After 3 hours the plumber stated the flange was bad and floor would have to busted up to replace. They told my Dad he couldn't fix it today they would send someone out on Monday. I called the office and told them this was unacceptable to leave a man in this condition without a commode for 2 to 3 days. Saturday a plumber came to the house and repaired the commode and the floor flange was ok. Thanks to Josh my Dad has his bathroom back and didn't have to tear up the floor. Luckily I got involved from another state to get the issue resolved. Would not recommend or use this company again.

No matter what we call him about, he is knowledgeable, dependable, and always willing to help us find the best solution. Fred is reliable, fair, honest, and communicates well. Most importantly, he is someone we genuinely trust to do the right thing and never take advantage of a situation. It is becoming harder and harder to find someone who shows up when they say they will, does great work, and still provides excellent customer service. We truly appreciate everything Fred has done for us over the years and highly recommend him for plumbing, handyman work, and home repairs.

My first choice: Fred's 35 years of experience, " the nicest guy you could work with" review of just 8 days ago, and consistent praise for his just/ fair pricing. He text messaged me immediately. Yelp has ALWAYS come out great - - esp if you very slowly and carefully study all comments for all resources. Fred came today, Saturday as promised late Thursday when he answered my inquiry, I have had 4 OLD multi bathroom homes in 4 states, so I KNOW when I find not only an experienced knowledgeable honest plumber but also a very very fine decent good human being to work with. It took Fred awhile to tackle our tough project and the conclusion was we had a seriously dead toilet. He helped me find a top quality Kohler on sale at Home Depot and gave us a good price to install the new toilet, tear out the sink's extended narrow counter above the old toilet/ replace the vanity ( new counter) repair paint wall where the extended narrow counter formerly was attached to the wall. We scheduled his return and I look forward TO MANY YEARS working with such a hard working honest decent person!

My first experience working with the owner of Good Samaritan Plumbing was a positive one. I even…read morereferred several people to him. Since then, he had one of his very abrasive and verbally abusive employees come to our home to work on our plumbing issues. This person was very abrupt and rude to us on a previous occasion, and we had asked the owner to not send this person out to us in the future. Unfortunately, the rude abusive plumber was sent out to us once again. This time he started screaming and yelling at both my husband and myself, because we were not interested in having him fix the toilet, but replace it with the new one that we had purchased. The rude plumber almost immediately became angry and started yelling at my husband and I because we did not want to have him clean and repair the toilet as HE wanted. We hired him to replace the toilet and put in a new disposal. Since he became very aggressive and verbally abusive almost immediately, we asked him to leave. He would not leave our home, so I told him that if he did not leave, I would call the police. He then proceeded to sit out in his vehicle in front of our home, for approximately 15 minutes. My husband called the owner and told him what was going on. In the interim, I called the office and also let them know the situation. The person I spoke to, told me that this man has had several complaints and said that he would most likely be let go.The owner called me later on and apologized, but he also said that the story that the abusive plumber told him, was different than the facts I had relayed to him. He also said that he's known this man for a long time, considered him a friend, and that he was not looking forward to the difficult conversation he was going to have to have with him. I told the owner, Dave, that this is not a "he said she said" scenario, and I thought it best that we find a different plumbing company for our needs. The owner apologized again, and said that he would call us in a couple of days and set up a time for him personally to come out and perform the job that we initially hired them to do. We heard NOTHING from Dave, the owner, after that. Sadly, under the circumstances, I do not recommend this plumbing company due to their lack of professional conduct and outlandishly rude behavior of the employee they sent to our home twice now.
