Everyone is always laughing, chatting, and no one is made to feel like a stranger. My BFF is Madison at the front desk though. She cracks me up and is so personable and easy to talk to. Coming to business, they are also very professional. Steve goes the extra length to make sure you understand what's going on with your injury/muscles or whatever he is working on. Muscle RX could not provide that and they suggested I go to a physician provider to get one which means I have to pay more money just to fill out insurance forms. Not a good business model. To add an update.....my disgruntled attitude is not with the treatment but with the inability to have my insurance cover the cost. I feel the treatment can help if you can afford the out of pocket costs.

This office fails to tell you that you will be…read morebilled as an outpatient hospital visit simply because this facility is attached to the hospital. If you go to another facility (not the hospital) and receive the same therapy, you are billed at a lower rate. I was given a form that listed my insurance benefits (which states they verified my insurance) and they wrote I would be paying for my co-pay (not unmet deductible) for each visit. However, I later received the bill which stated I was being billed at the outpatient hospital rate instead of my co-pay, which is nearly three times what my co-pay is. I called and asked to speak with the manager but had to leave a message. It's been at least three weeks and she has not returned my phone call. Additionally, in reading the codes for the "therapy" I received, it appears they "stack" the medical codes for billing purposes. I called the complaint department and spoke with someone who is supposed to be a "patient advocate." But all he could do is regurgitate a boiler plate response. I am still attempting to speak with someone who can discuss these issues without sounding like a parrot.

I want to say thanks to Logan, Michelle, Olivia, Megan, Katie, and Alyssa that answer the phone. My child does have challenging days, but the team there actually adore my son and work with the parents as well. Nothing is pressured Nothing is discriminated.
