area. I know a few years ago, they were not taking new patients but this may now have changed. There is a free hearing test clinic on-site, a pharmacy next-door and a dedicated nurse. There is also plenty of parking at the surgery or right across the road in the Tesco car-park. It means the visit to the doctors is hassle free. It is €55 for a standard appointment, which I do know is dearer than some other places.
