Will never be returing to his location or to this company; they are THE WORST. It starts with the unprofessional and very large receptionist who is LAZY & MILITANT & then proceeds to the establishment itself - who doesn;t pick up calls, doesn;t get your results to you as promised and who doesn't call in your RX's as promised. Nothing like "seeing" a physician via computer screen - yes you heard that right. Via SCREEN. The nurse check the vitals & looked into the ears with a scope that read the results to the Dr. thru the computer. Give me a break. Arrived for appointment and was told no doctor on sight and that the appointment had to be virtual. I asked if a strep test could be done, and was told tests would be no problem. No other patients were there. After checking in and getting temperature and weight taken, sat alone in an exam room for an hour and 10 minutes. When I walked out and inquired, was told that they could not run a test before a virtual doctor authorized it and they didn't know when that would be. They could not provide an estimate. What's more insulting is that I received an invoice by email 20 minutes into the visit. 1 hour and 30 minutes later, was finally given a test. Was told they would call me with the results. Never received a call. Still don't know 2 months later how it turned out. read more

Absolutely ridiculous amount of wait time. Booked an appointment and did not get seen until almost an entire hour after my appointment. Then sat in the room waiting for an additional hour! Don't book appointments if you cannot handle the volume. There was literally one other person in the place at the time. Unacceptable, I would 100% find somewhere else to go. I was having a extremely difficult time finding a doctor that suited my needs. I was striking out again and again. I had been to DOCS a few times for a sinus infection and figured I would try them again. First off, I was not feeling very optimistic that I would get the answer I was looking for, but gave it a shot. Devin answered the phone and you could tell she was smiling. She had a wonderful disposition and willingness to help. She was not sure of the answer to my question, but found the answer quickly. Took one of my sick clients here for an examination and was informed that there were actually no doctors on staff and were only doing COVID tests. So apparently I guess for this location there is no urgency to care for the sick. read more

The person at the front desk was the most rude person I have ever encountered. She was literally rolling her eyes at me when I misunderstood how COVID testing worked, even though I had my two-year-old in tow in what was obviously a little bit of a stressful situation. The PA who saw us was professional and helpful, but given our encounter with the front desk, I will never step foot in this place again! read more

Do Not go to this pace! They said they'd call with my rapid test results and after 2 hours and and over 10 phone calls with absolutely no one answering I finally drove back up to the location before they closed. NO PATIENTS were in there. The waiting room was completely empty, just as it was when I took my test. The girl says I'm negative, refuses to give me my results because the "printer is broken" I ask if the phone is broken as well because it's impossible to get a hold of anyone. She says no and that it hasn't been ringing. Apparently they are just too lazy to pick up the phone. Get another job if you can't do yours properly. read more

Granted it is a holiday weekend, however, driving up to the building there was a large sandwich board on the sidewalk outside the entry door NOW OPEN. Hours on the door indicated open; google indicated open. NOT OPEN! Again, I understand it's a holiday weekend, but NOBODY came to work at the Stony Hill Doc's?? The MOSTunprofessional place ever.. for one thing they don't even honor their advertised office hours...my granddaughter came down with an obvious case of strep throat with 102.6 fever.. my daughter took her to Docs.. at 12:13.. sign on the door said open till 4:00.. no one was there.. she called the number thinking they must be out to lunch.. these supposed professionals are permanently out to lunch!.. the service was surprised no one was there and said she wasn't the first to call.. I had a friend who stopped on his way home from work @ 7:45.. no one there, hours that evening stated OPEN TILL 9:00pm.. I don't even recommend this office to neighbors even though it's right down the road from us, I send them to federal road.. they are there when they're supposed to be!.. oh the rating is 0.. zero But it won't let me moved on until you post a star read more

Due to the incompetence of the staff we got stuck paying a bill at time of service that should have been covered mostly by insurance. We came in from out of state with Blue Cross Blue Shield State insurance. They told us they do not take it and have to submit it to our insurance ourselves. We sent in the generic bill they gave us to our insurance and six weeks later we found out that we needed a detailed bill. Had to wait again from docs to give us the info and again and it was not the correct info and had to wait again to hear back from insurance. We finally got the correct itemized bill with the codes in it and sent it to the insurance company. Finally found out from insurance that they are an in network provider and they should have never done that and if they take blue cross which they do it should have been put through blue cross Connecticut and they would have covered it. Called Docs back and they said it has been over the allowable time for them to submit and more likely the insurance will deny it. They also said when that happens it will be re-billed at the rate they send to insurance vs self pay and the bill will be at the regular rate and we will be billed the difference if denied. Our self pay amount was $150 and if denied we will owe another $150 for the difference. I called the insurance and they confirmed that may happen unfortunately. They never even bothered to fill out our insurance info on their records. So instead of getting a refund of $50 for what we would have owed had they done their job they then would bill us another $150. There is nothing that they will do to correct their mistake. read more

As awful as my experience was at the Fairfield, CT Docs is as good as it was in Bethel. They were congenial, organized, efficient and timely. And they were working short staffed because someone called out! They were taking appointments only because of the high number of sick people. read more

beware! just because you are told docs is in network with your insurance carrier doesn't mean the actual doctor you see is in network. received a huge bill from docs when i should have only been responsible for a copay. clearly seems that this should be an illegal practice. read more

COVID TEST. This place is the WORST fake business I've ever seen. It's a front. Fake employees who know nothing. I eventually got an appointment for a covid test and went in and they took my money. Said I'd have results in 30 minutes. I was told to download their app after they said they never checked my results. Everybody says this but I was legitimately on hold for over 5 hours then just told to try calling again. I put in so much time online and dealing with the app I can't figure it all together. When I was finally back in town I went directly to get results in person and this was 11 DAYS later. There were only 2 teenage girls there. I was literally calling them at the same time I was there and they just picked up the phone and set it back in the handset. Hung up. Had to walk down the hallway to ask them for how I look up my results online. The girl said ok click this click that and ran down the hall to hide. I had to yell for her to come back and then she said well the app doesn't really work. I couldn't believe it. Then said just go to the main website. I pulled it up and she said she had no idea how to find results. I asked for the manager and when she got there she just told me rudely I could just leave. WITHOUT MY RESULTS!!! I was blown away and didn't leave before I got an answer. She simply said "what's your name?" I told her and she just looked at me and said negative. No research no paperwork, just her random thought after I had been there and looking for answers after 11 days. They can't be legal.
