Medical care is so expensive these days, and everyone tries to squeeze what they can get paid from health insurance companies.

I've been trying to make an appointment and the people on the phones are having mental breakdowns. Lady says all condescendingly "oopsie Lou! No doc for you! He doesn't have openings until just fall!" And she sounded frantic, asking me absolute random questions non rated to medicine. Such as what bars i frequent. I spoke with a different person after who said "yeah sorry, we can get you in next week" and I proceeded to hear screaming in the back ground, and the other lady came on the phone again saying "sorry, go to another doctors office. We don't want to get covid from you" Like.... are you serious. Also the doctors I've seen here are near criminal. My primary doc and i (at a different office) caught a gastro doc from this office, forge a medical test, faking results. Another gastro did one blood test, told me I'm lying about my symptoms, screaming at me thay I should be in a ward, and "I think I know what's wrong with you bud, it's goin on up stairs in your head" saying as he's shaking his head at me. STAY AWAY FROM HERE unless you enjoy medical malpractice and can afford a lawyer. This place needs to be investigated and shut down, and there needs to be arrests. I am currently building my case and taking these doctors to court. I'm sick and tired of this, I fricken went from 138lbs down to 90lbs in 2 weeks, and they say I'm lying, telling me I was always 90lbs. I'm basically withering away and these morons want to stick to their ego games.

I had an appointment as a routine follow up with a PA for May 2nd. I received a letter in the mail…read moreasking me to call because they had to cancel that appointment due to a scheduling issue. I called on May 1st and was told that the earliest available (with ANYONE) would be October 24th. THAT is CRAZY! I really like Dr Adam Gorelick but to be honest, this is completely absurd. Good luck trying to get an appointment. This is not what I would call patient satisfaction.
