Check in at the tablet is easy and quick. My son is happy to go back with his therapists. He has seen a few different therapists already, as our schedule has recently changed with school starting. He has seen Erin for his OT evaluation, Lena, and Charlotte. He is not afraid to go back there and play, and he's not one to trust just anybody, so that's huge! All of the staff here is helpful and kind, very sweet and patient with my son. I'm very grateful to be able to bring my son here and for him to be able to receive care here. All done through text making it super convenient. Got lost getting here tho. Tip: across the street from Carolina Place Mall. Takes about 30 min for paperwork so getting there early helps, which I did not because I got lost but at least I arrived on time. After my paperwork was complete I met with Chris, Casemanager. Chris was awesome! Very friendly, professional and instantly put me at ease. His job was to gather info about what I was looking for, clarify expectations and answer questions. I have had nothing but excellent service. My therapist (Toni) is awesome! My doctor agrees as well, says that I am doing very well and ahead in my therapy. Melissa (front desk) welcomes you with a smile and is always helpful. I look forward to my therapy and encourage others to check this place out. They do need to update pictures as many of these therapists are no longer at this facility.
