Both myself and members of my family have been to the clinic several times in the last few weeks and each one's experiences have been similar.
Waiting times are incredibly long. On average per visit, at least 40 minutes without apology and explanation from reception staff. Indeed, as I write this, my wife has been waiting over an hour, and when she questioning the reception staff as to the nature of the delay, no explanation was proffered, and the response given was "You are next".
What is the point in having an appointment system if it does not, and never seems to work?
Reception staff are quite curt and abrupt in their responses to customers, and I wonder if the Doctors are aware of the image that they portray for the practice?
I think it's time Management take the reception staff aside and formulate a better system that encourages and empathises with the needs of the customer, that reason for the practice.
Given the numerous similar reviews of this practice, I am frankly amazed that Management appear to be ignoring the poor administration staff that represent the front line in this office. read more
