First off, this company is NOT locally owned. It's owned by a private equity group…read more https://www.wrenchgroup.com Do not trust this company. They were called for a pipe leak, claimed the leak wasn't there, claimed that replacing the washer box would be too difficult/costly because it would involve cutting drywall (the valve is threaded so they wouldn't have had to cut anything), left without notifying me and sold my landlord a "protection plan". The leak continued. The next month they were called out for a plugged condensate drain line (which was already confirmed before they were called). In my opinion they drastically overcharged my landlord. He stated that they were increasing the cost of the "protection plan" which is somewhere around a month after it was purchased. Trust the reviews. This company is dishonest in my opinion and apparently other reviewers have had the same experience.

Saturday a plumber came to the house and repaired the commode and the floor flange was ok. Thanks to Josh my Dad has his bathroom back and didn't have to tear up the floor. Luckily I got involved from another state to get the issue resolved. Would not recommend or use this company again.
