Refused to take on a new client because for three years they have been searching for a new vet to help out in the practice. Didn't event make an effort to try to explain or justify why for three years they haven't been taking on new clients, just keep saying "I am sorry you feel that way". To then further talk about how the vet industry is completely overwhelmed and drowning in business since the pandemic (every industry is overwhelmed and drowning) and that their 78 year old vet needs to retire. Good for him, he should retire and enjoy his later years but to so rudely turn away business, it is an utter disappointment. 10/10 would NOT recommend, Nancy the practice manager. Good luck finding a new vet with your attitude.

Both the tech and doctor were absolutely amazing with my dog. You could tell they truly loved dogs and their jobs. I was given all the options and not pressured into anything. I chose to do the testing just to be certain. Thankfully, there was nothing major wrong with my dog and we were prescribed some meds to support him while he got better. It seemed to be the best experience you could have when having to take your pet in for an emergency. Hopefully, I don't ever have an another emergency, but I am relieved to know I have a nice place close by to take him if I have to. Dr. Braun was amazing. She was genuine, patient, friendly, and it was obvious being a vet was her true calling! She gave me her thoughts and told me my options but didn't pressure me into anything. I felt confident that I could trust her opinion. The tech we started with was also super friendly and caring! I wish I could remember her name. She attentively listened to me rattle off everything I could think of and was awesome with Finn. I was happy with absolutely everyone we interacted with from start to finish. Everyone was GENUINELY friendly.

We tried another holistic vet, but they were waaaaaaay on the side of holistic care and we were hoping to find someone trained in both traditional medicine and holistic medicine. I figured it would hurt to try Dr. Doug as he seemed like the perfect fit for what we wanted and is also well respected in the community. Everyone we interacted with, from the ladies on the phone to make the appointment to the staff the day off and Dr. Doug were all exceptionally kind. I arrived and was greeted warmly. We were taken to a room and the tech was awesome. Dr. Doug was everything I hoped he would be. The entire place is clean and kind of serene which I'm not used to, but was so thankful to find. Most notably, for whatever reason, my dog was the calmest and most relaxed that she's ever been while getting medical care. It was just such a great experience for both of us. Dr. Doug spent almost an hour and a half doing a very thorough deep dive in her history and made some recommendations that I'm excited to try. While it's too far to be our regular vet, we will absolutely continue working with Dr. Doug and hopefully his unique perspective will help us better manage our dogs health and diagnosis.
