If you like to wait to be seen, then this is the place for you! Had a 315pm appointment didn't get seen till 4:40pm. Clearly are short staffed which may or may not be their problem. If you really need help quick then this isn't the place to go. read more

Walked in at 9:45 am and the place was filthy. Garbage on the floor behind the reception desk and in the patient room. Ripped up furniture, scuffed walls and overall drab environment. Staff member walked behind reception and kept coughing. Had to wait an hour to be seen. The PA was the only good part of the experience and that's why 2 stars. Otherwise none. read more

Docs was the absolute worst walk-in experience I've ever had. I made an appointment and was seen for the initial assessment within 20 minutes. I was told the woman was going to talk to the doctor and would be right back. After 40 minutes of sitting in the exam room I went to the front desk to ask if the wait would be much longer. It was only then I was told this was a virtual visit and they couldn't get in touch with a doctor. I waited another 20 minutes and told the employee I had to leave. I was offered another appointment in the morning because I "really should be looked at" . (I will NEVER go to the clinic again. The next day I went to a different local walk-in and was seen, treated and left within 12 minutes.) There were no other patients at Docs at the time so being busy was not an issue nor a good excuse for the dirty Kleenex sitting on a table in the waiting area. As all other complaints about Docs on Yelp I am expecting a response from the clinic of "thank you for letting us know how we can improve." Employing an available doctor for patient care should not be an option. If you're looking for medical treatment do not bother with this facility. There is nothing urgent about their urgent care. Easily the worst urgent care in the state. Extremely rude. They advertise being open til 8 yet upon arrival they let me know "we don't see people after 5". Then advertise different hours so I don't waste my time trying to get medical care at your facility. read more

Everyone that works there are good for nothing. Those girls need to go. They take their sweet time to take you in while everyone hangs out at the front desk. The only one who has been helpful was the new older lady. Everyone else is just there milking the clock. Wasting everyone's time. Theirs no courtesy to the patient's. I seen the doctors get annoyed by them as well. I've seen more than I had to. Doctors don't even last there. Always new faces. Don't waste you time here. Go to a private office instead. read more

Do not go here. I was instructed to wait in the car for my appointment. After 20 minutes, I went in the office on my own where they relayed, the message to wait was inaccurate. While I was waiting an additional 30 minutes to be seen, a family of three were all confirmed covid positive... the only way to receive your results is to return 30 minutes later. Finally when I was called in to be tested, I said to the staff that this method of delivering results seemed irresponsible and over exposes everyone. They were very insulted and told me they wouldn't test me. I'm only leaving this review in hopes they change their procedures for the protection of not only themselves but all people who go there. read more

Every phone number for the danbury office leads to a dead end. No response even the texting doesn't respond. I know they are busy so I understand it may take some time to get through but this location has abandoned there phone lines. They need to hire someone to answer phones. I finally got through to a live person . She said Danbury lines are busy can't help you bye and hung up on me. How unprofessional. It seems with all the covid testing there so busy making money taking tests nothing else matters like common decency. read more

This place is terrible. I attempted to have my daughter seen because she had pink eye. I walked in the door at 5:20pm, they are open until 6pm. They shared that they have not had a provider all day and they have been doing virtual visits only. I tried to schedule a virtual visit and they shared that their last visit was at 5:20pm. read more

Great visit. Staff was very friendly, the place was clean and they were very efficient in the way they processed my and my wife's COVID test procedure. We waited in the car until called and then went in for a quick test and was out within 10 minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to any of my friends. Terrible customer service. I tried to be prepared and the staff was unhelpful. The reason for not doing a pCR was due to a national shortage. But any third party can write to get a pCR. Put in a few phone calls ahead of time and no call back. Made appointment Saturday for Monday. Still ran 25 minutes late. read more

After waiting in line for over a hour ( with an appointment for covid 19 testing ) , the MA came outside and said since she was the only person working per management they are closing for the day ( this was at 11:22 am ). Appointments that were made and confirmed would not be honored and everyone was told to leave " now " and make another appointment. This was extremely disheartening during a pandemic , the person whom I was there with who was trying to obtain a test & had to then wait another full day to get one. We made an appt at the Stony Hill location where they were apologetic for the actions made by the Danbury location , extremely professional and pleasant. I sincerely feel for the medical workers during this time, however how do you come outside and tell people appointments will not be honored and to leave with a rude tone at that. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Waited OVER an hour and a half to be told by the nurses there that my insurance wasn't accepted meanwhile their website said All insurance accepted. They were incredibly rude and short tempered and said oh well to me when I tried to pay another way so i just left. Never been treated so poorly by anyone let alone healthcare workers. I wasn't even the patient but from what I witnessed the two receptionists were rude like they didn't wanna even be there, well I'm sorry you are in the wrong profession then if you get aggravated with people when they ask you a question you might want to rethink your career path also the person that I brought there made an appointment the night before for 9 o'clock in the morning we get there 8:50am and they tell him that it doesn't matter if he made an appointment or not he is walk-in now that wouldn't be so bad if we didn't wait three hours and then they decide to lock the doors at 12 to go on lunch and tell him he has to come back at one and then when he gets there after one still has to wait for a five minute Covid test I will never recommend this place to go to to anyone by far the worst service I've witnessed in a very long time read more

I had a Covid PCR test done this past Thursday. Im have an important meeting Monday and must have a negative PCR Covid test before attending. I picked Docs because they advertise results in 24 to 48 hours. Its been 3 days now and no results. To make matters worse I called and was told we cant help you we'll send you notice when we know and the person hung up. Try another test site. Terrible read more

My experience at the Stratford branch was one of the worst that I've ever had. The large sign on the door reads "30 minute wait time or less" yet I waited over 30 minutes to be called in to see someone. When I was finally brought in, the only thing that they were able to tell me was that I should drink more "honey and tea." I was returning to college in a different state the next day and I informed them this as I was leaving, and when my results came back from the hospital the next week they refused to tell me them over the phone and insisted that I come in to go over them. Eventually, they let a family member of mine pick them up but did not tell her what the results meant. I called back the next day and the receptionist told me that I should call back on Friday- 2 whole days away! I refused and insisted to speak to someone and found out that I had a staph infection, which quickly spread to my ears resulting in a double ear infection because it had been untreated for a week. Not only were the doctors not going to even tell me that I was sick, but they wanted me to wait even longer for no reason. Because of this experience, I was incredibly sick for over 2 weeks and am just starting to get over it. Will never be returning to this urgent care. read more

I had an ok appointment 3 week go, and thought I could bring my daughter back for her annual medical last week. We were there 5.10pm and were told we have to come before 5pm to get a medical done. Fair enough, we went home again.. Today we came back today shortly after 4pm and were told we have to be there before 4pm to get an annual medical completed. I told them what had happened last week, and after 20min of thinking they allowed us to stay. They took my daughter's vital signs, then came in with her insurance card to say it is only valid for prescriptions. I rang the insurance company who confirmed her insurance is valid for visits too. I went back to the nurses to say so (I think they mistook the word "subscription" on the card said "prescription"). Another hour of waiting and they came to say her insurance is not valid in CT. Strange as I have the same insurance and visited them 3weeks ago. At that time my patience went, we left and I vow hereby never to go back!!! read more
