I do not recommend wasting your time or insurance at this facility.

I'll admit that my first time here started out pretty rocky. There had been a miscommunication…read morebetween my doctor and this office and it seemed they were expecting me to know the name of the sonogram I was supposed to be getting. And it's really really confusing. I have family history of breast cancer and always have to get a second reading after a typical mammo. Add to this that I was used to a mammo followed by an MRI every six months but in New York that's not the recommendation. So I was edgy and might have exploded when the technician seemed put off by my not knowing what the hell I was there for. A phone call to my doctor's office (they had made the mistake) and it was all cleared up. And the procedure was very thorough and the technician was very kind (and yes, I apologized for getting angry). She was also extremely informative and cleared up any confusion I might have had. Wish I remembered her name because she deserves praise (seems like this office reads/responds to reviews so hopefully they can look up who did my procedure back in October and give credit to that technician). This was my first time here (back in October) and I had a six month follow up in June that was seamless (yes, there's a procedure to keep everyone safe in COVID times). I've found the appointment staff to be helpful and friendly, as well as front desk reception. The space is large, clean and comfortable. Second time around, I had a different technician who was nowhere near as friendly as the first time, but she was efficient enough, I suppose. I do feel that an area for improvement would be with working with techs to be consistently approachable and communicative with patients. That said, I'm fine with returning for my annual/semi annual exams.

My son in law had a serious abscess on his tonsil,…read morerecently. I called this practice and a wonderful lady named Erin answered. She was incredibly empathetic. I couldn't believe she got him THAT DAY. She completely understood the severity. The swelling was extremely painful, until he saw Dr.Dov Bloch. Dr. Bloch is exceptional in every way. He immediately did what the Emergency Room couldn't. He made an incision to drain it, and saw him twice more and now he is fine! Dr. Bloch also cleans my ears and has never hurt me. The quality of care with him is exceptional. Also my office experience on the phone was seamless. This is a unique practice where they have the likelihood of a desired health outcome. My whole family is grateful.
