Muscle RX could not provide that and they suggested I go to a physician provider to get one which means I have to pay more money just to fill out insurance forms. Not a good business model. To add an update.....my disgruntled attitude is not with the treatment but with the inability to have my insurance cover the cost. I feel the treatment can help if you can afford the out of pocket costs.

I strongly recommend this Chiropractic office.

I moved to Charlotte, from NY, and wanted to find a Gonstead Chiro as I had in the city. I…read morethankfully stumbled across Chiropractic Fitness, and unlike my NY chiro they take insurance! They even allowed me to send my X-rays from 3 months prior in NY. During my first appointment, we discussed my X-rays and Dr. Schulman did more exams along with using the traditional Gonstead device which detects inflammation and nerve irritation. He told me what he recommended for my treatment frequency, and how he planned on correcting my neck and upper back. I was super pleased to hear that he actually wanted to correct my spine, I thought I'd always have to go regularly to a chiro for neck and back pain management. My NY chiro, made me feel like there was no way to correct my spine, just to improve it enough for pain relief! It's now been 3 months on a program, so he just did checkin Xrays, and my neck and back have improved! He has communicated to me from the beginning that the goal is to fix my spine so if I follow the program and do the at-home exercises he taught me, I will not need to be on a program forever. Also, the staff at his office are as lovely as he is! I highly recommend Chiropractic Fitness, in fact, I've already referred a friend who referred another friend and we are all very happy with our progress!

All I got was a shot in my knee and a day later the pain was back. I found Ms. Gillespie while asking for a referral from my doctor. She has been a God send. She is honest about all your issues and what could help. She doesn't sell you on treatments that do nothing. She is a professional and sees your potential. I go back when I tweak my knee or have a specific issue. I can go years in between visits because she fixed the problem I was having. Occasionally when I think I know better or don't do the stretching that I need to do, I go back. She fits me in and I get a treatment and I'm better. I like to think of it as a tune up. Lol. Her specialty for me is dry needling. This treatment has opened doors for me and I thank Ms. Gillespie for training in this field of PT and providing that service. I recommend her with no reservations.

I needed L4-5 PT, but wanted aquatic PT (94 to 96 degree warm water pool designed specifically for…read morePT). From prior experience with back and knee PT, it is SOOO much easier to do PT in water than on land, particularly if you are at all overweight. Aquatic PT relaxes muscles with easier stretching, and greatly decreases the aggravation of gravity so you can really hone in on the particular muscles you need to address. I shopped four area water PT sites and asked to speak to the head PT for aquatic therapy; that separated the wheat from the chaff very quickly. Tip: If they don't return your call or if they can't be specific about pros/cons of water vs land, look elsewhere. This site is a 35 min drive from my home, but after several sessions, I can tell you it's the best for water PT that I've experienced in three states. The combo of Rebecca Stubbs, DPT and Shaughnessy Postell, PTA was excellent. Shaughnessy is a masters-level swimmer who loves the water. That added a great new level to aquatic PT, as she could easily invent ways to get to my problem areas--much more so than someone not completely comfortable in the water. That makes her A+ creative and highly effective. In addition, Compleat also offers a great 'graduate' wellness program after you finish PT: inexpensive continued access with therapists still available for questions (just not the constant supervision of a PT session). This is a terrific place--highly recommend.

My name is Ana, I started working with Dr. Chris back in September 2024. I was hopeless and by that…read moretime, i tried every gadget under the sun and consulted every specialist you can think of and i was still in constant pain. My shoulders, neck & upper back were in constant pain and tension. I was never diagnosed by a doctor, and all my test came back normal and within range, so at this point i had tried it all and nothing worked. I have been working from home 2019, long 8-10hr days in front of the computer, so by the end of the day my neck, shoulders and back were a complete mess. I am also a fitness instructor/coach, and had to change to only coaching because the constant pain made it impossible to do more and at this point i had quit that job to focus on the new me. I went from being a very active person and moving all day, to laying on a tri-fold bed in my living room, taking breaks from my full time job, and feeling like this was going to be my life for the rest of my days. When i found Dr. Chris in social media i said to myself, this is it, this is the answer to my prayers and i jumped in to his program hoping this was my miracle. I started the program right away, yes it was not easy, Dr. Chris took me out of my comfort zone on DAY 1, and every day after until that became my new normal, my new way to become a better me. Some days were good, some not so good but i learned to listen to my body and embrace the muscle ache i was feeling from the routines he was giving me. My body was not used moving that way anymore, I went from laying on my bed all day to moving, walking and stretching through out the day. He was always checking up on me and checking in to make sure I was progressing and not going back to my old self. After 12 weeks of working on my new self and creating new and better habits, i am able to say that finding Dr. Chris was sent to me from God!!! I wont lie, i still have my not so good days, but this program taught me how to overcome those days, how to manage my stress, how to say NO to things that would hurt me and to love my body just the way it is and to listen to it closely. Today, i wake up and I have a routine!!!! I take care of myself FIRST, my health comes first and i know that if i need it, I can call Dr. Chris for support, and lets be real, we all need a little push when things start to go south. Dr. Chris is not just some one that taught me how to overcome my fear to feel pain through movement, he saved me. I was in a very dark place and he showed me that with his help and GOD i could get better for me and for my family. If you are tired of living in constant pain and dont know where else to go from here, connect with Dr. Chris, even if its just to be curious, I can assure you he will change your life. Thank you Dr. Chris Ana B.
