Being well over an hour late isn't a positive way to start out regardless of the industry. In today's day and age of technology it's unacceptable they wouldn't have called or texted me to say he was running late and to show up 45min later. All in all I was there 1hr and 20min. My clients pay me a lot more than that appointment would've cost, so they were essentially taking income out of my pocket and wasting my time. I wouldn't have too many clients if I acted the same way. I didn't stay as I had a client Zoom call scheduled for 3:15 and at 3pm he still hadn't even entered the exam room so I left....and his assistant said they had rescheduled the original appointment from earlier in the week as he was running way over that day too. Seems like the Dr. has a habit of being late and abusive of other peoples time despite a huge staff that should be keeping him on time and or calling well before the appointment to either reschedule or ask that a patient delay their arrival. This approach to managing ones business is unprofessional and just doesn't work for me. Looks like I'll be sticking to my NY City Dr. who never made me wait more than 15minu
