He got very offended when I (as an attorney that deals with contract interpretation every day) insisted that one part of the contract he requires patients to sign annually had an unreasonable clause that harmed patients. Instead of handling this issue professionally, Leon got heated, told me I was wrong and didn't know what I was talking about (despite his lack of legal background) and also started lecturing me in an extremely condescending way. As a woman, I felt extremely uncomfortable with his tone and suspected he was insecure that a professional women was correcting him, and in response he lashed out. In short, I would avoid working with Leon. He's great until he feels insecure then talks down to his patients and doesn't take critique well.

Recently underwent Foraminotomy of right C5-C6 area (08/19/26) with one of the Neurosurgeon's from the practice, Dr. Branch & his colleague Dr. Frye. And am doing so much better. I highly recommend!

Medicare will pay IF a medical issue NEEDS attention ! Since the buy out of this company they have really got money hungry and very slack on the CARE !!!! Incidentally, Lyrica was prescribed because of neuropathy in my feet. He listened to my chest and complained about his previous Employer Novant Health, no standard questions, no foot examination. it was hard to decide to leave this practice after over 20 years, because doctor Larsens assistant, Aja, was equally as competent as Dr. Larsen. The medical assistants are sweet AND my prior auths have went through smoothly. Rx have always been submitted in a timely manner. They even mailed me lab results! Not sure what much you could ask for in a doctor's office! I love it here and recommend 10/10. The previous reviews below seem to be more of a bedside manner "issue", BUT I CHOOSE EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY when it comes to my care any day!!!
