This clinic came well recommended by some of my friends. Yes, the center is new, welcoming. Doctors…read moreare sweet and refer you to the consultants with no issues. I love doctor Rogers, she is like the sweetest and the softest doctor ever, she really makes me feel that she cares. I kinda feel like coming back there just for her. But the fact that they don't send the blood test results over email, and you have to come pick them up in person, is like SO OLDSCHOOL. More than that, at first they refused to give me my results unless I have another appointment with the doctor. Then they changed their mind and I got my results, but the impression of the clinic was ruined already. So, I give three stars for that.

I had a very bad experience here. It was not only the inconvenience of three visits instead of one,…read morethe charge for each visit also reflected this. But the staff remained adamant that I was knowingly giving incorrect information and as a result were quite rude. I was given the incorrect prescription, which I informed them back over the phone. I was then told that I only required an appointment with a nurse for this to be corrected. On arrival I was told that this was incorrect and had to pay for a second time. Again receiving the wrong prescription, and relaying this over the phone. I was told that this time, I only needed to collect the prescription, that they would call when this was ready. A call was never received. When I called again I was told that I had to come in, and on the third appointment having been told that they should not have given me the wrong prescription for the second time. I arrived, had to pay for an additional consultation fee. The woman working at reception told me that I was wrong, and that I could not have been given the wrong prescription twice. She would not let me pay the correct fee and charged me double. She was frankly quite rude and is the main reason that I will not be returning to this practice.

I have to say I never thought I'd be writing a five star review for a doctor! They are usually so…read moreuninterested and keen to write out scripts, that I never feel like I've done some good spending with my 50 - 70 yoyos. Went here for the first time earlier, and was greeted with the friendliest GP I've ever come across. She sat down beside me and just listened, then chatted with me as if she were a friend, offered solid advice and many options to suit me, and was even eager to save me money on a few things. Besides this, when I arrived in the centre, I had to wait a max of 3-4 minutes before being seen. The place is smack bang in the middle of Smithfield, so really easy access-wise, and it's pretty brand new, so nice and bright, airy and clean looking. Overall, my visit gave me full confidence in their abilities, something I'd very rarely say about any visit to a GP centre!

I am nervous as you can imagine. Nobody likes to have a needle stuck in them. Well, me neither. But everybody is very kind and comforting. Never had this before in any medical centre I visited. 1* For the reception : as I come in, I announce myself to the girl at reception. She is friendly and that's reassuring. 1* For the place : it is modern and clean. Also, on a chilly day like today a little hea Let's get this done and I will review after how it went.

You walk home full of laughs when suddenly you pause and turn to each other and say: "Is that a naked man running?" And viola you are lying on the ground and when I came to my friend was passed out with a bloody mouth on the street. Thankfully some good Samaritans took control of the situation. The ambulance man was fantastic and so where the nurses and doctors as they got a great kick out of the fact that a naked man ran us over. The receptionist was awful, extremely rude, unpleasant woman that got an attitude with my dazed friend because she had the temerity to spell her last name for her: "I can spell you know!" Of course I lost it with her and told her to learn some manners. A fascinating insight into the Irish psyche as the place was populated with mainly drink related incidents. Something very socially vacant about that. I wonder will Diageo pick up the bill? My friend is grand yet my ass has a huge bruise on it which makes sitting rather annoying. Beware of a naked lunatic running the streets of Dublin who has a tiny package. Complete eejit.

Myself and other People needing urgent care left sitting there for hours on end falling asleep on the seats. Junkies using drugs in the toilets you could get the horrible smell of it in the waiting room. Came in suicidal etc they gave me prescription for useless depressant tablets and told me to get on with it, refused to diagnose anything, Sadly I won't come back here the level care for suicidality and obvious mental health issues is incompetent and useless. The staff can see people sooner there often sitting in the office doing nothing anyways. The mental health services in this country are so bad, been in hospitals all over dublin and even discharged either given a prescription or or help lines sheet and thats it thanks to fine fall and finnana gael ruining the country, All in all very disappointing, clearly government is at fault. Won't set foot in here again the wait times are terrible.
