Refused to take on a new client because for three years they have been searching for a new vet to help out in the practice. Didn't event make an effort to try to explain or justify why for three years they haven't been taking on new clients, just keep saying "I am sorry you feel that way". To then further talk about how the vet industry is completely overwhelmed and drowning in business since the pandemic (every industry is overwhelmed and drowning) and that their 78 year old vet needs to retire. Good for him, he should retire and enjoy his later years but to so rudely turn away business, it is an utter disappointment. 10/10 would NOT recommend, Nancy the practice manager.
