Writing an update to make an addition: I was cleaning out some old medication, checking dates and the like. Most of the time, the meds prescribed by Doctors Park do not have any sort of expiration date on them, which is its own issue. But I came across an old script for ear infections made out to my cat. On the box? It states in bold letters it is for DOGS ONLY. Explains why it never worked. FFS, so glad to be away from these people. Original Review: My family has been using this vet since before I was born. Naturally, I remained a customer with all of my own pets and have been for the past 15 years. The pandemic has completely changed this place. You can never reach them by phone - heaven forbid you have something urgent going on! Getting in for an appointment can be MONTHS out now. Half the new staff they've gotten have no idea what they're doing and are useless to talk to. They can't even take proper notes to pass the vets or techs. My biggest issue is that they hurt my dog. They were the ones that diagnosed him with epilepsy and he is currently considered "uncontrolled" with his meds. They even sent us to a neurologist in Akron to get more help. Despite knowing this full well, when I called in to ask what they recommended for excessive gas due to his new meds, I was given an antibiotic script. Within 24 hrs, his gas smelled like garbage or skunk spray. Within 48 hrs, he was having diarrhea. Within 72 hrs, he had a seizure. I checked the meds out. They have a known side effect of seizures (and multiple stomach issues). THEY GAVE A SEIZURE PATIENT MEDS THAT CAN CAUSE SEIZURES! Multiple vets I spoke to about this after the fact were floored and agreed it never should have been prescribed. This is completely unacceptable to me, and is really the last straw. I already questioned their handling of my late dog, who I watched turn to literal skin and bones before my eyes (which was *after* they made him a diabetic by over-prescribing steroids), and finally had to be put down. But, this? This is negligence, plain and simple. I'm not going to let them kill another of my dogs. read more

If I could leave no stars, I would. About a month ago, our elderly dog (which has been seen between this location and South Mill for about 5 years) stopped eating. Dr. Nobel gave us a couple medications and to pick up some specialty food from them, try it and call back in two days with an update to see what we should do. I picked everything up, got home and half the food was for cats... the meds made everything worse. We called, as instructed and left message (since no one answered the phone during business hours) that things were worse. Four days later we got a call back, which is annoying enough but upsetting when two days earlier we had to rush our girl to an emergency Animal Hospital to be put down. No card, no condolences. Today I bring our kitten in due to diarrhea... an hour and 25 minutes later for an x ray and blood work that they send out and find out they don't even have the basic cat antibiotic at either of their locations to give her. And all this for the low, low price of $520. Worthless. We could have taken her to a skilled Animal Hospital for less and she would have left with the medicine she needed to get better. The worst part is feeling like they do not care about our animals. I mean, I've received better service at McDonalds. Nicole R. These people are angels! We had to put our beloved sheltie, Buffy to sleep and didn't know where to take her. The only place we could find open was here and they were amazing. Such a caring and friendly staff who put us completely at ease and helped end her suffering. They also put her ashes in a beautiful carved box and made sure we were able to spend her final moments with her. We will be taking all of our pets here for everything from now on. These people ABSOLUTELY DO care. Their actions more than show that. read more

Waited over 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment time after they told us to come early twice once before the virus and once during both were super late and unprofessional. The doctor talked more about her personal life than my dogs conditions. When I asked to just pick up the medications and pay because my dog needs heart worm medication they don't answer or reply. I'm transferring my dog to get actual help. These people do not care. Their actions prove that. read more

We are fostering to adopt a Chihuahua through a rescue that uses this facility. While having him we realized her needed surgery for legg calves perthes which is where the top of the femoral bone doesn't sit into the hip joint correctly causes bone on bone grinding and pain. So we had the surgery done brought him home and did everything they told us to do for recovery. 2 weeks later he still wasn't using his leg. So Dr. Cameron said keep doing range of motion, swimming and keep him on pain meds. We did it all. Took him back a month later still wasn't walking on it. And he said "you can't baby him, you have to do the range of motion, make him swim, and walk," then there was talk of possible amputation or leaving it dangle there. So of course by this time I want a second from the vet I take my other dogs too but we still wait it out. He is still not using the leg seems to still be in pain. Fast forward ANOTHER month we bring him in and Dr. Cameron says idk I am stumped and pretty much leaves it at that. So now I speak to the rescue about allowing me to get another opinion (all at my own cost of course) so I take him to my vet and they do 3 sets of x-rays. (come to find out Dr Cameron only did 1 view after surgery) well on the other view you can see plain as day a piece of bone that HE MISSED during surgery. That if he would have just taken one more x-rays would have been caught and my dog wouldn't have had to go through all this pain. Not to mention finding out when he was speaking to the rescue he was blaming me accusing me of not doing follow up care! I would never ever go to the place for anything, if they mess up a surgery what else are they doing wrong? Stay far far away! read more
